\[sensitive content hidden\] are fantastic. Very quick to respond with any questions, which is especially valuable on the tech support side. I am not a technician, so any questions I have for Jeff are always answered very quickly.

Pros

The personal service is second to none. I always get a fast, accurate response. This is especially valuable to me because I sell the product to my clients, but do not install the hardware outside of the players. Meaning, I install the Screenfluence product myself, and any questions I have are answered very quickly.

Cons

I wish you offered a touchscreen option. There have been a couple instances where customers wanted this. However, there is something to be said about offering a relatively "simple" digital signage solution which (in my opinion) is the greatest strength Screenfluence has. It doesn't have all the "bells & whistles" that many other players have, but it has enough for most applications which keeps things simple, and running smoothly.

Overall, our experience with Screenfluence has been very positive. We have used the platform for several years and have been happy with both the service and the functionality it provides. The system is easy to use, reliable, and makes managing digital signage simple and efficient. We appreciate how straightforward the platform is for updating and displaying content, even for users with limited technical experience. While we have experienced occasional Wi-Fi disconnection issues, the platform itself has consistently met our needs. Overall, Screenfluence has been a dependable solution for our organization, and we have been satisfied with the experience over the years.

Pros

What I liked most about Screenfluence was how easy it was to use. The platform was very simple to navigate, even the first time I logged in. Everything was organized clearly, which made it easy to find the tools and features I needed without confusion. I also liked how quickly I was able to create and manage content without needing a lot of training or technical experience. The interface felt clean and user-friendly, which saved time and made the overall experience less stressful. Another thing I appreciated was how smoothly the system worked when updating and displaying content. Overall, Screenfluence made digital signage management simple, efficient, and convenient, which is why it stood out to me the most.

Cons

What I liked least about Screenfluence was that it occasionally disconnected from the Wi-Fi, which interrupted the connection and required troubleshooting. However, I am not completely sure this was caused by Screenfluence itself, as it may have been related to the network or internet connection. Aside from that issue, the platform generally worked well and was still easy to use overall. The occasional connectivity problem was the main challenge I experienced while using it.

Excellent and no complaints. Again it does what we need it to do and so far we've had no issues with it. We are very happy we choose Screenfluence to work with.

Pros

It works smoothly and is a great value for the price. It's works without any problems and is simple to implement. Plus they offer great support.

Cons

I think the interface of the CMS could be cleaned up a bit. It's just UX design stuff I'd like to see but again it works and does the job.

We’ve really liked how versatile Screenfluence is. It’s been a great way to share information across our different company locations, and the ability to schedule content for different shifts has been especially helpful. The platform is web-based, easy to use, and works great for displaying photos and videos. Their team has also always been quick to respond whenever we’ve had questions.

Pros

Screenfluence has been a fantastic partner from day one. Their software is incredibly easy to use and intuitive. Onboarding was smooth, and our team picked it up with almost no learning curve. The platform just works the way you'd expect it to. On top of that, their service is consistently superb and lightning fast. Anytime we've had a question or needed support for one of our clients, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Their pricing is also extremely reasonable for the level of service and capability they deliver. The value is hard to beat and we've looked. They treat our success like it's their own.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to come up with anything meaningful here. If I had to nitpick, I'd just say I wish more companies operated the way they do. It would make my job a whole lot easier.
