Before we didn't have any system and had to use Google Drive to store data, so it's great to have a database of our own where we can have a centralized location to keep everything and also see all that I am working on at-a-glance. Cons It would be great if we could add bulk comments in the system. Personally I really like the my stats dashboard so I can see all my live active interviews, open jobs, fees etc - this is really useful. The general candidates pipeline is also very useful allowing everyone to filter down by their jobs, candidates etc. Velocity is a life-saver too. Cons There's a few slight snags that can be annoying at times but nothing springs to mind as a negative point of the overall system - as a user i'm very satisfied with Vincere. Being able to bulk message people and put attachments and stuff like that- it's really a good feature which works particularly well for us. Being able to book interviews and it all goes through the system and our Outlooks and you can send that out to clients and candidates. We like the Instant Job Board, we actually integrated that into our website and that's our career's page - the functionality of that is really good. Cons Rep is really good at communicating the good fun stuff and positive things. Better communication though around the bad news and the broadcast across all customers just alerting them - it's an issue and we're on it - it will save so much pain. Review Source LM Lyle M. Before Vincere, I just couldn't find a system that could give me what I wanted. We actually considered building our own system but thankfully, we came across Vincere which had all the key features we needed in the system. Cons I'm aware that this is already on the product roadmap sometime soon but I'd like the ability to upload videos into the system - some form of video interviewing feature to view the video profiles of our candidates. July 19, 2018 5.0 Pros Bene with Vincere for a few years now. What makes them stand out from the other CRM vendors out there is that they have a personal element and seem to care about their customers. We make suggestions and they actually listen. If they put features into the product they don't charge us for them and we feel this is a partnership....I didn't get that with the bigger guys such as Bullhorn, for example. These guys actually pick up the phone! Cons We reviewed loads of options- at the end of the day, we are a small business so we wanted the best product out there at a competitive price. September 27, 2019 5.0 Vincere is honestly the best recruitment product I have used. Pros It is very easy to work my way through everything in Vincere - everything is in the right place. In particular, I think the resume parsing is fantastic, because of referrals I have lots of CVs but I can load them all in at once and go back later on and make my edits. Talent pools are great for grouping together candidates. The feature where you can create candidates and contacts straight from your email is gold! Vincere is really intuitive, you can really tell that it's been designed by someone who has done recruitment before which is pretty impressive. Cons This a tough question at the moment, but as an improvement point it would be great to be able to view additional notes from the executive brief section on the quick view. Velocity is a really great tool for me as well to get candidates and new leads into the system. The analytics, so many dashboards I can practically get any records I want within a simple click. Pros The speed of development of the platform. It's already a great ATS but they're improving it all the time. That's a key reason we decided to move away from Bullhorn. It's also really easy to use and understand for our recruiters and provides great reports for our Managers. Cons They could have more integrations but I know that lots more are coming so I'm not concerned! It provides us with an ATS & CRM - we wouldn't be able to run our business without it. The user experience is better, and the functionality is great. I also love how easy it is to bring across candidate details from LinkedIn – it saves me loads of time. Pros We have been using Vincere for almost 2 years. The system is excellent. The talent pools feature is well-developed and is super useful. Our favorite? Definitely the Job Board feature - we're actively using it to complement our website and it works so well. Cons We're not super IT savvy so sometimes it takes us a bit more time to understand how the features work. Pros We wanted a software provider that offered monthly billing at an affordable price point. We found it in Vincere. We reviewed most of the options on the market, including Zoho, LinkedIn but Vincere was clearly the best in terms of product and pricing. Of course you get all the standard products as stated on the tin but they are always looking for ways to support expansion as needs arise. So far we have seen loads f new functionality and its ongoing. Our favorite was the integration with Linked, own job sites and the analytics function Cons Usually our problems have only been around users not understanding how something works - their support levels are above and beyond - to date we have not waited longer than 15 minutes to get a response to our queries. We used Vincere to be our ATS system, database recorder and CV sharing in the company. Good choice for your recruitment business. Better than other ATS. Pros Vincere is the ATS system that friendly with user. Interface is nice and easy to use. We can input, search, print report and etc. Frequency of update program in almost every week. Chief Executive Officer Staffing and Recruiting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Recruitment Has a True Cloud Solution" June 16, 2017 5.0 Pros If you've ever had to work with Bond Adapt or Bullhorn, Vincere is a streamlined, bug-free, fast loading and feature rich solution without all of the headaches that Bond and Bullhorn create. We were able to rapidly integrate our email, add custom fields, configure email templates and import a few thousand candidates without any downtime or errors. In the short time that we have used the product, we have already experienced two releases and the company is exceptionally good at communicating upcoming features that are in development and planned for deployment. As with all technology, success comes from user adoption and Vincere is the first solution where I see my team have been using it to not only develop new business and maintain existing business but to make sure that we are delivering excellent quality candidates, fast! If there is anything we are not sure of, the support team are readily available to guide us through the system. Cons We would like the ability to further toggle user permissions to limit what they can do with companies, but this is a tiny improvement point compared to how this system has developed over the years. Pros I really like the fact that we can link directly from LinkedIn through Velocity and the mobile app. Following up on tasks, comments, and meetings using the planner has never been more efficient, and there calendar sync with Outlook is amazing. It was a fantastic upgrade from our old system. The system is straightforward to navigate and use; we have not required any user training yet. I love the ease of recording comments and notes against a candidate plus the ability to share these with colleagues using the notifications feature. The talent pools are a handy tool. The pipeline processes and ability to track the stages which candidates are at saves us loads of time. Cons The need to enter an email address when we don't yet have one for a candidate. This system is helping me run my business efficiency and the team love it. Cons I'd like to see a Drag and drop cv function to parse. Ability to shortlist candidates to a role when bulk parsing them and to be able to click on a company when viewing a contact and for it to take you to the company within vincere. Other than that, it's great!
