I like the ability to allow them to select favorites that I can see on my end and make sub galleries within their gallery with edited images. Also like that they can choose to download different sized hi res images. Cons I like the ability to brand my pages and emails but wish it could be more customized or aesthetic. Pros I like that pixpa offers the most comprehensive websites. They had the features that I was looking for, with the ability to sell, as well as feature my own blog. That's what sold me on pixpa. Cons It wasn't an easy project for me, as I am not tech savvy and this was my first go at building a website. But the staff were great, always ready to help, it would be nice to be able to call, but I really can't complain about the customer service. Pros It’s the best looking wedding photography website I’ve seen! Cons The email format I receive from the contact form needs work. I can’t just click reply. I have to copy their email over, which does weird things on mobile (copies over a hidden “mailto:” that I have to then delete if I catch it). I’d like if it was just a straight email that I can quickly reply to.
