Some of the things that I wanted to do I wasn't able to. Customer service/ chat was helpful to get me know I was correct and it wasn't a feature. The program is easy to use once you figure it out. I did have to spend some time playing around with it to understand the full features it offered. Cons If you use most all of your templets that have the square look to them, you are UNABLE to click and enlarge the photos or image to full view. I have to use a different format for this which is critical when your an Interior Designer and multiple documents are larger and need to to be viewed unclose. It took me a long time to figure out how to do something that is almost the same but I had to deviate from the layout. You should have a category for Design (interior design) or other design fields portfolio layout. It allows me to have a wonderful gallery and place for orders without me having to micro-manage everything. Pros I really liked that Pixpa has everything I need especially printing integration with WHCC. I also like the ease of navigating my site. I needed simplistic and I was able to do that. Cons It took me a bit to understand the integration part, but once I got it realized it was much simpler than I thought. Also, I have other photo products I would like to sell from the same website but handled by me not WHCC and I don't seem to be able to do that. Cons When first choosing a template, if you change the one you want not all features transfer or change exactly the same as they are seen in the template preview.
