Learning a new platform is never easy, but my onboarding specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\], helped me every step of the way. He answered any question I had, and continues to do so. Once I began to delve into the platform, I found it is quite easy to use.

Pros

It's easy to learn, even though I am still learning parts of it. I love how easy it was to set up the health history and waiver forms. Also, I can check in with my clients through the assessments.

Cons

I don't like that I have to cancel out a client's session to reschedule. It would be nice to have a reschedule option.

Woof, I was so optimistic. In 8 months of using the platform, I had over 10+ issuses from customers not being able to access their profiles. They are well aware of their limitations, but it is less automated than presented in the sales calls.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] , my client advisor, was great. Great person to give background and help clearly navigate through issues.

Cons

It takes forever to get started. You are manually doing all the work to align with your business. It's overly customizable, which, from the sales call, seems great, but once you're in it and you have to do ALL the work because they won't build it, they will just show you the buttons to push. It's not worth the money. I was spending over $500 to have an app that did not function the way I was requesting.

Exercise.com is a disappointing experience. I have been with Exercise.com for 1.5 years, and my experience has been disappointing reason being, Customer support: Issues take months to address with little to no resolution. Reporting & Dashboard: Reports were never accurate, and the Dashboard consistently failed to provide correct data, costing me hundreds of dollars and countless hours managing the books manually. Operational basics: Plans were never created as promised, preventing me from building my online business, as day-to-day operations were consumed by support issues. Compliance: Implementation of SMS 10DLC federal requirements was slow. When I raised the unlimited texting not working within the system—a problem that should have been addressed almost a year prior—they failed to inform me until the system failed entirely. While the platform promotes many features, the fundamentals needed to run my small Pilates studio were never reliably delivered. As I try to find a better solution, I have been GHOSTED by customer support. They are still under contract with me and have an obligation to me however, this is how they treat their clients. BE WARNED!

Pros

What makes exercise.com great is the support. You have a Support manager who is available to assist. \[sensitive content hidden\], is a rockstar! She was very helpful and did her best to help me help my business. Our email communication was strong as was her support when available.

Cons

From the start, the platform has been inconsistent. The Dashboard never produced correct information—a red flag from day one. Payroll reporting, a feature promised over a year ago, still hasn’t materialized—another red flag. Even after speaking directly with \[sensitive content hidden\] and paying a significant sum ($5,000), I was promised fixes that never came—red flag number three. Customer support has also been disappointing. A new manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], refused to address issues over the phone and threatened to break our contract while criticizing my communication. I run a small Pilates studio with about 100 members, three memberships, and a drop-in option. My operations are straightforward, yet Exercise.com could not—or would not—support even this simple setup. This was a huge cost for me to have to get little to no accurate data in return. Bottom line: If you are a small studio seeking reliable, consistent support and accurate reporting, Exercise.com may not be the solution. Task workflow did not exist as you were too busy trying to find work arounds to membership that worked and then didn't, waitlists that never triggered, an events log that didn't show accurate information nor detailed information for that matter. Assessments getting triggered to all clients not just the one you needed to get the assessment to. Imperative information on leads (ie: names, phone numbers) not being captured from the moment they showed interest. These were common everyday hiccups that to this day are still not resolved.

I was looking for customer support for my number one goal, ease-of-use, and the ability to build and scale my app. It is still in the creation process, but my experience so far has been nothing but wonderful.

I like the fitness tracking and the ease of use. My account rep Jeremiah Ahart has been phenomenal with question and fast response times. He has made this process very smooth and removed all doubt that this is a powerful upgrade that we are making as a facility to add more value to the market place while delivering solutions that our members will rave about.

Cons

At the current time I don't have any cons. Only thing I could say is that it doesn't directly integrate with Wix but with the sub links used it should make everything seamless.

They have been great and unbelievably responsive from the first sales contact to ever question I had during migration and after. They did ALL the heavy lifting all I had to do was provide clean data.

Pros

It's ease of use and the migration team was amazing. They helped me migrate, with hiring IT people. The system itself is hugely flexible and packed with canned report, which can be modified to your needs. They even created a new feature for the platform based on my needs.

Cons

We negotiated a good price for my two small gyms, but my next tier is a leap. Ask lots of questions during the sales process

Pros

One of the biggest upsides has been working with \[sensitive content hidden\] . She is incredibly responsive to my emails, always follows up quickly, and consistently provides clear solutions whenever problems come up. Having that level of support has made the entire experience smoother and more efficient.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the online help and search functionality. While the support team is excellent, the self-service resources can be a bit limited. Expanding the help section and making it easier to search for articles or troubleshooting steps would make it much quicker to find answers on the fly without needing to reach out directly.

He went above and beyond familiarizing hisself with us, our company and our short term/long term goals. He makes hisself available and follows up to ensure we are on the same page and can progress forward efficiently.

Pros

Exercise.com Has made business operations 100x more efficient. They are always quick with responses and troubleshoots regarding maintenance and making sure we are up to date with every update.

Cons

Occasionally we have issues with our customers easily operating and understanding the app, but it is likely due to individual tech knowledge more so than the app itself.

I've learned so much from him with each meeting and he has always been willing to help me whenever I needed him. He's the best!

Cons

There aren't a lot of apps that I am able to integrate into my platform and the products tools are very limited. I would like to sell products directly on the platform, but it seems as though I would need an additional app, which I am then unable to integrate directly into the web platform.

It feels like a product that is still finding its stride and is not as visually appealing for customers as many of the other interfaces they see on a daily basis or as other fitness apps often are.

Pros

This is really just a huge shout out and THANK YOU to \[sensitive content hidden\] for her fabulous customer support! She is A-mazing and consistently handles off the wall requests from us with quick responses and a patient ear for our problems. I always feel like we're going to find some kind of solution, new trick or easier way to accomplish a task when we in get in touch with her. As far as exercise.com itself, what I like the most is that the platform is being improved as time goes on.

Cons

That the financial reporting was limited. It was also confusing for athletes to purchase training sessions and schedule them. This may be more a reflection of how we set up our on training options on the back end, but the customer's app experience was not particularly visually appealing and often times was difficult to use due to options menus or buttons populating to outside of the usable screen on phones.

Love the customer service, how willing everybody is to help, how friendly, and how easy it is to use the platform. Abbie was AMAZING and always readily available to answer any questions I may have.

I would like the video quality to be a bit better and maybe the capability of tracking macros within the app. Everything else is awesome!

She was well versed in all of the solutions and capabilities of the app. Clearly the best experience was the onboarding process.

The build out for the app took over 90 days and was caught in the middle of a process change that effected delivering our app. While I understand that it is not the norm, it was my experience.

The simplicity of it. Easy for users to navigate. Easy to create plans.

Cons

I do not like that when creating plans the days do not line up with the plan schedules in the app that users see. I create plans to start on Monday but when I publish them the week in the app runs Sunday to Saturday..this is very confusing to users because they think the first day is a rest day.
