At the time of reviewing the options, Bullhorn and a few others were actually chasing me to sign. Then I had a conversation with some friends who recommending vincere completely out of the blue - had a demo, loved the product and don't regret my decision. Vincere is really simple and easy to use, although still has lots of depth and functions. I like that Vincere allows you to link candidates to clients and being able to keep track of everything easily. Support are also great! Cons The document builder is little hard to work with but I still need to spend more time setting up the templates. It is very user friendly, easy to learn, easy to navigate, and the data spreadout is good. It's definitely worth the effort! Pros Plenty! It's easy to use, and really easy to organise your data in a way that makes it easy to find exactly the people you're looking for, fast. As a result, Vincere becomes a powerful tool for marketing, and we can run campaigns both inside the system and the data inside Vincere as the basis for campaigns that we run outside the system. Finally, the reporting is great! Cons The problems we've had with Vincere are the problems that you'll always have when moving system: we were used to the old system that we were using and inevitably switching to Vincere involved getting used to the product. They are very well set up and organized that it practically does the work for you. Cons In the profile of contact under company contacts, it's hard to tell who is who when there is a lot of contacts for that company would be great to see an added job title to the contacts. Vincere makes working a job through our processes so simple, everything is easily manageable and transparent. Everything I need is always just a click away. Cons In the past, the Linkedin compatibility wasn't very strong with Vincere, but at the end of this month they are releasing an update to fix this issue! We are very excited to see this roll out. Vincere has a powerful search function and the auto-upload function from LinkedIn to Vincere is cool. Both the sales and customer service team are effective and helpful. Cons Vincere is a large system and I'm still learning how to make the most out of all of the features. I hope in the future the analytics can be improved for TV dashboard and KPI comparison for consultants. I don't like credit thing as one credit for one CV import. Everything syncs up and talks to each other. Tracking is also great. Really helps. Especially the pipeline/workflow. Cons Would like to be able to navigate a bit easier between records. If someone is listed as a candidate and a contact, would like to move easier between the two. Being able to hide old tracking information would be helpful. More customization options when it comes to the main screens for filtering. Would like to be able to choose what I want to see in the main listing screens. Need to be able to send larger bulk mails. Pros For us, the biggest pro of Vincere is that they listen to their customers and make product updates on the basis of what we suggest. It's so important for us that our ATS provider is responsive and engages with what we need from the product, and Vincere totally understands this relationship. It's also got a great Knowledge Base, so you can start using the product quickly, and their Customer Success team is incredibly responsive whenever we have questions. Finally, it's intuitive - Vincere matches the recruitment process really well. Cons As with any system, it can be a little daunting when you first start using it. The CV formatting function is very good as well and will reduce the time taken on preparing a generic CV for our clients. We have been using the system for about 5 months now and really love the analytics and how we can see gaps in our recruiters and work tailored plans to improve their businesses Cons Nothing I dislike, but integration with Sendinblue for emailing or ability to email 500 - 1000 candidates at a time would be a bonus. We can now make decisions with confidence as they are backed up by solid numbers and facts. Pros Vincere allows us to track everything from sourcing to placement and even to invoicing of clients - allowing our recruiters to do more in less time. Before Vincere, we were using several, disconnected digital tools, but Vincere understands recruitment and proved to be more efficient for our recruitment team. The best feature is definitely how the jobs and the progress is displayed in the pipeline. At a glance, everyone involved knows the current status of a case. Standout features for me are the built in LinkedIn search - this is great! Saves us lots of time to source new candidates. We were using Excel spreadsheets before we found Vincere so this is a real eye opener - and really allows us to grow our business. Also make sure to stay in touch with the Vincere team to find out about upcoming updates - they're always useful and updates are heavily influenced by customer feedback. Pros Ease of use is massively important if you want to use your ATS on a daily basis, and this something that Vincere gets absolutely right. Similarly, it's incredibly comprehensive and allows you to manage everything relating to your recruitment operations. Finally the analytics are really thorough and are massively helpful for me when I'm judging my performance. February 14, 2017 5.0 We are mid-size agency and we used to use Bullhorn but we are glad that we made the decision to switch - big saving on cost but no sacrifice on the features. Pros Great value for a recruitment firm which doesn't want to spend crazy amount on the system. Great customer service. Cons So many releases which is great but for someone who is using the system for a long time it takes time to get used to it. That said, this is not something new customers would notice. The biggest difference between the 2 is that Vincere features work much better with Temp/Contract companies. It’s just a deeper product with more functionality, especially if you have contractors. The Job Board and Candidate Portal feature is great, just really simple to integrate with my website. I like that I can post the jobs directly from Vincere to my website and candidates can easily login to their portal. Vincere also has the best Analytics, you can’t really compare them to Jobadder. I am a startup company and looking to grow so I also see the KPI dashboards are being helpful for me. Cons My experience has been great with Vincere. No negatives so far, so I don’t have much to comment here.
