When I was tasked with looking for new TV devices for our 9 franchises across the country, Screenfluence stuck out to me right away. The communication is always punctual and helpful. Anytime I am having an issue or need some guidance, they are always willing and able to help. I also value the check-ins I receive every so often to make sure our account looks good on the backend.

Pros

Screenfluence has provided a way to communicate to all of our franchises across the country. It gives them an opportunity to view real time data, not only on the operations level, but safety as well. We are able to share important updates and shoutouts with our entire crews at the click of a button.

Cons

The amount of time it disconnects from the internet. There are many times the "not connected to the internet" screen pops up. It usually goes away after a few minutes, but it can be distracting.

OptiSigns did not have the capability to run offline. We really valued the fact that Screenfluence downloaded content to the players so if they go offline, there is still content playing.

Customer service has been fantastic. Any time I have had an issue getting a player set up, I have never had to wait for assistance. Help is a quick phone call or email away.

Pros

It’s simple to add and remove content quickly. I love the flexibility of being able to add the same or unique content to my multiple business locations all on one dashboard.

Cons

Occasionally the players go offline, but I think that is more of a wifi issue within our locations than an issue with the actual players. When I did have a problem with a player, it was replaced quickly and was easy to set up.

Screenfluence has been a fantastic partner from day one. Their software is incredibly easy to use and intuitive. Onboarding was smooth, and our team picked it up with almost no learning curve. Anytime we've had a question or needed support for one of our clients, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We’ve really liked how versatile Screenfluence is. It’s been a great way to share information across our different company locations, and the ability to schedule content for different shifts has been especially helpful. The platform is web-based, easy to use, and works great for displaying photos and videos. Their team has also always been quick to respond whenever we’ve had questions.

Cons

We really haven’t had any major complaints. It’s worked well for what we need and has been easy to manage.

Pros

Screenfluence's product is easy to use, easy to customize, and straightforward. The additional features, such as the exemption tool, make communications and media scheduling simple. I love that I can make updates and changes at any time, and my devices refresh quickly. I love this product.

Cons

One of the cons about the product is its connectivity to the Wifi at times. I am not sure what causes the hiccups, but the devices, not all of them, have a hard time connecting and staying connected to the Wifi.

They are simply amazing. They push content and manage so much making it super easy, I pick up the phone or email and before I know it they have completed the task and beyond.

The ease of use! Simple and reliable. It is point and click, no need for extended learnings or training.

Customer Service at Screefluence has been great and the program is easy to use. Employees have commented regularly how much they like the communication program we have implemented using Screenfluence regularly.

Pros

We have used this as a means of communicating with our floor employees. Positive communications are cycled daily and updated monthly. If there is something important they need to be aware of then that is put up only for a day or two.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. Not sure what to say here but I need to fill it in

Easy to update, assign campaigns and manage media players across our locations.

Cons

The subscription pricing gets to be expensive for multiple media players. Only other con that I have is more on our end where the wifi at some of our office locations will kick the media player off of the internet every so often.

Pros

With a growing retail business with multiple locations across Toronto the Screenfluence software provides us complete UX control, we can customize the experience for each location, while having full visibility to the group at any one time. The software is very easy to learn and seamlessly integrates with our design programs, we can make edits to our screens with complete confidence and without interuption to our customers experience.

Cons

We havent come across too many glitches thus far, any issues we have had using the software have quickly been addressed by the team.

Great overall system. Easy to set up, simple to use, and is a great way to market to our guests. Love that we can make changes on the fly, from anywhere, and get our message immediately to the proper monitors!

Pros

Love the ease of use of this software. I have multiple designers uploading content daily and it is super simple for them to navigate.

Cons

Had some problems with one of the monitor units, but they quickly sent us another one so we could get the monitor up and running.

Overall, the Screenfluence players have allowed us to add another tool in our arsenal to offer clients. Our experience has been tremendous thus far.

Pros

Using the Screenfluence software has allowed us to offer another product to our clients. Broxies works in trade show booths both local and over seas using the Screenfluence player to help display clients products. The product is very easy to connect to other internet sources, which makes it ideal for on the road shows. Even if the internet is not working or cutting in and out the player will not stop working, content is always playing! We are not the largest client, but have been treated as if we are. Thanks for everything.

Waiting for the twitter connection, which I heard was coming out in the new year.

To name a few, we were able to confidently trust the software in displaying our content on a time specific schedule. TrendMD also has been able to promote upcoming events within our community.

Pros

Screenfluence has allowed us to easily and efficiently update the content on our screens. We have several screens situated throughout our office which shows content to employees, visitors and potential customers. The user friendly software has made it very straight forward to get the right content to the right people. The customer services was also incredible, we were able to get everything set up almost immediately. Thanks!

Cons

There was no part of the software that we did not like. It is used for the purpose of content management and that is exactly what we needed.

Cons

Clunkiness of managing a loop, odd UI quirks such as not being able to click and drag in the library, if there is a glitch or issue (ie wifi change) it is a pain in the ass to manually plug in a keyboard and navigate the Android interface to reset

Very responsive customer service. Media players have a tendency to drop offline frequently and the professional fix is to simply power down and power back up.

Pros

Screenfluence is relatively simple product to pickup and use with a good visual interface.

Cons

There are some functionally aspects that could be improved in the UX that would be more intuitive and save time and redundant steps.

Pros

The software is really very easy to use. The way the exceptions are running is really interesting. The team responds very quickly to any question you may have. Also, the software supports different types of file which I find very positive. I would definitely recommend this product.

Cons

I would like to have a mobile application too cause sometimes I find it a bit difficult to control it from my phone (setting up an exception running time interval)
