Now I only need to update content in one place, and it is super easy to do, even from devices. Pros This is my first website, and I was able to build my site with all the features I was looking for fairly easily. The how-to's are detailed and illustrated, and that was really helpful for a newbie like me. Cons My only suggestion for improvement was occasionally I'd be unbale to find a page I had just been on. more obvious breadcrumbs while in design mode. Also please add an undo button... I didn't find the cmd for this until the end of building. My site was simple to create and a pleasure to use and return too regularly as I add content. It showcases my work well and although it is only my simple creation, it is more often than not more professional in appearance than company websites I interact with. Cons Nothing to dislike yet, though I did find it more complicated to sell products through my site. This was not my primary need for the site, and admittedly I have only played around with this aspect so far. Overall, this has been a good experience. Pros Having video tutorials under the Help menu has been most helpful. The chat box has been great. Most of the time there's someone who can quickly and clearly explain what I need. Cons I'm not very technologically savvy. So for me there has been a learning curve. I will say that the chat box has been very helpful. It's also not as easy to change from one template to the other, as I thought. Some things get lost in the transfer. It's better to settle on a design, first. Reason for choosing Pixpa I moved from another web design program because of the better price and added features that Pixpa offered. The features in the back end are pretty intuitive too which is nice. I test drove a number of other softwares and Pixpa is what I settled on. Cons I would like it if the booking calendar was integrated right into the back end of the software. Digital contract management would also be a good feature to add. As I am trying to launch a new photography business it was important that whatever platform I had provided me with a polished look and Pixpa did just that. I love that I don't have to be super technical to work out where to go and what to do unlike some of the other platforms that I trialled when making my decision. Pros Much easier to use than other options I tried. Great templates that provided a polished and professional look. Cons There were and are somethings that I haven't managed to work out yet.
