Pros

I love that you can change the menu any time and edit pricing as food cost do change everyday. Customer service is amazing

Cons

Honestly there are no cons yet for me super easy to use. Your rep is one phone call away and can fix anything for you

Pros

Uploading and displaying items is straightforward. The drag-and-drop feature makes the system especially user-friendly.

Cons

Scheduling content to display at a specific time can be challenging. I would like the ability to add a schedule for content within the existing loop.

I would highly recommend Screenfluence to any business, whether you're a small shop just getting started or a large operation with complex needs, they can scale to support you.

Pros

Screenfluence has been a fantastic partner from day one. Their software is incredibly easy to use and intuitive. Onboarding was smooth, and our team picked it up with almost no learning curve. The platform just works the way you'd expect it to. On top of that, their service is consistently superb and lightning fast. Anytime we've had a question or needed support for one of our clients, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Their pricing is also extremely reasonable for the level of service and capability they deliver. The value is hard to beat and we've looked. They treat our success like it's their own.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to come up with anything meaningful here. If I had to nitpick, I'd just say I wish more companies operated the way they do. It would make my job a whole lot easier.

At times, I have experienced issues with certain display boxes not connecting or staying connected, which can result in them showing offline. Improving connection stability would help ensure more consistent communication.

When this task was put on my desk, I thought just great one more thing to do. But with the ease of using it, I've found myself changing our inspirational quotes every 2 days and our employees are noticing and enjoying it.

Pros

The ease of using it! I am very honestly not the best with technology, and this was so easy to learn! We have some trouble with losing Wi-Fi and from my desk I can restart the tv's with ease.

My overall experience has been fantastic. The customer service is fantastic! We keep expanding how we use it and the number of devices. I am looking forward to seeing what else we can do with it.

Great value. Customer service is fantastic! Great response time when questions arise. It has greatly enhanced the way we communicate with our associates.

Sometimes pdf/jpeg do not display correctly and have to be reformatted. This may just be me still getting used to the system.

Pros

Screenfluence is easy to use once you learn how to upload digital assets and create loops. Also, I like how it updates in real time when you delete something or add something to a campaign.

Cons

I don't like that you have to schedule multiple loops instead of scheduling assets to be remove or added to a campaign.

The Screenfluence team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. When I was tasked with looking for new TV devices for our 9 franchises across the country, Screenfluence stuck out to me right away. The communication is always punctual and helpful. Anytime I am having an issue or need some guidance, they are always willing and able to help. I also value the check-ins I receive every so often to make sure our account looks good on the backend.

Pros

Screenfluence has provided a way to communicate to all of our franchises across the country. It gives them an opportunity to view real time data, not only on the operations level, but safety as well. We are able to share important updates and shoutouts with our entire crews at the click of a button.

Cons

The amount of time it disconnects from the internet. There are many times the "not connected to the internet" screen pops up. It usually goes away after a few minutes, but it can be distracting.
