September 17, 2019 4.0 Pros Processing candidates on Vincere is very easy as the stages are so clear and the pipeline is user friendly. When searching it is easy to use filters which means you can really get accurate search results. The system as a whole is very organized. I would recommend to other recruiters because it would help a lot with organizing the jobs they are working on. Cons There are a few minor suggestions in regards to rejecting candidates. However, I have noticed that suggestions made in the past have been implemented and so I have told my ideas to the Vincere team. Review Source LJ Lewis J. Vincere keeps us organized. The sales funnel, the task management that can link to our outlook have been excellent. The main thing for me is KPIs. I can't tell how much easier it is to look at KPIs and manage KPIs in Vincere than it was for our last system. I think that's for me is the main reason we went with Vincere over JobAdder and other software that we looked at. Also, Vincere's professional service team has been really helpful since we started. I'm really glad we went with Vincere. It's made a big difference. Cons Not anything critical so far. Pros I really like the email blasting in Vincere. Sending out mass emails to candidates and contacts is effortless. You can skim through the profiles very easily using the quick view. The option to add anyone from LinkedIn using Velocity is definately one of my favorite. So far Vincere has made our company more systematic and easier to track performance. Pros Vincere has a powerful search function. The analytics & excel download are great for performance management. The product is always developing which I really like because we're growing as a firm together. Cons There are many upgrades that happened but the users are unaware of the product update & new features. Having worked all over the world in both large global and boutique search consultancies, it is without doubt the best Candidate management system I have ever used. Pros This product has obviously been designed with significant input of people who have extensive experience in the recruitment industry. The functionality is extremely easy to use and saves significant time even to somebody who is not technically adept. The reporting functions are outstanding and produce reports that are extremely useful for the management of junior consultants in a very timely fashion. Cons There is a lot of information at the fingertips and it takes some time working through the set up to fit your purpose. However that is only a slight issue and will depend on individuals. Executive Talent Manager Staffing and Recruiting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Vincere offers the most useful features of any ATS I've tried" May 16, 2017 5.0 I’d really recommend Vincere because it focuses on the core of what recruitment is about – having visibility over your Jobs and Candidates, and being able to move them through the recruitment process. Too many ATS systems focus on social marketing and forget the most important thing, which is managing your Candidates from A – Z and getting them placed in a role. Pros I’ve tried lots of different ATS systems, and the thing that sets Vincere apart from the rest is its focus on pipeline. Vincere’s ATS is logically ordered and prompts you to take the right actions in the recruitment process, at the right time. The numbers on the pipeline also give you great visibility. I also really like the fact that it supports bulk emailing, and the reporting is also good. And finally, there aren’t bugs, which is great! Cons There are a few small things that I’d like to see improved in Vincere. The first is sending more than one Candidate at the same time (but this is coming in three weeks, so we’re not worried!). It would also be nice if the system was a little bit prettier, and very occasionally the parsing function doesn’t work quite as well as it normally does. Review Source TF Trinh F. June 27, 2019 5.0 We wanted to use it as both an ATS and a sales pipeline/forecasting tool and it does that absolutely effortlessly. I get genuinely excited when I receive the roadmap updates, as there are even more integrations on the way, which will benefit my team greatly. Pros I have moved to Vincere from BullHorn. I felt innovation at BullHorn had stagnated and the overall intuitiveness was not that logical. Since moving to Vincere, I have been absolutely blown away by how many features it has, which saves us time and allows us to be more productive. Cons Nothing to complain about so far, it's all good. July 31, 2019 5.0 It's my best friend - that's all I can say! Pros I don't have to remember anything, Vincere basically does the remembering for me. I can include colleagues in conversation about candidates, not having to emails back and forth internally makes life really easy. The advanced search is wonderful as you can search for tagged candidates, and can even search for notes that you've made! The product does all the heavy lifting for me - I would really recommend. Automated a lot of our labour intensive administrative tasks, streamlined our work, mobile app to support our team travelling. A vendor that shows interest in our business and provides prompt support and solutions. Pros Intuitive navigation, great reporting and analytics, support has been very prompt, they're interested in hearing from us about product suggestions, they spend 3 months of the year on product development with monthly releases, Mobile app, Velocity Chrome extension for LinkedIn is amazing! Data Migration and training went very smoothly. Cons Any suggestions I've made for imporvements have been taken into consideration for their upcoming releases's, nothing to complain about. Pros Vincere has helped us by providing us with a true SaaS platform that can be accessed from any location on any personal computing device with a web-browser. With our business model we wanted a solution that would enable our workforce to be as flexible and mobile as possible and Vincere delivers on this front. We can access records on the move and work from any location in the world! Our favourite feature is the job board that integrates seamlessly with our website and delivers candidates straight to our recruitment ATS. This makes it easy to share job posting on all social media platforms and means there is no need to manually upload CV’s to our database. We also love the LinkedIn integration. February 28, 2019 5.0 Pros First of all, I love the Livelist, I think it's very very good in terms of getting the feedback, booking the meetings with candidates and clients. There's a few that I like but when you put a lot of documents, normally it was limited but now we can actually upload as many documents as we like so that's actually pretty good. When you send a CV, from the client side, they can actually put on some comments and rate the candidates based on the 5-star rating. So out of five, it can actually help us to figure what sort of candidates they like in the future so that's pretty nice. Cons Velocity has been ineffective lately, we couldn't actually acquire more numbers or emails part of Velocity and I think you need to improve this in the future. Review Source PK Patrick K. Pros Vincere is really user friendly, provide a great way for you to communicate with clients using what they called the Livelist, and helping you keep track of your KPI through the Analytics is gold. In addition to that, all your contacts are well kept in one place as well, I really like that. Pros Generally Vincere is great, its super easy to use, functional and does what we require. I’m certain there are things that we should be doing that Vincere allows that we haven’t been using to its full effect and that’s something I have spoken with CSR about – its just a matter of doing it. Cons I don’t believe there is anything lacking at the moment, what we use it for is pretty basic so it meets those requirements. Pros I really like the User Interface of Vincere – it is pretty friendly, less clustered, good to look at, and in line with other apps we use in our personal time which makes it easy on the eye. Whenever we need to click on a particular job or look at contact/candidate details it shows lots of information all on one screen which saves having to open multiple tabs. Finally, the interaction between how we normally interact with the app is very clear cut. Cons Sometimes the speed lags slightly – however this could be our internet rather than Vincere. I also like that when we booking meetings, reminders pop up directly to our Outlook email. Cons The vChat would be extra cool if it had a designated pop-up apart from the tiny orange dot that signifies a new message. Managing Director Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Vincere promises efficiency and speed - and delivers" December 7, 2017 5.0 To get the most out of Vincere I'd suggest making sure that you use as many different features inside the system as possible. This will give you a good understanding of how things works, and you can then go back to their excellent support team, who'll clarify anything that you're not sure about. Once you've got the whole team understanding how to use the system, you'll quickly see big benefits from using Vincere. Pros Vincere is a really advanced system. The search capabilities are a real strong point: the ability to search across all documents and emails is a massive plus. The reporting is also excellent. There's a lot of depth to the insights that you can get from the reports, but once you understand the capabilities, you can automate huge amounts of work that were manual before Vincere. Cons Because Vincere is such a big system, I'm still learning how to make the most out of all of the features. It would be nice if there was a bit more information available about the product - but the support team are really communicative, so I'm not left in situations where I don't know how to do soemthing for too long!
