Pros As a well-initiated user of SAP finance, I am happy to see that SAP S/4HANA comes with features that make it easier to understand and work with. Cons I think that extracting reports with S4/HANA might be a little bit complicated at the beginning, as it's quite different compared to what I and other SAP users were used to operating. They are trying to integrate more and more functions that suitable to inventory management. However, I personally love the price, we be able to use it with lower cost and full function. We love the fact that the company take customer serious and always there when we need assists. We are a worldwide company and had used the older SAP for years. Now upgraded, we have found that nothing is working. None of our inspection plans transferred over, no PM"s transferred over, shipping and receiving are having to find a "workaround" as well as every other department like purchasing and manufacturing. It's been a travesty. Cons This software was an upgrade to our regular SAP and it's been nothing but a nightmare for each and every department. Nothing works as it should. Pros The software seemed to more or less work - however, it's user interface is dated, sluggish, and prone to crashes. Cons The UI feels like it's straight out of 1995. Expect better customer support experience and new items added in their next release. Pros I have found this product user friendly to use. I have gone through the training resources and when I hit the floor, their customer support set me on the right track. It really seems that the reporting possibilities are only limited by my imagination. As an added benefit, the price prospective. Cons I look forward to have a reporting part should be in more detailed version. I need this reporting functionality in order to prepare for my team. I believe it should be in their next release.
