Pros: We have a mid-sized business based out of the UAE and South Africa. We made the decision to move across to Vincere in May 2017, great move for us as a business. I'd say that Vincere is 30% better than Bullhorn (based on product and service levels) but, with the rate they are innovating and obviously investing in the product, the gap is widening fast.
Bullhorn was expensive for what is was and the service was pretty much non-existent. The platform and the service from Vincere is head and shoulders above what we were getting with Bullhorn. They are a lot more responsive, we enjoy working with a vendor that actually seems to care.
In terms of features, a few of the standout ones for us: the Indeed Search and import feature is a winner. Having access to the entire Indeed database without even leaving the system is fantastic.
We are heavy LinkedIn users and like the way that Vincere works with LinkedIn. Easy to update and refresh records.
The new Client portal feature also looks interesting. We were considering building a bespoke client portal but held off as it was too expensive, so the client portal that Vincere have coming next month is something we're keen to take a look at.
TV dashboard: planning on using this in our office.

Cons: There are loads of dashboards in their analytics suite, more than we will ever use. We've got lost in them . I want to get our fees and placement data accurately reflected in our dashboards, something we need help with. Vincere- more how-to videos that focus specifically on dashboards would be great so please sort that out.

Overall: Great platform, big improvement on the previous system we were using. Cheaper too.

No one can beat Vincere in terms of pricing and value.

Pros: Pipeline visibility. I can get the exact number of how many candidates are at each stage of recruitment process without having to manually run any reports at all. Everything is there on the dashboards - how many unfilled jobs right now, how many candidate resumes have been sent, how many in 1st interview etc . I never understood the fuss with a clearly defined sales process but now I am obsessed with the pipeline - it's visual & so easy to understand. My consultants come in and know exactly what to do. I have no idea how other people are running their business without such visibility.

Price. No one can beat Vincere in terms of pricing and value. I've used many CRMs like Jobadder, Bullhorn in the past and have paid lots of $$$ thinking that good software comes with an expensive price tag - I was wrong. When I found Vincere, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a long checklist of features to fulfill, but what Vincere gave me more than what I asked for.

Cons: I'm really happy with Vincere - regular upgrades, reliable system and timely support. Nothing bad to say right now.

Overall: It's a brillant recruitment tool & I'm loving it so far.

The level of transperancy I'm getting with the pipeline-centric dashboards have been so helpful in managing the business. In short, it's a good robust software with enterprise-grade features suitable for both startups growing recruitment companies.

Pros: I can get my hands on the information that I need right when I need it. Our company handles a substantial amount of volume. At any one time, our consultants will be handling sometimes two to three times the amount that a typical recruiter would, so we have to be well organized. We can control how we organise our data inside Vincere which makes it easy to search, review and submit candidates...so it saves us a lot of time.

As a growing firm we¿re always keeping an eye on candidate generation numbers. I need to track where our candidates are coming from and drill down into what value we get from each source. Vincere gives me that- you just log in and it¿s right there. This is groundbreaking stuff for a recruiting business.

Cons: Nothing really. We¿ve blown past our annual sales quota in just 6 months with Vincere. That¿s good, solid ROI.

Overall: It has come together beautifully. Vincere goes way beyond just being a database tool or regular ATS/CRM. It provides the platform necessary to not just survive but to grow. It¿s become very much an essential tool for our success.

Before Vincere the world was dark. We didn¿t know what we didn¿t know. Analytics like the Candidate Source dashboard give me an exact measure of where our best candidates are coming from, so I can adjust our focus accordingly. As Managing Director it is imperative that I know what is going on across my business: from how many CVs are sent out, through to number of interviews happening. Vincere takes the blindfold off and provides me with all the information I need to run a better business.

Prior to Vincere I had used several legacy systems which were more than 5-6 years old. I knew when I launched my own firm that I wanted to embrace cutting edge technology and get access to the latest and greatest innovations to power growth. I realised that Vincere was a CRM that would be able to grow with my business. Happy to say that this has been the case.

Recommendations to other buyers: In terms of the pace of innovation, we are seeing upgrades happen every few months. Super fast. We are constantly passing on ideas for improving the product and, as customers, the Vincere team really listen to us. To be co-innovating on the platform that we use as an integral part of our daily routine, that¿s huge.

Comments: Finding Vincere was a breath of fresh air. In terms of modern recruitment CRM/ATS platforms, Vincere is 10 steps ahead of the competition.

Pros: We were using Bullhorn before switching to Vincere. Bullhorn was decent but it wasn¿t keeping up with the latest technologies as fast as it needed to. It was starting to feel like a legacy system. By contrast, Vincere are investing massively in the latest tech and it shows. They launched 6 years ago- so it¿s product which is mature enough to have a bit of depth to it, but which is also built on the latest frameworks. -For me, as a business owner I want a platform that is going to help me grow. In terms of measuring activity levels and KPIs, Vincere makes it super easy to see what is going on inside my business. Also, this is a system that my consultants love using. That¿s critical. -Data Migration: I migrated records across from my previous system (Bullhorn). I¿d been dreading the data migration but it turned out to be pretty painless- the Vincere data migration guys managed the whole process and the end result has been great. -Website stack: We decided to use the Vincere Instant Job Board and Candidate Portal on our new website- and saved ourselves the time and expense of developing our own job listing page. It looks great and saved us the hassle and expense of paying a web developer to design this for us. I¿d highly recommend taking a look at Vincere. Since we implemented Vincere, our quarterly billing rates are up 30%. That¿s, ultimately, what you want from your CRM/ATS- increased efficiency, speed and revenue. Vincere delivers on these fronts.

Pros: We're a 50 person agency in sydney and were using the salesforce platform before discovering vincere. Salesforce was okay, it did the job, but wasn't anything phenomenal by any means.

The user interface was hard to understand and there was like a million different things all opening on the same page, it just wasn't very intuitive and caused lots of headaches for the users. An other thing was the search feature was consistently delivering inaccurate results. An example of this would be when you run a search maybe 50 or so results will appear, then when we ran the identical search 2 minutes later, 5000 results would appear, why!?

We're loving using vincere so far, it feels fresh and user friendly, it's big on functions but really easy to navigate around and is actually really intuitive compared to salesforce. The search functions built into Vincere are awesome - we love the ability to search locations based on the Google geotag, this is super clever!

If I'm honest at first we couldn't get the hang of the chevrons ats/crm view as it was really different to what we were used to.. but now we know how to use it properly we cannot get enough of it. Our consultants love it and it's a fantastic way to view the entire ats/crm data without running a search. We can see real time numbers and instantly see which leads etc need be actioned, it's great. Another one we love is the live list when sending candidates to our clients. This is a great little fully brandable feature.

Cons: We don't like that vincere opens lots of new tabs but i've recently been informed they're changing this to reduce the number of tabs that open as a result of customer feedback. Its a bit of a picky thing to whinge about it but I think a few people in our office will be happy to hear that it's being changed.

One great thing about the guys at vincere is they do listen to customers and develop the product alongside customer requests where possible - this is really important to us as a business and it's been great so far. Looking forward to the journey ahead.

Comments: Very good overall recruitment package and is a strong contender in the current market. I like the fact they are always improving the system and keep their customers up to date with the changes. These appear to roll out every 1/4 which has been great. The ability to track data and candidates information has been made very easy. The search function is very simple but effective and provides relevant information in an easy layout. I really like how simple it is to keep in contact with candidates. This has offered speed of response and driven improvement on the recruitment process leading to quicker placements.

Pros: I have been using Vincere for about 10 months now and we have found the CRM to be very fluid and easy to navigate. Offering recruitment professionals what they need and easy flow charts that lead to more billings. Overall for a fairly new software company, I have found them to really understand what recruitment is all about and more importantly, have a good back-end support team. Having worked with many global CRM companies before I can comfortably say that Vincere offers a lot for its price point and have not regretted taking this journey with them. I really like the service integration partners they have with the system.

Cons: Although Vincere is very good in many areas there are a couple of annoying things that most standard CRM's have. The main point for me is that you don't have the ability to merge duplicated contacts or candidates records. This has proved a real challenge when we migrated our business data across from the previous CRM company. Not being able to clean up our data manually is a real flaw and I hope the Vincere team can spend some time working on a solution for this. If I am honest there are still a few tweaks that the back-end team are working on which will be brilliant when sorted out but overall I am impressed with the system to date.

Finally, a complete ATS/CRM system that's intuitive, sophisticated and allows us to grow globally.

Pros: I've used lots of different legacy systems in the past and none of them compare to Vincere... not even close. We have fully immersed our business processes into the whole Vincere eco- system and it's definitely paid off.

There's too many standout features to list here, but our killer favourites are:
- The sophisticated analytics suite, allowing us to track our processes with over 50 dedicated dashboards

- The planner is very powerful, it allows us to view my team's daily planners, oversee individual user tasks and eliminates the need for me to constantly chase them.

- The candidate pipeline tracking functionality works seamlessly.

- Email templates are outstanding over 80 dedicated email templates linked to system actions.

- Customer support is great always give that personal touch. We really feel like a valued customer and that these guys clearly want our business to succeed and grow.

In summary, the whole experience using Vincere daily has been a breeze. It's so intuitive with a fresh user interface and although functionality is advanced, the system is light and simple to use. Vincere requires little training to get set up and using the system correctly - this is a huge value add to us to be live, trained and using the system within a week. Previous systems have taken months of wasted time and resources to even get set up.

For anyone running a recruiting business, this is the holy grail.

Pros: What I really love about Vincere is how easy it is to get up and running quickly. I was able to get all my data in with the self-serve import tool, add my team and integrate my email all on the 1st day of the trial. The videos & step-by-step tutorials were super useful. By day 3, I was already formatting resumes, scheduling and sending off candidates to my clients! For anyone running a recruiting business, this is the holy grail.

Cons: It hasn't got timesheets and video interviewing but i heard from the support team that it's definitely in the pipeline.

Overall: I have been working in recruitment for more than 12 years and used a multitude of recruitment CRMs including filefinder, bullhorn, Adapt and Itris. I¿m super glad I switched over Vincere for my new business. In just 6 months, I saw 40% rise in revenue plus $110 dollar saving/month from my previous software vendor. You get absolute transparency into your recruitment pipeline and the exact number of activities going on at any one time without having to run any reports. Straight from the dashboard, I can pinpoint areas that need addressing promptly.

As a new business with intentions to grow, data integrity is really important and Vincere allows me to add information on candidates and clients quickly and accurately. I work across multiple locations in Asia and the multi-lingual and location-based qualifications allow me to manage these effectively and efficiently ¿ this is so important when you¿re dealing with different languages like Japanese and Chinese.

Recommendations to other buyers: The CEO and Support team are always asking for customer feedback on webinars and taking those feedback into improving the system. I'm impressed with their dedication to constantly upgrade and add new features, even if they just small tweaks in the system, it shaves off seconds and speeds up the entire recruitment process immensely.

Pros: -Affordable, good value for money.
-This is an ATS/CRM built specifically for businesses like ours, they only care about the recruitment and staffing industry (we believe this is important)
-We love the Quick Job Board feature. We recently made the decision to upgrade our website. We believe that having a website that attracts candidates is an extension of our brand. It's very important to us that our website not only reflects the Hunters International brand and company culture- but also generates candidates for us. We want to make it easy for our consultants to share the new positions they are working on and make it really simple and quick for candidates to apply. With the Vincere Quick Job Board feature, our candidates can search by radius for jobs located close to them. They can then apply in just a few clicks using LinkedIn.. The Quick Job Board saved us so much time and hassle in getting a web developer to build the Job Board for us. We were live in a matter of minutes. It looks great on mobile too. -Responsive team: we are very happy with the way the team at Vincere have been helpful. They genuinely want to see us successful with their product.

Cons: The parsing can be less than 100%. It still requires manual checking.
Also- we'd love to see an automatic function that automatically gives me a shortlist for each new position created. I mentioned this to Vincere and it's on the way.

Overall: We're having a very positive experience. We like the depth of the product and the team at Vincere have been very helpful.

Recommendations to other buyers: They do regular releases, which we like. I don't hesitate in recommending Vincere if you are looking for an affordable platform for your recruiting firm that gives you all the features you see in any other vendor

Comments: I was wary of moving to a new system after so many years on our previous platform but the whole process was much easier than I expected. I was dreading having to move all of our old candidate records to a new system but Vincere made it so simple, we had it wrapped up in 2 days. Wish I'd have found this system a few years ago, it is saving us a fortune and is just so much easier to use than our previous system.

Pros: Definitely, the biggest plus for us has been ease of use and the ability to customize searches and page views easily. Plus, there is no need to have to train new users on the system, they can get going by themselves. Vincere handles the entire life cycle of the placement process, from getting new customers on board through to invoicing and billing. It basically contains everything you need to get your job done with as little hassle as possible. The interface is also pretty cool- it feels super modern and works great on mobile. The analytics are also very, very good: you get several dashboards and the option to export out to excel.

Cons: None. This system has been an absolute lifesaver for our business- I can't recommend it highly enough.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are not satisfied with your current system then I'd definitely recommend looking at this option. There is a free trial- we actually had all our data imported inside the system before we even started paying for it. The team at Vincere have been a pleasure to deal with- very responsive to any questions and generally happy to help.

As far as CRMs for recruitment firms go- this is good. Like really, really good.

Comments: I¿ve been in recruitment since the 1990¿s working both as an agency recruiter and at in-house companies so I¿ve used many different ones including the big names. All too often you use these systems, they work perfectly well, but the overall process is still overly clunky and a chore to populate data. Vincere is clearly developed with the recruiter in mind. The structure and process flow works really well and there are plenty of features that enhance a recruiter¿s ability to deliver a great service to all and maintain the right level of communication with candidates and clients. I like that the workflow exactly matches how recruiters work - well, at least for me and my business, and that is the most important thing.

Pros: I used the data import tool extensively for the first time yesterday and was able to add about 4000 records in less than 1 minute with no hiccups - that¿s really really good. Like really good. I also appreciate the function which allows me to parse people¿s linkedin profile - so quick and easy. The support articles and help videos are useful; it¿s got just the right level of instruction to help you get going and get the job done. That said, I¿m sure there will be many other features as I explore and continue to use the system.

Cons: I think two key things have posed problems when it comes using recruitment systems; firstly, the implementation has to be handled properly. I¿ve seen instances where the set up and training of a new system has been left down the list of priorities or not been given enough resource ¿ starting badly isn¿t a wise move. Next, too many recruitment CRMs haven¿t got the right feel and flow; whilst they¿re impressive pieces of software they don¿t reflect the way a recruiter operates and end up becoming a chore which then affects user adoption. Vincere completely avoids these 2 scenarios. Getting started has been easy and the whole flow of the system feels very natural to me as a recruiter.

Recommendations to other buyers: I have no doubt in recommending that you give Vincere a try. I feel like I've stumbled on a really well kept secret- their profile in the UK is still quite low so I feel like I'm ahead of the game!

Been using Vincere for 3 years. Keeps getting better and better.

Pros: I like the pipeline process at the top of the screen, it makes it easy to track where I am with business development as well as in placing candidates. The integrated email and LinkedIn features are also extremely useful, allowing us to keep tabs on the situations and stand in for the team without needing to do an extensive handover.

Cons:
The resume formatting tool: we'd like more sophistication around this. Functionality is decent but is limited right now. Apparently this is being improved in their October release so I am looking forward to seeing that.
-Will be interesting to see also more integrated solutions with external software providers (e.g. Text Kernel) which could provide us a stronger platform as a whole in one space.

Overall: I¿ve been using Vincere for several years now, first as a sole user and now as part of a larger team. This is a system that truly `gets¿ the needs of recruiters.
I like the pipeline process at the top of the screen, it makes it easy to track where I am with business development as well as in placing candidates. The integrated email and LinkedIn features are also extremely useful, allowing us to keep tabs on the situations and stand in for the team without needing to do an extensive handover.

Recommendations to other buyers: Highly recommended Vincere! In terms of features & functionality, Vincere stands head and shoulders above ATS/CRMs available in the market but only at a fraction of their prices. Definitely worth a try!

Pros: We discovered the new kid in town, Vincere, after being with Bullhorn for 8 years. Bullhorn was okay, but it just does not compare to Vincere, it really doesn't. No where near as many features and functionality and the system was starting to feel very old and dated. Vincere is innovative, intuitive and it's generally got us excited as a team. It's going to allow us to grow our business enormously in the short-medium term. Absolutely love the various searches built into Vincere - you can run advanced, Linkedin and Indeed searches in one click which instantly gives us relevant results (and more importantly shows how many results for each category - Bullhorn couldn't show search results number which was annoying to say the least) The ability to parse candidates into the system is super easy, saves us a lot of time and the ability to bring candidates/contacts straight in from Linkedin is Cracking!! The whole team have treated us really well since signing, the support team are fantastic and respond to any questions more or less instantly and we always get follow up calls from them... it's just unimaginable service - I did read this before I joined on this review site actually but you really have to see it to believe it.

Cons: We¿d like to see more customisation on the candidates summary pages, you can add custom fields here but a little interface customisation would be good. Although, the guys at Vincere are open to feedback from customers so i¿ll submit as a feature request!

Tremendous system with a wealth of nifty features all on!!

Pros: I'm not using Vincere to it's full potential yet but from what i have seen it's tremendous, it's a big big system with lots of functionality and so many nifty features that make my daily processes so much more efficient. Things like seha linkedin tool, live lists, searches, mobile app and even just the workflows for my contacts and candidates in the crm are great. It's very easy to follow and manage everything on a daily basis. The guys have recently started vlogging where they share tips and best practice via linkedin and email shots, I like these a lot, they're a good way to catch up on new features as the product is always evolving. I really get the sense that these guys genuinely care about their customers and are always following up with emails, calls and free training sessions to make sure we get the most out of the product. There's also free weekly customer webinars and now the video teasers up on linkedin every few days which makes the overall support function tremendous.

Cons: The system is so big with lots of capabilities, i'm only using a small part of it right now but definitely need to explore more in the future. Sometimes it can be easy to get lost in the system (as it's so advanced) but the support team are great at providing training on specifically what's important to me.

Comments: Whether you are a start-up recruitment business like we were or a large multi-national Vincere is a superb system that can and will help your business provide an outstanding service to clients and candidates and help your business grow faster. Simply put, the business would not be able to operate as effectively as does without a system as good as Vincere. Compared to Bullhorn and Bond: easier to use, better customer service, developing great new features based on customer feedback, great value for money.

Pros: We use Vincere as our recruitment database and have since we set up GPS Return. Some of the pros: Customer Service - efficient, effective and personal. Continuous updates and improvements - the system was relatively basic when we first signed up but now, with its LinkedIn integration, job portal, candidate portal and mobile app it is a market leading product. Easy to use and navigate - much more straight forward than Bullhorn or Bond Adapt. Loaded with features but easy to use. Customisable job portal - this changed everything. Suddenly have a professional and sleek looking job board that integrates with both our website and the database seamlessly. Value for money - enough said. It is an excellent portal that is cheaper than most.

Bullhorn ought to watch their backs now Vincere is picking up the pace

Pros: I haven¿t been using Vincere for too long but i cannot recommend them enough. I came from bullhorn and vincere is honestly in a different league. The attention to detail, intuitiveness, innovation and genuine problem solving functionality built straight into the system (all from the box) is unprecedented - and as a business owner ticks all the boxes for me. I like the functionality, it¿s a clever system, easy to navigate, modern interface and packed high with trendy features - velocity is a cracker! The best thing for me is the tv dash board, it¿s like my morning news and weather brief before i leave the house, it shows you a quick snapshot of your business e.g. current revenue, activities, placements in a nice clean screen, no need to dive into the drill down logs first thing in the morning. Bullhorn never had this and to be honest bullhorns analytics dashboards were hard to interpret and not very aesthetically pleasing. Vinceres search is bloody brilliant! My vincere account manager also told me they¿re making it even better and bringing AI into it soon, this will be interesting! That¿s another great thing about these guys, they don¿t just take you money and you never hear from them again - they actively engage with their customers and no query is every too difficult. Feels like more than just my software vendor, but more like a partner. I¿ve used Bullhorn and i¿ve used Vincere and I think it¿s clear who i¿ll be using in 10 years time..

Cons: There¿s too many email templates which can be confusing editing them. I need to spend some time deleting the ones i¿ll never use because there¿s over 80 in there from sign up. The Google geo tagging is ace, but it¿s going to take me a few weeks and manually activate this per address.

Really good value, scalable, intuitive, sophisticated and revenue focused ATS/CRM.

Comments: Vincere is much more than a product our firm uses. They genuinely feel like a partner in the success of our business and I'm happy to recommend them. Does the work of both a CRM building opportunities and an ATS delivering revenue against those opportunities. Seamlessly.

Pros: Built and run by helpful engaged knowledge people who get it. They've clearly walked the walk and are genuinely passionate about creating a really useful ATS that all the team are delighted to use. Vincere already has lots of smart features, its reliable and seems to be a pretty well thought-out product. I particularly like their focus on interoperability with other apps, allowing us to create our own integrated system that is truly the hub of our business. Its great value for money and saves our growing agency at least one member of staff compared with our previous system. Vincere senior team are accessible and issues are promptly dealt with courteously and generously. Searching is fabulous - best in class. Also love the integrated CRM and ATS included as standard.

Cons: We moved to Vincere a year ago and perhaps the importing process has got much better. Migration from the devil you know system takes quite a bit of time and effort. It'd be wonderful if Vincere could fully import all the history from the previous ATS in an automated and thorough manner.

Comments: Ultimately, Vincere helps us to be data-driven for the delivery of our recruitment services. It allows us to measure things that were difficult or impossible to do before. We can now make decisions with confidence as they are backed up by solid numbers and facts.

Pros: As an agency, we are forward-thinking and tech savvy. Social sourcing, web 3.0 tools, mobile applications, and the like excites us! Technology has enabled us to innovate our headhunting practices and work smarter. This is where Vincere comes in which we believe is a step towards further innovation. Vincere allows us to track everything from sourcing to placement and even to invoicing of clients ¿ allowing our recruiters to do more in less time. Before Vincere, we were using several, disconnected digital tools, but Vincere understands recruitment and proved to be more efficient for our recruitment team. Vincere has streamlined our recruitment process massively. Before Vincere, we used Google Drive and Dropbox to store candidate related documents. These tools get the job done but ultimately, they are not built for recruitment. The lack of visibility meant that it was difficult to track progress from receiving candidates to job offer. With Vincere¿s features built specifically for recruitment, it aligns with how our recruiters see their work.

Cons: Nothing bad to say really. We've been using the system for just over half a year and are enjoying it so far.

As a business-owner, Vincere helps me establish best-practices.

Pros: I implemented Vincere several months ago as I really wanted to establish best-practices so that I can scale the business and manage my consultants more efficiently. I had previously been using an older system and had consultants who were used to the 'old way'.
To my surprise, they adopted Vincere quite quickly and easily which is great. For the first time I have been able to see very clearly what my consultants are doing, down to how many emails they are sending out and how quickly they are getting CVs out to clients. This exposed some bad habits in consultants who had been with me for some time.
We are hiring new consultants to join our team and I am excited about training them on the 'new way' that we do things, with every activity tracked and accounted for in the Vincere KPI console.
I feel really positive about bringing new recruiters into y business, knowing that I have a system in place that really allows me to manage them and sets them up for success and supports them in making placements quickly.
-Great search tool- the Indeed and LinkedIn search functionality is something my consultants really like.

Cons: Would be great t see Livechat support implemented, I understand from Vincere this is something they'll be implementing soon.

Overall: The ability to see what my consultants are actually doing on a day-to-day basis and align this activity to KPI targets.

The Quick Job Feature alone is a winner. Very happy we are running on Vincere

Pros: Lots that we are liking about Vincere including Integration with LinkedIn- this is very important to us.
The fact that is so quick and easy to use LinkedIn as part of Vincere is a massive plus for me.
I appreciate the proactive features that the Vincere team deliver. These include small usability features that I wouldn't have typically thought of but which are great to use as in my everyday style of working, such as the Talent Pools and Quick Add feature. I like the fact that is so quick to get Candidate or Contact information into the system. With other systems, I have used this has taken at least a few clicks- with Vincere it's super quick to tag by industries and skills. I like the LinkedIn parsing too.
Quick job board: this is a new but fantastic feature that is going to save us loads of time and cash. It's basically a ready-made job board. A great feature for any startup recruitment firm- why bother spending money developing this yourself...just use the Vincere Job Board!

Cons: Changes come often- which is great- but I really liked, for example, the manual changing of status on the Contact Detail...will be good to see that reinstated in the new release.

Overall: Been using Vincere for 6 months. We are in start-up mode, looking to grow the business in 2017. I have previously used Bond Adapt. Vincere, by comparison, is much more modern, sleek and dynamic.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give it a go. Vincere has surpassed our expectations.

We went from a nightmare experience with Zoho to an all round 5-star service with Vincere - it's changed our lives.

Pros: Love love love the LinkedIn tool, it's amazing! cannot tell you how much time it saves us as a business. There's too many features to list here but we love the various searches, calendar, talent pools, ability to mass email everyone, email templates, basically everything, we love using it. We used Zoho before discovering Vincere and to be frank it was ridicolously appalling. It got to the point that Zoho was so terrible we simply used it as a storage facility and didn't use any of the features because you have to build them all yourself which is too much setup when trying to run a business AND to make matters worse, whenever we tried to get support, the call centre was outsourced and the advisors were useless. With Vincere, it's all ready to go straight out-of-the box, it's a dream. Plus the support are brilliant, they've got an office in the UK and the team are really responsive and always willing to help. It's been brilliant so far.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is we'd like to see some more customisation on the job board but we're currently in correspondence with the support team in relation to making this possible so fingers crossed.

Pros: I wish we'd known about Vincere years ago, it is saving us a fortune and is just so much easier to use than our previous system. I was wary of moving to a new system after so many years on our previous platform but the whole process was much easier than I expected. I was dreading having to move all of our old candidate records to a new system but Vincere made it so simple, we had it wrapped up in 2 days. Definitely, the biggest plus for us has been ease of use and the ability to customize searches and page views easily. Plus, there is no need to have to train new users on the system, they can get going by themselves. Vincere handles the entire life cycle of the placement process, from getting new customers on board through to invoicing and billing. It basically contains everything you need to get your job done with as little hassle as possible. The interface is also pretty cool- it feels super modern and works great on mobile. The analytics are also very, very good: you get several dashboards and the option to export out to excel.

Cons: None. The whole process of coming over to Vincere has been really smooth.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are not satisfied with your current system then I'd definitely recommend looking at this option. There is a free trial- we actually had all our data imported inside the system before we even started paying for it. The team at Vincere have been a pleasure to deal with- very responsive to any questions and generally happy to help.

Pros: Initially we chose Vincere for the cost. It was far more affordable than what we were paying another vendor. Over time, we came to appreciate that with the team in SEA, they were very accessible and very willing to respond to comments and queries. Most importantly they were available to help. We have their personal emails and contact details. That goes a long way compared to dealing with an outsource or automate response from the previous system provider. It¿s really easy to use. I don¿t know how the team does it, it was easy enough initially, but it is even better now. I really like that it is connected to Linkedin so that consultants can easily check if the candidate has changed jobs or been promoted. Definitely very user-friendly.

Cons: In terms of the analytics, as someone who looks into numbers, I would appreciate the understanding or formulas to the results. If not, perhaps a cheat sheet or a reference sheet for consultants to explain the basis of certain analytics output.

Definitely the best system on the market for our industry. They just focus on recruitment- it shows.

Pros: Very intuitive, the information seems to flow through the system- from point of a candidate first application through to placing and invoicing
-Pricepoint is such good value.
-Backend: works well with our internal systems. -Indeed integration: we spend 80% of our time on Indeed. The fact that Vincere lets us post to Indeed, search the Indeed database and import candidates...very cool.
-Responsive service- the guys at Vincere are always open to our feedback and we feel like we're on a journey together with them as HRPlus grows.

Cons: We are looking forward to the fully baked application form module which is coming in a couple of months. Vincere is very open about their roadmap- they want our input on their new features so they can improve. We like their collaborative approach.

Overall: We are a Texas-based staffing firm. We came to Vincere as we were looking for a one-stop place to centralize as many of our business functions as possible. We needed a CRM/ATS that works with our invoicing processes and ideally timesheets too. Our previous vendor charged higher amount per user but we got 10% of the value we are currently getting from Vincere. We are currently paying 25% of what we paid before but are seeing so much more value with Vincere. Plus, our previous vendor was trying to squeeze us for thousands of dollars for implementation fees- with Vincere the getting started process was quick and easy, with no setup costs.

Recommendations to other buyers: Yes- I'd recommend very highly. We are loving Vincere.

Pros: We used a system called Darwin before. It was a bit slow, quite laggy, the user¿s interface was not as responsive. What I like about Vincere mainly is the ability to scan through more than one resume at a time and it reduces the extra day to day job a lot. I haven¿t used all the Advanced features that Vincere offers, however, when it comes to the very basic stuff that we use everyday as recruiters, Vincere is an improvement of what we have before. I am definitely very happy with Vincere. My favorite feature is the Livelist. I like that it notifies you as soon as the client opens the candidate¿s CV. It allows you to contact your clients and let them know that you need their feedback. The clients are able to view multiple CVs at the same time and can actually leave comments. I think it¿s very interactive and it¿s impressive to the clients. When they see that you are using a very sophisticated software, they think that you are very professional.

Cons: Not many at all. I know that there¿s much improvement in the search feature so that when I search for the keywords, the keywords would show in the candidate¿s CV.

Comments: I like the fact there are a lot of integrations and apps that we can take advantage of- the Xero integration in particular.

Pros: We'd been using RDB Pronet for 14 years to run our temp recruitment firm. I found the interface awful- and decided it was time to upgrade to something more modern. Vincere is refreshingly easy-to-use and clear. I don't get a headache looking at it, which is how I often felt logging into our previous system! Our team of 5 consultants have all taken to Vincere really quickly and have really embraced it, which was a relief. I am personally not particularly IT literate but even I find it easy to use. Data Migration: after being on another system for so long I was really nervous about doing a migration. The migration team at Vincere were really reassuring and held my hand through the whole process. We had over 1 million email records in our old system so we took this as an opportunity to clean things up and only bring across the previous 2 years of emails. This was definitely the right choice. I would add that the training team are really helpful too. They never made me feel as if there was such a thing as a stupid question. GDPR: also great that Vincere has an eye on the GDPR compliance matters, as a UK-based agency this is important to us.

Pros: Reasons why I love this platform:
It's robust: it doesn't go down, is extremely reliable, site speed is consistently high no matter from where I log in (our previous solution got sliggish after it had 25000+ resumes inside it. Vincere is much more scalable)
Combines CRM with ATS; Vincere cuts the recruiting process into clear stages which makes it ideal for a recruiting process which is split between a resourcing and placement team.
Taskboard: very clear dashboards which show exactly what needs to be actioned and by who. The system is colour coded (red, amber, green) which makes it very simple to follow, plus keeps training to a minimum.

Cons: Nothing. It's been fantastic so far. We are hoping to roll Vincere out across other divisions in the coming months.

Overall: This is the best ATS and CRM combined on to a single platform that I've used in my 10+ years as a recruiter. We rolled it out to one division late last year and it's been an amazing success. We are rolling out to a further 3 divisions soon.

Recommendations to other buyers: I'd highly recommend exploring the Vincere product as a much more agile and future-focused breed of CRM. This is a Cloud solution so you can get going quickly with it- we were live and firing up the recruiting pipeline within a few hours.

Previously on Placement Partner. With Vincere, we gained 35% more time.

Comments: The team at Vincere is also always ready to assist and always willing to problem-solve before they say `No¿.. A very committed and efficient team.

Pros: We were previously on Placement Partner - lots of features but not at all user friendly. It took us about 6 months to get to grips with it and learn the system to it¿s full capacity. We then came to a point where we needed a system that was more intuitive, efficient and easily accessible. We were also looking for a system that could also help with branding. Vincere is like a smartphone. You don¿t have to be an IT specialist to get it - the basics are there you¿ll know how to use it just by playing around the system - extremely intuitive. Everything is also quicker with Vincere, this especially so with the parsing of CVs. With Placement Partner, it took 15-20 mins to create a new candidate record with full details, but with Vincere, it could achieved in 3-5 mins. We save about 10 minutes on average for each CV, and have gained an extra 35% more time. Other features we appreciate: Talent Pools - I like how easy it is to search and `throw¿ candidates into custom groups for future use Color-coded system - the colors really helps to keep you on track and pushes you to finish the work you have Easy to track & trace info: for example, when you submit a candidate to jobs , you get a full history of where the candidates are & to which jobs they were submitted to - reduces asmin time for us significantly

Cons: No obstacles with the system so far. Vincere is still a new system to us and there are a lot more features to explore.

Pros: Vincere offered us a user-friendly Japanese interface and Boolean based search capabilities, which we felt were a distinct advantage they had over their competitors in this area.
Importantly, Vincere have continuously sought feedback in order to improve the product to more closely match our requirements; a key asset especially since our business needs are constantly evolving.

Cons: The in-app training is great in theory. However, when you¿re managing a team it¿s difficult to know how far consultants are along in completing the training videos and tutorials.
Regular upgrades are a generally a good thing but the downside is that there are often new features that, unless you complete the webinars or in-app help tips, you wind up missing.

Overall: After assessing a number of options, we chose Vincere to be our systems partner when developing the domestic recruitment business.

Recommendations to other buyers: Overall, we have been happy with our decision to choose Vincere and look forward to having a good working partnership with them into the future.

Amazing platform. Really glad we found Vincere.

Comments: We are a Texas-based staffing agency, focused on the logistics industry. Been using Vincere for around 6 months. We had a very bad experience with our previous software vendor- compared to them, Vincere is a breath of fresh air. It is important to us to understand the roadmap for the product and features that are coming next- this is totally the way that Vincere works. We have insights into what is on the product roadmap and we're dealing with a team who truly listen to what we need and understand how to help us be successful (not just with their product but with our business in general)

Pros: Features: so many cool and unique features, this is a deep product. Since we started using Vincere, they have put up several new feature releases. These guys are investing heavily in development and it shows. KPI console: Wow, never seen anything like this before. The dashboard is a really useful management tool, it's going to be important for us as we take on more staff. Job board feature: Their website plugin is great. Saved us a lot of money and hassle in paying a website developer to build this for us. Pipeline: The fact it has a CRM and an ATS pipeline is important to us. It's really clear and process driven, we can see exactly the amount of activity we have going on. They listen: Vincere are genuinely listening to what we need and taking action. Price: We are saving money from our previous vendor. We like the fact we can also pay monthly- no long contracts are required.

Cons: The ability to build full job application forms is limited right now. We told Vincere and they are including it in their April 2017 release....great service.

Recommendations to other buyers: Speak to Vincere. They are the name to watch, I expect big things from them.

Pros: We were using Bullhorn before we found the dream that is Vincere. We left Bullhorn because of the inflexibility of features and it was seriously overpriced. It just didn't work for us and inhibited the ability for us to grow as a business.

We love the responsiveness of the client service, in particular, their customer support function. You submit a support `ticket via your system and one of the team will get in touch more or less immediately usually less than a day with a thorough detailed response. If that wasn't good enough, this is then followed by a personal support phone call making sure you're okay with the response and checking if you've got any further questions with the system.. amazing. Bullhorn customers can only dream of customer service like this!

Cons: When exporting more than 3 or 4 of our KPI Analytics reports into Excel to print, it sometimes prints on multiple pages which can be annoying, but this is just an excel formatting issue. Would also like to see a shared room booking option built into the calendar function within Vincere.

The new UI looks amazing.

I've used lots of different systems throughout my careers- including Bullhorn, JobAdder and a few older, in-house systems. Vincere is streets ahead when it comes to actually nailing the recruitment workflow. Plus, the pricing is good.

I've been using Vincere for the past 2.5 years. It's changed a lot in that time, they are very innovative in their approach and are clearly investing a lot into development. Their latest release with the new UI is, frankly, brilliant. It's made it even easier to use, I'm a big fan. Quite cool seeing their new app marketplace starting to fill up with apps and integrations. I'm planning on using their Xero integration, not had a chance to set that up yet. Their support is excellent- if I have questions, they are answered fully and quickly.

Overall: Great tool to help grow your business- I can see exactly what my consultants are doing, and use it to track performance against KPIs.

Good price point compared to their competitors.

Comments: I'd never even heard of Vincere before, to be honest. I invested a lot of time looking at all the various options in the market, from Bullhorn to Zoho and everything in between. Once I really got under the hood of Vincere, it quickly became obvious that this is a serious platform. Yes, you can get up and running really fast. But, if you want to add in complexity and configure the platform, you have the option to do so.

Pros: We'd previously been using RDB Pronet. The problem was that none of my consultants ever used it. We are 10 consultants sitting across 2 offices in Scotland and England, but we plan on growing in the next 12 months. For me, user adoption is the #1 thing I was looking for in changing systems. So many of these platforms either focus just on perm and search or exclusively on temp/contract. I like that Vincere really does nail the temp recruitment workflow. The fact that it comes with TimeTemp for integrated timesheets and expense management is great- it's another cost-saving and it's one less integration to think about. The proximity search feature is super-visual and fast to use. Seeing all our candidates on a map view in relation to a vacancy is ideal for how we run a quick search across the database. Being able to shortlist and send directly from a map view is ideal for my consultants. I decided to redo my website at the same time as upgrade our internal systems. The Vincere open API v2 allowed the web designer to create our new website with professional job interaction, plus it comes as part of my annual plan package. The support from the Vincere team was responsive throughout.

Compared it against Bullhorn. This is Recruitment SaaS at its best.

Comments: Vincere has been pivotal in stream lining the whole recruitment process from prospecting through to invoicing and everything in between. The platform is very easy to use and we are able to customize the platform to suit our own needs. Our consultants travel through Europe, the platform is great to help keep communication flowing especially when two people can be working on the same assignment but in different countries. Today Vincere is a dynamic platform which keeps evolving, we look forward to working with Vincere and their continued support as our business grows.

Pros: You can easily use the platform to manage/monitor all the advertising campaigns which also links to our website - saving a lot of time. You can incorporate all of your LinkedIn connections with Vincere and build your very own talent pool. This is great for creating distribution lists to contact your connections One platform which allows you to do everything, no switching platform, everything we need in one place. Customer support, Vincere has helped our team with training and supported us to use the platform to its top potential Working from the UK or Europe - the speed of the platform in unrivaled. Comments: Overall, it's a fab product with outstanding customer service and exceeds our expectations as a recruitment software.

Pros: Vincere allows us to store multiple documents for candidates which is a great way to keep everything in one place. These documents can be anything from resumes and cover letters to Passports and compliance documents. The workflows are great and we can really easily see outstanding jobs/candidates/applications in one place. These can then be filtered by teams, consultants, companies, etc.. it's very powerful to have built into the product. Customer service here is fab, we're treated like partners and always get detailed responses to our questions and help tickets. The issues/questions we have are always dealt with fast and efficiently.

Cons: To be able to find and or change job title from menu tab- I would love to be able to click on the Job and it link to the place where I can edit this. Many candidates use different job titles and I have to edit them. Auto correct on emails would be good to see. Only in subject bar on right click but not on body of email. We have a problem with our logo being too big for emails but the team are currently advising me on the best way around this.

Pros: I run a South Africa based recruitment firm. We were previously using Placement Partner, a local software provider that services the South African recruitment market. We decided to switch after getting frustrated with Placement Partner. We wanted something with integrated email tracking, easy to use, better reporting. After looking at many different options we settled on Vincere. I am pleased to say that we are so glad we made this choice: my consultants love using this system, it has made their lives so much easier and, for me, it makes it simple to track what is happening inside my business. Every Monday in our weekly meetings, we just project Vincere on to the big screen and run through the pipeline and dashboard reports. My consultant like that face that Vincere is quick and easy to use: what used to take 4 clicks to achieve in Placement Partner takes 1 inside Vincere.
Another fantastic feature is the Quick Job Board- we integrated this on to our website and are delighted with the results. It is fully integrated with LinkedIn, so easy to set up and looks great on mobile.

Cons: None so far. Once we got over the initial change of getting used to a new system we've been enjoying Vincere.

Overall: A major upgrade for anyone thinking of changing from Placement Partner. We've had a great experience and would recommend speaking with Vincere, especially recruitment firms in South Africa.

Recommendations to other buyers: I am pleased to say that we are so glad we made this choice: my consultants love using this system, it has made their lives so much easier and, for me, it makes it simple to track what is happening inside my business.

Pros: Vincere's Analytics are excellent. First, the KPIs are configurable, which means that it's easy to measure your consultants' performance on the basis of the metrics that you know are important for you business. The Analytics reports also give you real oversight of your business. Vincere's Customer Service is also excellent - both attentive and responsive. Finally, Vincere is constantly improving: they release new updates on a regular basis to make the system better for users.

Cons: The UI could be tidied up a little bit, and it would be nice to have some more customisation options. As with any piece of software, there's also the occasional bug. Finally it would be nice to tag Candidate or Contact notes to Job records - but this is appparently coming in a future release.

Overall: To get the most out of Vincere, make sure you know what you want from the system - what fields are essential for you and how do you want to trac performance. Once know this, work out how the system can meet your goals.

Pros: Vincere is an excellent recruitment CRM system, linking client, recruiter and candidate data and recruiting metrics. We were looking for a platform that offers a holistic approach to enable us to place candidates into the right jobs quickly and accurately. We wanted a CRM dashboard that offers a quick overview of the pipeline activity and generates innovative reports for staffing reviews. I'm glad we found Vincere- Vincere allows us to see historical data, review past recruiting efforts and display the right metrics for our business and marketing requirements. It has succinct summary views that give us the flexibility to adapt to our ongoing needs and meet the future challenges of our business. Also, Vincere has a suite of 68 KPIs to accurately measure activity levels and align consultants to targets. Pros: I'm an experienced recruiter who has used several systems over the course of my 10+ years career in the UK and now Asia-Pac, including Bond Adapt and Bullhorn. We've been using Vincere for the past few months and the experience has been refreshing, mainly due to the support we've received from the Vincere team. The product itself looks great and has all of the functionality you would hope for and expect from a CRM (including parsing, etc) what makes this product outstanding is the support the team delivers which, in my experience, is super. Service and support: we have direct access to the team at Vincere and the ability to regularly give feedback on features/functionality. It's fantastic to be able to co-innovate on a platform that we use every day- as all recruiters know, a CRM is a key part of any scalable recruiting firm. The communication channels between the customer (us) and vendor (Vincere) are really open. In my experience, having the ability to directly impact the roadmap of the product is really unusual and we really appreciate that about Vincere. There is a level of accountability: we know they want us to be successful with their CRM and are prepared to help us as much as possible.

Cons: So far so good. The great thing is that if there is something we are unsure of, we can contact Vincere and they'll get back to us on it quickly- this is gold!

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are considering buying a new CRM, I'd recommend that you explore a new breed Cloud solution like Vincere. The system is highly configurable which means it can be customised to meet the needs of different teams within a single business. Vincere are flexible and have a focus on customer service- they will continue to be there for you once the initial sale is done. This gives you a distinct advantage over taking something off the shelf, such as a bigger-name legacy system which has all of the inflexibility inherent in those kinds of platforms.

We find it intuitive, which is important to us.

Pros: We have just spent the last 6 weeks meticulously scrutinising and comparing packages. We provided each supplier with our own specific wish list for our own bespoke requirements and then arranged for 1 hour demos of each too see how they can meet our requirements. Vincere has outperformed them all in terms of capability in relation to value.
In the UK we seemed to keep getting pushed to use separate CRM and ATS from different suppliers which is both cost prohibitive and messy. We wanted a single product to do both, well.
We find Vincere intuitive, which is important to us. The support is fast accurate and responsive and most of all we get the feeling that with all those we have communicated with at Vincere, care about their product and its ongoing development.

Cons: Difficult to answer, as many of the things important to us are promised in the December 8 launch and so if this comes good, many of our needs will be met. We absolutely would require a connection to www.cv-library.co.uk as they are the UK¿s largest CV database for recruiters and it seems pointless having to subscribe to Broadbean to be able to connect to it.

Overall: The support is fast accurate and responsive and most of all we get the feeling that with all those we have communicated with at Vincere, care about their product and its ongoing development.

Recommendations to other buyers: Yes. Please keep using whatever you¿re using at the moment and please do not use Vincere. (We want to run rings around our competitors and Vincere will help us do that!!)

Pros: Definitely ease of use. It's really simple to get going and the pipeline process makes it foolproof to get started.
Less clicks: it is quick to add new candidates into the system and move them through the shortlist>sent>interview stages through to placement. You can tell that this is a platform really designed for recruiters, the whole process flow just makes sense.
Price: I couldn't believe the price difference between Vincere and other platforms out there...especially when you consider how many features you get with the product, it's impressive.

Cons: None at all. We are happy customers.

Overall: I've used Salesforce.com over the course of my career and have been using Vincere since I joined my new company a few months ago. I must say- Vincere is a breath of fresh air. It's so much easier to use and navigate around. It's a great system, I highly recommend it to anyone working in recruitment.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a no-brainer to give Vincere a try. They offer a trial so you can see what you're getting into before you commit. Plus, I love the fact that you can go month-to-month on billing if you need to, keeps it nice and flexible.

Pros: I personally really enjoy the features around email functionality: my email is synced with my Vincere account and this means it is very quick to get candidates from my inbox into my pipeline. It also makes it quick and easy to parse documents directly into my account without having to first save them as an attachment or drag or drop anywhere.
I also like the fact that we see regular upgrades and releases. It shows that the product is evolving and that the team want to constantly move forward.

Cons: There are so many options to configure the system that it is probably overkill for what I need. That said, one thing I would like to customise is the view I see at log in. I mentioned this to Vincere and they are already working at improving this. The channels to give feedback are quite open, this is a good thing.

Overall: Been using the system as someone very new to the recruitment industry but have managed to pick it up fairly easily. We work in a small team and Vincere suits our needs well so far.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would say that Vincere is most definitely worth taking a look at. Go for it!

Pros: Been using this system for almost 3 years. Me and my team absolutely love the way it gives transparency into our recruitment process, segment by segment. It's the only CRM that really gets how recruitment flows. Visibility- I log in and it's like shining a light on to what I need to action to get things moving, such as any interviews that are pending, what invoices are outstanding, who I need to call or email. Reports- the analytics around pipeline are brilliant, I use them in all my meetings with my team Collaboration- It's a brilliant and collaborative way of getting you and your team on the same page with how to run a recruiting process- I don't know how we would operate without Vincere. Also, it works in Japanese too- which is so handy when it comes to parsing in Japanese resumes.

Cons: Nothing. The product and the team have been brilliant. We love the fact that the system is getting better and better with each release.

Recommendations to other buyers: No hesitations in recommending this platform- you won't regret it. Best decision we ever made was moving to Vincere, it's so simple to use and navigate.

Pros: Talent pools- a nice bit of functionality that I am really enjoying inside Vincere. It's quick and easy to tag candidates into the appropriate talent pool, a nice way to manage things.
The team at Vincere have been very responsive. The CEO is very hands on with the product and the team there are willing to take on new ideas and act on feedback quickly.

Cons: Some of the functionality in Vincere might make sense for a high-volume contingency recruitment or temp staffing firm, but it doesn't really make sense for an exec search firm like ours. I'd like the option to hide these features completely from view, which, at present, I cannot do. We've told Vincere about this and, to their credit, it looks like we'll be able to hide these in future.

Overall: I am based in the UK, working for a global executive search firm. We are using Vincere across the entire company as our CRM/ATS. You can tell that the business is growing really fast because there are updates every few months.

Improvements can be made to make the interface look less busy. It's a bit cluttered but it's getting better - they have a new release coming with the Calendar on the hompage so I'm really looking forward to the update.

I would also prefer to have more flexibility to configure custom fields and put it wherever we want.

Overall: Vincere has been very receptive to feedback. When you have users trying out new software, you can get a lot frustration- why it doesn't have this or where can I find that? Vincere has been very patient and forthcoming in dealing with all this. They have taken all our feedback onboard and are continually improving the product rapidly. They are putting the features and recruiters really use and not wasting our time with a bunch of things that we don't need.

Also from a practical perspective, it's super cost effective. The other platforms are simply too costly and they lack the flexibility or suitability for the market here in Japan - so Vincere ticks those boxes as well.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's exciting to see where Vincere will be in a year or two from now. I look forward to continuing to work with Vincere and use that as the machine that fuels our recruitment business.

Pros: I really love the search built into Vincere. You can search broadly or very specifically e.g. you can search within resumes, tags, last contacted, pending, literally you can search everything and it brings back the results immediately - and more importantly the results are accurate. The search also allows you to search externally on job boards and linkedin making sourcing new candidates as easy as the click of a button.

I don't really use the system for much more than search, email parsing and creating talent pools but this all works great for me and frees up lots of my time. Talent pools are great! A simple idea but really effective from day to day. Creating candidates directly from an email is nifty too.

Cons: The product is very big and i've not even explored half of it yet so no cons right now. The things I use vincere for, it's great and meeting my needs definitely and saving me lots of time which is always a good thing.

Good balance of easy-to-use and depth of features.

Pros: Been using Vincere for about 18 months, we are very active on the ATS side of the platform and don't really touch the CRM portion.

Cons: I personally love the calendar and task management part of Vincere. It's really easy to set reminders and assign tasks to colleagues, for example reminders to contact a candidate after a designated time period. Before we missed so many opportunities to reconnect with candidates, things tend to slip through the net when things get busy. With Vincere I find that tracking candidates and making sure we communicate closely with them is so much easier. It's also a very data-driven system which appeals to me: I can see exactly how many candidates are active or need action at each stage of the recruitment process. Other big plus for us is that the product is dead simple to use. You can log in and start using it straight away without much fuss.

Recommendations to other buyers: You want to go with a company who are continuing to invest in their technology, rather than one that just stays still. Our previous ATS stayed stuck in 2010 yet still increased their prices year-on-year! With Vincere we've seen lots of product updates and regular feature enhancements. We've seen the platform develop significantly since we signed on back in 2014. Great too to see our suggestions on how to improve the product actually be incorporated.

Pros: Once you're in to the system, moving candidates through the pipeline is really easy. Adding new consultants to our account is really simple and fast. The other big feature that we love is the Quick Job Board. This basically gives us a slick looking way to advertise all of our jobs to our website, at no extra cost above our Vincere licence fee. I like the fact that we make suggestions for improvements to Vincere and they are actually incorporated into the product roadmap. Not many tech providers actually listen to their customers and actually take their suggestions onboard. This is a great approach.

Cons: I find making an offer is too fiddly. I have spoken to the Vincere team and they're on to it.

Overall: We are a small but growing Australia based recruitment firm. My partners and I are all seasoned users of other recruitment CRMs. We did a lot of research into the right platform to use when we launched our own firm- we are pleased that we chose Vincere.

Comments: Ideal system for managing teams on KPIs. Always lots of improvements, the team are very receptive.

Pros: Been using Vincere for the past 2.5 years. The pipeline is unique- the chevrons show you clearly where you are at with things. I also like the sub-status feature which basically allows for a completely configurable workflow. This is an easy-to-use system, great for managing a team. If you want a system that is easy to set targets in and measure performance of consultants this is the system for you.

Cons: Nothing major but we wish the Boolean 'And' 'Or' operators could be disabled from the search tool as we just don't use these.

Pros: The customer service is so helpful and attentive, they are always so quick to assist me. Bringing data in and out of the system is so easy and fast. Tracking Emails is so much more efficient then my last CRM! The external job board is such an amazing feature, it really makes capturing new Candidates a breeze. All my daily functions, sending bulk emails, configuring the system, searching the system is all simplified and user friendly. We would definitely recommend Vincere.

Cons: We would like for a bit further customization, ie. changing Chevrons for Jobs and the ATS, ability to remove some fields, or to automate the rejection process. Also, having further integration with 3rd party apps would be nice (which I believe Vincere is working on now)

Pros: What I like about Vincere is quite how user-friendly they've made their interface - it's just extraordinarily good! You can easily figure out where the stuff you need is, which is vital for time-pressured recruiters. If you're a member of a competitive team , you'll definitely love how detailed the analytics are: from a managerial perspective, I can see how everyone is performing and inspire them to do better. The chevrons inside Vincere are so powerful that one click will immediately take me to all of my Candidates in a particular stage of the application process.

Cons: With all the features that Vincere is releasing it sometimes is hard to keep up with the frequent changes. That said, I'd prefer to struggle to keep up with exciting new functionality than be held back by a system that doesn't develop with modern trends in technology and recruitment.

Pros: Our consultants like using it. This is obviously an important factor. The fact that it has a CRM and ATS under one roof is key. The management team get a lot of value out of the analytics and dashboards.

Cons: The parsing technology - as with all systems- can still require manual editing. It would be amazing if we could eliminate all manual data entry work but I know this is probably not going to be a reality until the technology improves in general.

Pros: It's an in-depth system with lots of functionality; we really like using it on a daily basis. The client live list is such a clever, cool way to send our candidates to our client and keep everything in one place, feedback so far has been positive from our clients.

The search functionalities are amazing!! I can't tell you the amount of time we save searching for candidates and contacts because the search always gives us the detailed search results we're looking for.

Velocity looks like it could be a winner, we've only just adopted this feature but so far the results have been really promising. This will be a real time saver tool for us.

Cons: The system is so large and there really are lots of features we're not even using right now. In the near future, we'd definitely like to immerse a little more into the system.

Pros: Loads of features. We like the Quick Job Board integration- in fact, we've incorporated it into our new website design. Great support- really appreciate that Vincere have really engaged with us and want us to be successful with their platform...many other systems make it hard to get help, with Vincere it's been the opposite.

Cons: Happy so far. I've mentioned a few suggestions to Vincere and the team are all over it. Now, my focus is to make sure that all our consultants really engage with Vincere so we can get 100% of the value out of the system.

Overall: I've used a lot of systems over the past 10-12 years, including various versions of Adapt, in-house systems. C Compared to other systems, Vincere has much more depth of features and functionality- you can do a lot with this system. For example, as an administrator of Vincere I can customise and add new bits and pieces on an ad hoc basis which is really handy.

Pros: What we massively like about Vincere are the job functions that are so easy and simple to use. Additionally, we can also organize our operations internally thanks to the Task Management that comes with the system. It's great to be able our recruitment processes and internal tasks in one place. Finally, we're really excited about the Xero Integration which would make life easier for us - again, having as much functionality in one place really helps efficiency.

Cons: It would be great if the Synchronization between my email Calendar and Vincere Calendar was always instant - but nevertheless it is still a powerful Task Management tool with the recruitment processes and internal tasks in one place.

Overall: Simple and easy to use system with great features.

Pros: Speed is very important for our business and Vincere.io is very fast! We're a fast-based business and we needed a solution that matched that speed - Vincere.io was the perfect solution. We were previously using the ancient Zoho and Microsoft Curah, both terribly slow and old systems and didn't fit in with our processes.

The various search tools built into Vincere.io are impressive to say the least and put Zoho to shame. When used correctly, they can be very powerful and time saving for our consultants.

The new mobile app is wonderful!

The pipeline is great so we can instantly see our whole business in a clean, linear view. It's a game changer.

Cons: More user permissions would be good to enable what the consultants can/can't do. Other than that, as a business we're overly impressed with Vincere.io

Speed is vital for us to differentiate; which Vincere allows us to achieve seamlessly.

Pros: I'll confess at first it took me a while to get used to the Vincere as it was very different from our previous system but after using the product in detail I'd never look back. I've since realised it's very intuitive, efficient and saves me lots of valuable time. Put simply it makes my job 100x faster.

In our niche industry, speed is a crucial differentiator for us and Vincere allows us to achieve this. vincere allows us to act fast with things like talent pools and distribution lists (I love them!! I actually created about 10 of them just this morning). Parsing from emails is brilliant, really simple and effective.

Cons: There's actually nothing in Vincere I don't currently like right now. I think it's a great product and meets all of my needs, wouldn't look back.

Overall: Speed!

Comments: Of course! We'd recommend everyone without CRM software start using Vincere.

Pros: They say "Old habits are hard to break": we definitely had a lot of old habits from using our previous system for a long time, but all of that changed after using Vincere. With Vincere's Instant Job Board and Indeed integration, we receive CV's and create candidates automatically, which in turn speeds up our recruitment process! Imagine, having candidates shortlisted to positions while they're being created inside the system!

Cons: I really can't think of anything. Since the last update we feel Vincere is getting better and we're really excited for the upcoming mobile app.

Makes Bullhorn looks old.

Pros: Great customer service and follow up. The Vincere team didn't forget about us once the deal was done, the contact has been regular and we appreciate that. Flexible, monthly payment plans- this is so important as recruitment can be up and down and I didn't necessarily want to be tied into a long and restrictive contract with my technology provider.

Cons: None so far, we're looking forward to getting to grips with the analytics and activity tracking capabilities inside the platform.

Overall: I switched from Bullhorn to Vincere because I felt from day 1 that Bullhorn was clunky and unintuitive. Plus, Bullhorn is just ridiculously overpriced and Vincere offers a much more reasonable pricing model with shorter, flexible payment terms. An analogy for you: Bullhorn to Vincere as the equivalent of MYOB to Xero.

Recommendations to other buyers: I definitely recommend speaking to Vincere- they offer a free trial, give them a whirl!

Migrated from Zoho, a glorified Dropbox to Vincere - clearly the platform built for billers.

Pros: As a consultant, i'm really satisfied with vincere. The advanced search is fabulous, ability to send mass emails out, searching linkedIn and INDEED straight from within the system, it's fab. This system meets and exceeds all of my expectations and saves me lots and lots of time to focus more on billing and finding new candidates. Compared to our previous system zoho, it's unbelievable. In the end all we used Zoho for was to store our data like we did with dropbox, it didn't have any other practical functionality for us, a waste of time if i'm honest.

Cons: I'd like to be able to bulk parse cvs from emails, right now it's one at a time which is cool but multiple would be fab. Parsing other documents in from emails like cover letters and projects would be good too.

We've tried a lot of systems - Vincere ticks all the boxes.

Pros: Honestly, I think what clinched it for us was the simplicity of use, and also from what we can see, Vincere was working for businesses at our size and also for multi-nationals. I was particularly taken by the fact that Randstad is also using Vincere and it makes me happy that we¿ve got a product that is fit for use and works regardless of what size you are.

My favourite feature is definitely the Instant Job Board. The way it can be integrated into the website is perfect - you wouldn't be able to tell you were from a different website as it seamlessly transitions. Massive plus point for us.

Cons: My wish list for Vincere's roadmap is solely based around SEO. SEO optimization is important for us right now as our ranking on search engines isn't great. We really want more traffic.

Overall: and running . For something that takes only that long, I wouldn't expect it to be so good. For the advances that Vincere is making, the pace of innovation and things that are added on like the Candidate Portal..these are the kinds of thing not many small, growing businesses can get unless you're spending thousands of dollar, so be able to have that as part of the Vincere package is perfect.

Comments: If you're starting to use Vincere, make sure you spend some time reading the articles in the Knowledge Base - this will help you learn how to use the system and get value from it as soon as possible.

Pros: Vincere is really user-friendly, which is obviously a big plus in terms of actually using the system to managing Candidates through the recruitment process and our relationships with clients. It's also comprehensive - you can use Vincere to manage pretty much everything.

Cons: Vincere regularly releases updates, which isn't a bad thing in itself, but sometimes the updates that they make can disrupt the processes that we're used to using inside the system.

Very positive experience. Easy to use.

Pros: Especially the customer support is excellent.
The software is easy to use, the analytics are good, also like the way how I can classify candidates into different groups

Cons: Sometime too detailed, offering functionalities that you might no need and it's not possible to remove it.

Overall: It's a CRM we use in our recruitment agency. We successfully track all recruitment processes, get analytics of our activities, setting up KPIs to consultants, forecast, conduct searches for candidates.
The systhem can be connected with emails and LinkedIn which is a great time saver. It's compatible with most of the platforms including GSuit.
Vicencere does regular updates to improve the CRM.

So easy to use (and I'm a self-confessed Luddite).

Comments: Great system. You can really see that Vincere has been built with a real purpose to it. Their competitors should watch out- this is one platform that is evolving fast.

Pros: I like the ease of use. I have had experience in the recruitment industry for a number of years and have used quite a few different systems in my time. Vincere is very modern and is very easy to get going with. I like the fact that it's so easy to add in tasks, comments and reminders. The tracking and analytics are fantastic. As a manager, the reports are great,

Cons: A few minor teething issues here and there, as with any new system that you're getting used to. There is some duplication of work required when you set up meetings internally, but this is no big deal for us and the Vincere team are addressing it.

Pros: Vincere offers us a very complete tool to manage our job pipeline and candidates effectively. It is also a great tool to manage our Sales and business development process.

Cons: There are a lot of updates and feature releases which can sometimes make it hard to keep up. But the good thing is that Vincere are open to feedback and will change things according to customer feedback

Overall: We had trials with a number of Recruitment software providers and Vincere stood out to us in terms of usability and completeness.

Recommendations to other buyers: Vincere offer a free trial, without any prior commitment. It is a great way to explore the tool and get a feel for whether or not it is right for your business.

Pros: We came over from Bullhorn to start using Vincere about 6 months ago. The data migration was something we dreaded but, now we are over the transition stage and are actually using Vincere as a team we are glad we made the decision to switch. I like that we can co-own jobs as well as the visuals which identify how the jobs and candidates have progressed. I am also impressed that the team at Vincere are always available to help and guide users whenever they require assistance. Also, we are on the Vincere monthly licence plan. Ideally we¿d like the ability to have a core team of users on the annual plan with the option to add in monthly users as and when we need them. We are cost conscious so this would be the ideal way of getting maximum value- but we are already saving significantly compared to what we were paying with our previous provider so this is a definite `nice to have¿.

Cons: Certain small things like the chronological reordering of employment history when a candidate record is updated, this could be tweaked to improve.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the trial, ask the questions, the team at Vincere are happy to guide you.

Comments: By contrast to Bullhorn, easy access to relevant data and analytics to make business decisions from. Automated a lot of our labour intensive administrative tasks, streamlined our work, mobile app to support our team travelling. A vendor that shows interest in our business and provides prompt support and solutions.

Pros: Intuitive navigation, great reporting and analytics, support has been very prompt, they're interested in hearing from us about product suggestions, they spend 3 months of the year on product development with monthly releases, Mobile app, Velocity Chrome extension for LinkedIn is amazing! Data Migration and training went very smoothly.

Cons: Any suggestions I've made for imporvements have been taken into consideration for their upcoming releases's, nothing to complain about.

Comments: The great thing about Vincere is that we feel like we have truly been part of the evolution of the product - the team is always keen to get feedback and where possible will integrate your ideas into future releases¿we love this, so keep up the good work!

Pros: Vincere has helped us by providing us with a true SaaS platform that can be accessed from any location on any personal computing device with a web-browser. With our business model we wanted a solution that would enable our workforce to be as flexible and mobile as possible and Vincere delivers on this front. We can access records on the move and work from any location in the world! Our favourite feature is the job board that integrates seamlessly with our website and delivers candidates straight to our recruitment ATS. This makes it easy to share job posting on all social media platforms and means there is no need to manually upload CV¿s to our database. We also love the LinkedIn integration.

Cons: There are only a few minor tweaks that we have already suggested to the product team. We're just waiting for it to get added to the coming release.

Pros: Ive tried lots of different ATS systems, and the thing that sets Vincere apart from the rest is its focus on pipeline. Vinceres ATS is logically ordered and prompts you to take the right actions in the recruitment process, at the right time. The numbers on the pipeline also give you great visibility. I also really like the fact that it supports bulk emailing, and the reporting is also good. And finally, there arent bugs, which is great!

Cons: There are a few small things that Id like to see improved in Vincere. The first is sending more than one Candidate at the same time (but this is coming in three weeks, so were not worried!). It would also be nice if the system was a little bit prettier, and very occasionally the parsing function doesnt work quite as well as it normally does.

Overall: I'd really recommend Vincere because it focuses on the core of what recruitment is about having visibility over your Jobs and Candidates, and being able to move them through the recruitment process. Too many ATS systems focus on social marketing, and forget the most important thing, which is managing your Candidates from A - Z and getting them placed in a role.

The more you use Vincere, the easier it is to make placements.

Pros: Very useful tool to track revenue, great if you're managing a small team.he talent pools are a feature that I really enjoy and find super useful. It's easy to group candidates and refer back to them when a suitable role comes in. We use Vincere to track revenue. We also use the Instant Job Board and Candidate Portal features on our website.

Cons:
I do admit that I am not the most disciplined person when it comes to entering data in the CRM. I've been in recruitment for 8 years and want something that is simple and quick to navigate around

Pros: With the interface that is very easy to use, comes a fast and innovative way on getting our recruitment processes easier! The LinkedIn scraper which makes candidate creation in our system very fast. It's also reassuring that their support staff will make sure to get back to you when there is something you aren't sure about in the system.

Cons: We would like to search candidates easier but with the recent tweaks and vast improvements they have been doing to the search functionality in the system. I can feel that this will be achieved.

Pros: When I compare Vincere to previous systems I've used; RDB and Darwin, the Analytics Dashboards are miles ahead. Simple, easy to use and allow us to easily make effective business decisions.

Pros: Vincere keeps me focused on what I need to complete. The system helps me a lot in terms of following up with people. All the details that I need to know for follow up calls is right there in one page. My favorite Vincere¿s feature is Analytics, they help me see how consultants are doing within the Division. I can also see if my colleagues are fully utilizing the functionality of the system.

Cons: Not much that I can think of. The system is quite configurable already but it'd be good if we can add more customization to the email template. I had been waiting for the Mobile App and so excited that Vincere has recently released it - It's very handy for us as a consultant.

Pros: Vincere is a really advanced system. The search capabilities are a real strong point: the ability to search across all documents and emails is a massive plus. The reporting is also excellent. There's a lot of depth to the insights that you can get from the reports, but once you understand the capabilities, you can automate huge amounts of work that were manual before Vincere.

Cons: Because Vincere is such a big system, I'm still learning how to make the most out of all of the features. It would be nice if there was a bit more information available about the product - but the support team are really communicative, so I'm not left in situations where I don't know how to do soemthing for too long!

Overall: To get the most out of Vincere I'd suggest making sure that you use as many different features inside the system as possible. This will give you a good understanding of how things works, and you can then go back to their excellent support team, who'll clarify anything that you're not sure about. Once you've got the whole team understanding how to use the system, you'll quickly see big benefits from using Vincere.

Pros: The system has the span and depth to handle different aspects of end-to-end recruitment, and the pace of innovation makes sure that the software is always updated to catch up with the latest trends in the recruitment space. Before Vincere, I just couldn't find a system that could give me what I wanted. We actually considered building our own system but thankfully, we came across Vincere which had all the key features we needed in the system.

Cons: I'm aware that this is already on the product roadmap sometime soon but I'd like the ability to upload videos into the system - some form of video interviewing feature to view the video profiles of our candidates.

Used to use Bullhorn and Microdec. Great to deal with a company that actually pick up the phone!

Pros: Bene with Vincere for a few years now. What makes them stand out from the other CRM vendors out there is that they have a personal element and seem to care about their customers. We make suggestions and they actually listen. If they put features into the product they don't charge us for them and we feel this is a partnership....I didn't get that with the bigger guys such as Bullhorn, for example. These guys actually pick up the phone!

Cons: We reviewed loads of options- at the end of the day, we are a small business so we wanted the best product out there at a competitive price. Vincere gies us that- I would say that other systems might look prettier though but this is personal taste I suppose.

A great combination of the true elements you really need for recruiting: visibility, process-focused and a good database.

Comments: Recruitment is a process-driven business. To help your consultants, you need to have visibility of the what¿s happening in the process and visibility into the database. Vincere gives my team a very good overview of what¿s happening to all the jobs and candidates at any one time. To have a CRM system that supports my business process, and to have that data captured systematically is crucial for us. A lot of the software I¿ve tried are great databases that allows you to store, search and access CVs very easily, but I didn¿t like how the CRM module worked in those systems.

Pros: You can just tell that Vincere is designed by ex-recruiters. You get a great combination of the true elements you really need for recruiting: visibility, process-focused and a good database.

Cons: The task feature is good but a couple more tweaks to tighten it up would make Vincere perfect. I'm seeing a lot of improvements and I hope that Vincere will continue to enhance its CRM module, not just database functionalities. Performance measurement would be a good area to develop.

Recommendations to other buyers: One more thing about Vincere is that I appreciate how hands-on the management team is and how direct they work on customer feedback.

This is a superior product at an unbeatable price.

Comments: I've used quite a few systems in my career: Tris, TurboRecruit and Bullhorn. Vincere is by far the most comprehensive.

Pros: -You can see that it has been built by recruiters. The understanding of the pipeline flow of how we work is brilliant, it makes the platform quite unique. It feels like everything is very organic plus there is a real depth of features. -I like the fact that the team at Vincere are genuinely listening to the recruiters who are using their platform every day. That is a big difference to the bigger vendors out there so either don't listen to what we need or are too cumbersome to react quickly. -Pricing: I'd be saving over around monthly by switching to Vincere. That's a considerable amount of money, especially as I am looking to hire 2/3 people next year.

Cons: There are a few glitches here and there but nothing major. I know that the team are improving things and are working on new features and their roadmap constantly.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great product at a low price- Vincere are the one to watch and I'm excited to be part of the journey,

Pros: We have been using Vincere for almost 2 years. The system is excellent. The talent pools feature is well-developed and is super useful. Our favorite? Definitely the Job Board feature - we're actively using it to complement our website and it works so well.

Cons: We're not super IT savvy so sometimes it takes us a bit more time to understand how the features work. I'd prefer if the system could be more customizable but overall the system is very well-structured.

Pros: Responsive customer service. The team have been proactive at helping us get up and running. We had a few hiccups getting our email sorted. We let the team at Vincere know about this and they managed to get things fixed quickly.
We also like the data import function: it took a bit of wrangling but proved to be a good way of getting our existing data into Vincere in bulk and at no additional cost.

Cons: It¿s early days but so far no issues. We¿re looking forward to a long relationship with Vincere as our tech partner.

Overall: We¿ve collectively used a few different systems in our time, Bullhorn being one, so we had a good idea of what would work for us.
We are new customers and really impressed by the level of service and the platform itself. We are a small but growing company with an eye on efficiencies and the keeping costs low.

Recommendations to other buyers: A big plus is that you can try Vincere on a trial period with no financial commitment. It¿s a great way to really asses the platform before committing to it. We successfully imported our data before we started paying, this gave us a lot of confidence we'd be able to get value from the CRM from day 1.

Pros: If you've ever had to work with Bond Adapt or Bullhorn, Vincere is a streamlined, bug-free, fast loading and feature rich solution without all of the headaches that Bond and Bullhorn create. We were able to rapidly integrate our email, add custom fields, configure email templates and import a few thousand candidates without any downtime or errors. In the short time that we have used the product, we have already experienced two releases and the company is exceptionally good at communicating upcoming features that are in development and planned for deployment. As with all technology, success comes from user adoption and Vincere is the first solution where I see my team have been using it to not only develop new business and maintain existing business but to make sure that we are delivering excellent quality candidates, fast!

Pros: We are one of the very first Vincere customers and we've been on the journey with them since they launched. Really like the search feature. I'd like to explore the custom field search function more, its super useful.

Cons: Not much. Just think it would be great if we could add keywords automatically to the candidate's profile.

Pros: -I like the focus on analytics- the management reports are very comprehensive.
-Indeed search: I like the look of this...will be really useful when Indeed get their act together and include Singapore to the list of countries, then I imagine I'll use it loads.
-Pipeline: it's just really clear. I can keep tabs on how many people I've shortlisted, sent, interviews, placements.
Online training: very easy to understand. I've got myself up and running without speaking to a single person at Vincere, just by following the in-app training guides.

Cons: We have our company email sync with Vincere. If I delete an email in Vincere I'd like it to also delete the copy in my Outlook inbox, just to save on double-work. Right now, I have to delete twice. Not a major deal.

Overall: Started using Vincere recently when I joined my new firm. I've used systems in the past, PC Recruiter being one of them- Vincere is definitely really different. The pipeline and clarity of the recruiting process is great.

Recommendations to other buyers: I highly recommend taking a look at Vincere.

Pros: The part that I love most about Vincere is how easy it is to shortlist candidates. Vincere is very organized and it keeps me focus on what I need to do next. I can track everything within Vincere and it keeps everyone on the same page. I don't have to go around and ask for more information anymore because I can go to the candidates' profile and see what's happening in the Activities tab. The Instant Job Board is also a great feature. We can post jobs to our job page in just a click.

Cons: Not much I can think of at the moment. I'd like the ability to see who uploaded the CV when I hover over a candidate's profile.

Pros: We didn't use any system before Vincere, so since we started using the system, we find it very helpful for tracking jobs. We can easily track candidate's status and notes that we put in. What I like the most about Vincere is that I can see the number and the status of candidates that I put in at-a-glance. Vincere also makes it so easy to manage the tasks I have. Basically, I can see what's happening on a daily basis instantly without having to pull any reports.

Cons: Just a suggestion: it would be great if we can be more flexible with the stages but I know that Vincere is adding sub-stages in the coming release.

Pros: Our experience of using Vincere has been great. It was a fantastic upgrade from our old system.

The system is straightforward to navigate and use; we have not required any user training yet.

I love the ease of recording comments and notes against a candidate plus the ability to share these with colleagues using the notifications feature.

The talent pools are a handy tool.

The pipeline processes and ability to track the stages which candidates are at saves us loads of time.

Cons: The need to enter an email address when we don't yet have one for a candidate. I'm expecting this to change at some point.

Pros: Vincere has made our day to day lives so much easier, being able to quickly and accurately store our data into the system. We have full transparency being able to see the status of all of our Candidates and Clients quickly and efficiently. It has really improved our quality of work.

Cons: I do wish there was more customization inside the system and some information that is specific to our business could be easier to store. We hope the next update address these issues!

Pros: -Highly configurable: users can easily customise what they see on their screen, their own workflows and processes. Vincere is self-serve-: this means that the recruiters themselves can easily make changes, keeping things quick, easy and, crucially, cost-effective.
Dashboards: Vincere has the most in-depth analytics of any CRM on the market. Very detailed, very easy to get started with, you can tell this product has been designed by people who really 'get' what it means to operate a recruiting business.

Cons: None, the platform is robust and highly configurable. It ticks all the boxes that someone running a successful recruiting business needs.

Overall: I am a consultant to recruiting firms, focusing on the SMB market in Europe. I've spent 5+ years interfacing with recruiting companies that struggle to find a flexible CRM that offers the ability to customise workflows with a clean, intuitive user interface. The struggle is always the same: how to get a CRM in place that is in the Cloud, scalable enough to grow with the company, able to deliver actionable analytics for the senior management.

Recommendations to other buyers: I've seen so many recruiting firms make poor choices when it comes to selecting their CRM: I would advise them to insist on a trial period so that you can get your hands on the product, rather than being suckered in by a sales pitch. Make sure you get a full access free trial when you buy. Vincere offer you this. I recommend Vincere for any recruiting firm who needs a high quality CRM with great service to back it up.

Pros: The system is really well built and allows us to refine our recruitment processes saving us time and money. The ATS/CRM workflows are so easy to use! If there is anything we are not sure of, the support team are readily available to guide us through the system.

Cons: We would like the ability to further toggle user permissions to limit what they can do with companies, but this is a tiny improvement point compared to how this system has developed over the years.

Rapid pace of feature releases- one reason why I love this system!

Pros: I was previously stuck on a system that had not really changed much in 3+years. after much deliberation, I made the decision to switch to Vincere and I've not looked back.

Cons: Service is fantastic- the team go above the call of duty to get back to me on any questions that I might have (and I'm the first to admit I am quite a fussy customer, especially in those first few weeks of getting my database in and learning the ropes). Support is always quick to give me a call and get any questions answered. I also appreciate the amount of feature upgrades that we get. It's almost like we see new features appearing every few weeks. You can see that they are investing back into the technology and want to be leading innovation. Pipeline: the reports on pipeline activity are brilliant, they've totally change how I see my activity.

Recommendations to other buyers: 100% recommend Vincere. Great product. Great price.

Pros: 3 things:

1. The way Vincere is set up makes it so easy to follow-up on what you have to do to close the deal
2. Great database system for record keeping, especially for Job creation and Job order management
3. I love the search feature you can perform quick keyword searches and find the candidates you need in a flash

Cons: Just one thing that could be improved in terms of usability and navigation..whenever you open a job profile, it opens in a new tab, I'd prefer if I was able to click back and view the previous page instead - not a major issue but i think it could help save recruiters time.

Good for searching candidates profiles and check contact details. Easy to follow up roles.

Pros: Easy to follow up roles that you work on hand. And you can check and senf the candidates similar roles to other clients too. The way to noted some qualifications of clients and candidates are easy to keep information .

Cons: Too much information to fill for example when the candidates accept offer you need to fill close date and project close and start working date. That quite too much to fill.Sometimes too complicated. Likes in Thailand first name then surname but your system has surname then first name. And inside client details sometimes we don't know primary email or phone and Titles of clients.

Comments: The new features are awesome, the quick view feature makes it super easy to keep track of candidates

Pros: Really useful quick view option where pI can add notes on the candidates profile. I've been using the Linkedin parsing feature a lot which makes my life easier, In one click the candidates details from Linkedin transfers to Vincere.

Cons: In the latest update the side view option was upgraded, this makes it slightly harder for me to edit the candidates details.

GDPR compliance and timesheets are winning features.

Pros: GDPR compliance, time sheeting, intuitive search, automation and top customer support makes Vincere the industry winners. The timesheeting feature built in looks to be of real use for us. We¿re just starting to have a play around with it but so far we like what we¿ve seen and this could bring real added value for us for our temp contracts. Vincere have pioneered how we manage temps and gone are the days of printed out manual time sheets.

Cons: Nothing to complain about at this stage, we only use a small part of this system currently but everything works for us perfectly.

This is exactly the system we need as a growing recruitment firm.

Pros: We really like that the team at Vincere are responsive and totally open to making the system better and better. I had previously used Salesforce.com platform- you could tell that it was not deigned for recruitment and is not truly fit for purpose. Then I used a very good, in-house system- mind you, they'd invested millions into it! We like that Vincere gives us what we need ata really great pricepoint.

Comments: I spent a long time researching which Recruitment CRM software was going to be right for my company as we are relatively small and very young and what stood out from the start was their pro-active and engaging approach. Now that I have signed up to Vincere I am very pleased to see that this was not just a sales strategy bu a culture ingrained in to the organisation and I now have a CRM partner instead of a provider.

Pros: - Great customer service - pipeline focused work flow - so logical why has no one else done it this well? - quick and easy to use, even I understand it - price - one of the most cost effective for a small business like mine

Cons: No real negatives so far other than the interface could get a bit too busy if they are not careful. Not a problem right now but they need to watch that they don¿t try to cram too much into the user interface.

Recommendations to other buyers: Use the free trial, ask all the questions you can think to ask and then go with Vincere anyway. One of the best systems I have used developed by a company that looks to partner with you on your journey.

Great customer service. A platform that our consultants like to use.

Pros: Good customer service and training, very pleasant team to deal with. Looking forward to getting to grips with the analytics and exploring the candidate portal feature which is coming in July.
The onboarding and training process was great. Our trainer was very pleasant, very helpful and patient. I've been impressed with how things have progressed. The crucial thing for me is that my team like to use Vincere- this is obviously critical!

Overall: Analytics to help us as we grow our business across multiple countries and regions. Increased visibility for our investors.

Comments: Good system, a pleasure to use.

Pros: Ease of use. I'm generally averse to using systems - in my previous recruitment business we had a system but it was used solely by my researcher instead of by me. Vincere is the opposite of that- it's a system I picked up really easily and actually enjoy using. Customer service is excellent. If we have questions they are addressed almost immediately.

Pros: Great analytics. I can really see the value of the different reports and dashboards inside Vincere. I am excited about the strategic insights this will give us across the business, such as getting a grip on our conversion rates, turnaround times. I also like the fact that my consultants can streamline their own processes with Vincere and understand which clients are worth investing their efforts in and which don't offer good ROI. Vincere is definitely much better than the previous system we were using. I've had a lot of demos and did my homework before deciding on a platform. Vincere is the right choice for a growing business like mine.

Cons: It could be prettier....but this pales in comparison to the fact that the Vincere team are constantly adding in new and innovating features. I am also looking forward to some of the enhancements to the calendar.
