Pros Reasonably priced, great customer service and easy enough to use for newbie recruiters. Love the focus on process and pipeline too. " April 12, 2018 5.0 This is a great CRM/ATS and a great alternative to BULLHORN Pros Really enjoy the ability to add candidates/contacts from LinkedIn. Lots of flexibility to add custom tags or custom fields. The dashboard with analytics is great too! Also being able to add the micro-site tied to my website was very easy. The interface is very easy to use. Have only been using this for less than 3 months but I am glad i found it. Definitely worth checking out. Cons I would like to option to publish jobs to just my micro-site or INDEED. I wish the program would run on an IPAD using Safari. Pros It is perfect for my business Vincere is already made to match my processes. The system is super user friendly, easy to understand and operate. February 2, 2018 5.0 Pros Vincere is a very good product and it's really making the life of recruiters easier...It's a move into the future. I used Placement Partners before but the way things are displayed is outdated. It's functional but it's not practical, so I decided to switch to a system that is more modern and futuristic, that's why I decided to use Vincere. When you have so many positions, clients and candidates, you often forget what you're busy with, so I like that Vincere is very structured and organized, I can see everything on one page. In general, though, Vincere is excellent to use and I'd highly recommend. Vincere is a really deep system, so we're probably not making use of all the functionality. Pros The biggest positive about Vincere is how easy it use to use and navigate the system. Adding and searching for Candidates is painless, which is essential - this is such a crucial piece of functionality for any CRM ATS. The integration between Vincere and LinkedIn is also excellent. Being able to add Candidates directly into Vincere from LinkedIn with one click makes getting good Candidates into the system a breeze. Review Source VB Viphawee B. I also really like the analytics, it is really simple to use. The search functionality is great, it easily gives me the record I'm searching for and this helps me to search what I need. I use is on a daily basis and it is quite clear and simple. This is the first recruitment software I’ve used so I can’t compare it to others, but it was very easy to learn, I picked it up with no difficulties. I also love hoe quickly I can bring candidates over from Linked in, this saves me loads of time and makes it easy. Cons Nothing to be improved, there have been updates recently too which is great. November 23, 2016 5.0 We were previously using Jazz but Jazz was more of an ATS and advertising/job posting isn’t a good sourcing method for us. Since most of our roles are work from home, we have to fight for the work from home space. There a lot of business opportunities but due to the stereotypes that exist about work from home jobs like ‘businesses’ that aren't really business, candidates we speak to are generally apprehensive so quality candidates generally ignore the work from home model. We do get referrals from our current workers - they recommend their friends and family but what we really need is to get through the noise about work-from-home - not so much on job posting. Our best investment is in active sourcing so we what we needed was a better CRM - calling people, keeping them warm, building relationships. Glad we found Vincere. Review Source FJ Freddie J. September 26, 2019 5.0 Pros I have only been using Vincere for 4 weeks, but so far I am really liking it. I am using all of the features (there are loads!), and am really happy with the product. The best bits have to be how you can upload CVs and it parses the information into the profile, and how you can send out bulk emails - this is great for business development and sending jobs to candidates! The interface is very clear and simple, which means that even as a new user switching from Jobvite I was able to understand the processes straight away. The pipeline is very clear and it is easy to move candidates along. Cons Occasionally takes a while to load but I think this may be our internet at our end. There are a few grey areas, but Vincere is working on them and making them better - and listening to how their customers want the product to improve. Pros The thing that we like most about Vincere is that it's comfortable and easy to use. We're not yet fully-fledged users, but being able to manage everything - your Companies, Contacts, Jobs and Candidates - inside one system is just great. Cons It'd be nice if the resume template editor was a little bit more powerful. Similarly, there are a few features that would be nice to be able to disable (there are so many!). Pros The thing that we like most about Vincere is how easy it is to manage the recruitment process - when you first find a Candidate you can immediately parse their resume without any manual data entry, and from then on the whole recruitment workflow is intuitive and easy. Cons We'd like to be able to customize the system a little bit more. It would also be good to be able to manage your schedule through the App - but this is coming in the next release, which we're really looking forward to. Review Source BR Braam R. It is allowing us to grow as a company as a result. If I ever have a question, or any issues, Vincere is always there to assist me right away. They are so quick to assist and find a solution for whatever I ask. I would definitely recommend Vincere to anyone! Cons I have not had enough time to dig in deeper to all the features that Vincere offers, so I still have more to learn about. We successfully track all recruitment processes, get analytics of our activities, setting up KPIs to consultants, forecast, conduct searches for candidates. The systhem can be connected with emails and LinkedIn which is a great time saver. It's compatible with most of the platforms including GSuit. Vicencere does regular updates to improve the CRM. Pros Especially the customer support is excellent. The software is easy to use, the analytics are good, also like the way how I can classify candidates into different groups Cons Sometime too detailed, offering functionalities that you might no need and it's not possible to remove it. Pros Vincere is different than other software I've used in the past. The workflow of Vincere from the interview stage to placing a candidate is so convenience it pretty much does the work for you. The Outlook interface helps you keep track of your meeting, calls, and tasks so you don't have to do any manual work saving time for potential placements. Pros Before Vincere, we were using a very old out dated system. It simply wasn't working for us and we knew that it was time for a change. Been using Vincere for 5 months and we absolutely love it. What I love is the fact that everything is self service, and well put in place. Very logical and easy to use, the work flow is great when adding jobs and candidates, just make life easier. They also provide a great support team, always ready to help when help is needed. Cons This is quite hard for us to answer as Vincere does everything for us!
