Pros Workly is user-friendly and makes things easy for people who would love to have a work-life balance. It is flexible. It saves loads of money for businesses where there is no need for an office. Cons The same pros might become cons for some users. For instance, one might feel lonely as you can not interact with real people as you do not need office space. This very thing might result in problems like miscommunication and many more.
