September 8, 2017 4.0 Pros Easy to follow up roles that you work on hand. And you can check and senf the candidates similar roles to other clients too. The way to noted some qualifications of clients and candidates are easy to keep information . Cons Too much information to fill for example when the candidates accept offer you need to fill close date and project close and start working date. That quite too much to fill.Sometimes too complicated. Likes in Thailand first name then surname but your system has surname then first name. Always lots of improvements, the team are very receptive. Pros Been using Vincere for the past 2.5 years. The pipeline is unique- the chevrons show you clearly where you are at with things. I also like the sub-status feature which basically allows for a completely configurable workflow. This is an easy-to-use system, great for managing a team. If you want a system that is easy to set targets in and measure performance of consultants this is the system for you. Pros The process flow is straight-forward and very intuitive. I really like how often you introduce new updates on the platform which enhance what you guys are already doing well. The CV import function is really easy to use and typically quite accurate in terms of file formats, as I had difficulty in past getting candidates into the system using Octus. This has really helped with adoption. There are very easy workflows and you can use it as little or a much as you like, it's very user friendly. November 4, 2016 5.0 Recruitment is a process-driven business. To help your consultants, you need to have visibility of the what’s happening in the process and visibility into the database. Vincere gives my team a very good overview of what’s happening to all the jobs and candidates at any one time. To have a CRM system that supports my business process, and to have that data captured systematically is crucial for us. A lot of the software I’ve tried are great databases that allows you to store, search and access CVs very easily, but I didn’t like how the CRM module worked in those systems. Pros You can just tell that Vincere is designed by ex-recruiters. You get a great combination of the true elements you really need for recruiting: visibility, process-focused and a good database. Cons The task feature is good but a couple more tweaks to tighten it up would make Vincere perfect. I'm seeing a lot of improvements and I hope that Vincere will continue to enhance its CRM module, not just database functionalities. Performance measurement would be a good area to develop. The functions and features are always updated. Pros I think that it is easy to use and convenient to schedule and send out the candidates to the client. Cons There are so many updates and some functions, i did not really used them, because some I didn't know existed if I didn't explore Vincere by myself. July 27, 2018 5.0 Pros GDPR compliance, time sheeting, intuitive search, automation and top customer support makes Vincere the industry winners. The timesheeting feature built in looks to be of real use for us. We’re just starting to have a play around with it but so far we like what we’ve seen and this could bring real added value for us for our temp contracts. Vincere have pioneered how we manage temps and gone are the days of printed out manual time sheets. December 12, 2016 5.0 I've used quite a few systems in my career: Tris, TurboRecruit and Bullhorn. Vincere is by far the most comprehensive. Pros \-You can see that it has been built by recruiters. The understanding of the pipeline flow of how we work is brilliant, it makes the platform quite unique. It feels like everything is very organic plus there is a real depth of features. -I like the fact that the team at Vincere are genuinely listening to the recruiters who are using their platform every day. That is a big difference to the bigger vendors out there so either don't listen to what we need or are too cumbersome to react quickly. -Pricing: I'd be saving over around monthly by switching to Vincere. That's a considerable amount of money, especially as I am looking to hire 2/3 people next year. Cons There are a few glitches here and there but nothing major. Pros Vincere is very well set up in terms of organization and unnecessary manual work you have to go through. Previously I was using a software called Placement Partner where you literally had to input in all the information which at the time was very complicated. The transition over to Vincere has definitely made my life a lot easier, not to mention their integration with Velocity which helps you retrieve applicants from LinkedIn, that for me it's really cool. With what's going on in the world today regarding technologies, Vincere has help advanced us as a business, making work effortless and less time-consuming. Everything is done electronically, by far the best software I've used compared to what I've used previously. If I got a feedback from a client regarding this candidate for this vacancy, I am able to check the activity log where I can see from the candidate's side or the client's side or vacancy side. That is very useful, usually if it's separated, it gives me a headache. This function is really very helpful. It makes it easier to see the comments and the feedback. Cons There's one thing that I realized though we don't frequently use this function but it would be helpful to search by comments made on a candidate on the Advanced Search. This is not really urgent because I don't often use it but it will come in handy when I need it. I hope Vincere can work on the limitations from LinkedIn when we retrieve too many profiles. We like the fact that we can plug in the Client and Candidate portals easily into our website when needed. Pros The customer service element. At my previous firm we used Bullhorn for years and never had any form of relationship with them. Vincere are proactive and keen to have partnerships with businesses like mine. Ease-of use: it's designed in a really clear and logical way. The pipeline and workflows are brilliant. Bullhorn is built on tabs and feels old and clicky. I also appreciate that I can easily upload a resume with less effort. Cons Normally, they will get back after we issue problem in few hours. It will be better if they are able to shorten a time. Pros The auto upload function from LinkedIn to VC is pure gold - this makes the system for me from my perspective. It’s genius. I like that it’s a web based CRM, I can access it anywhere and it just works. The mobile app is top too, makes life much easier. One last thing I like is the new separate screens for new files - makes things much easier to mange. Cons Ability to process retained invoices is difficult but I understand that this is all being changed in 2 weeks time when they launch invoicing. Review Source KC Kat C. October 7, 2018 5.0 Being able to find a candidate on LinkedIn and bring them into my Vincere database is so slick and easy - has changed the game! Pros Vincere is so easy to use. I mainly use it for searching for candidates across my own databases and LinkedIn. The integration they have with LinkedIn is amazing, and really speeds up my processes of getting candidates into my database. The app is also great, and now I know they have 'talk to text', it's going to make my admin so much quicker and easier! Cons Nothing to not like about it! I'm generally averse to using systems - in my previous recruitment business we had a system but it was used solely by my researcher instead of by me. Vincere is the opposite of that- it's a system I picked up really easily and actually enjoy using. Customer service is excellent. If we have questions they are addressed almost immediately. I can really see the value of the different reports and dashboards inside Vincere. I am excited about the strategic insights this will give us across the business, such as getting a grip on our conversion rates, turnaround times. I also like the fact that my consultants can streamline their own processes with Vincere and understand which clients are worth investing their efforts in and which don't offer good ROI. Vincere is definitely much better than the previous system we were using. I've had a lot of demos and did my homework before deciding on a platform. Vincere is the right choice for a growing business like mine. Cons It could be prettier....but this pales in comparison to the fact that the Vincere team are constantly adding in new and innovating features. The support team is great and they have integrations with external systems which I like as well. Cons There were some training modules / articles that are now not available, but i believe these are being brought back.
