Pros

Customer support is fast, responsive and dependable. Hardware is very simple to install and the software doesn't use a bunch of nonstandard networking ports

Cons

Would like to see some peripheral hardware offered. A standard VESA mount, wireless mouse and keyboard package. Some standard way of mounting the device to help speed that up. Maybe a simpler portal setup? We have found that we will have some devices in the portal that perhaps we arent actually paying for. Some better insight into cost controls would be nice

When this task was put on my desk, I thought just great one more thing to do. But with the ease of using it, I've found myself changing our inspirational quotes every 2 days and our employees are noticing and enjoying it.

Pros

The ease of using it! I am very honestly not the best with technology, and this was so easy to learn! We have some trouble with losing Wi-Fi and from my desk I can restart the tv's with ease.

Cons

It was a struggle at first learning how to save everything as a JPeg but now that I have it down everything is smooth - I haven't really come across anything I would consider a Con

Excellent and no complaints. Again it does what we need it to do and so far we've had no issues with it. We are very happy we choose Screenfluence to work with.

Pros

It works smoothly and is a great value for the price. It's works without any problems and is simple to implement. Plus they offer great support.

Cons

I think the interface of the CMS could be cleaned up a bit. It's just UX design stuff I'd like to see but again it works and does the job.

Pros

Uploading and displaying items is straightforward. The drag-and-drop feature makes the system especially user-friendly.

Cons

Scheduling content to display at a specific time can be challenging. I would like the ability to add a schedule for content within the existing loop.

Pros

I love that you can change the menu any time and edit pricing as food cost do change everyday. Customer service is amazing

Cons

Honestly there are no cons yet for me super easy to use. Your rep is one phone call away and can fix anything for you

I have nothing but positive things to say about Screenfluence. Anytime I've had questions, \[sensitive content hidden\] has been readily available to assist so my customer service experience has also been phenomenal!

Pros

Screenfluence was very easy to set up and use. As a 24/7 manufacturing company, this is a great tool for communication information across the organization. The cost was much less than I expected and I plan on using it for a very long time.

Cons

Screenfluence has been a great product. I have had a few issues uploading videos but I think that was user error.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easily and how quickly I could update screens when I began using Screenfluence about three years ago.

Pros

It's easy to use and the team is responsive if we need something. It's a great way for us to keep our employees updated about company news, events, awards, service anniversaries, etc.

Cons

I love it. I don't have any suggestions for improvement. I haven't experienced any cons for our investment.

\[sensitive content hidden\] are fantastic. Very quick to respond with any questions, which is especially valuable on the tech support side. I am not a technician, so any questions I have for Jeff are always answered very quickly.

Pros

The personal service is second to none. I always get a fast, accurate response. This is especially valuable to me because I sell the product to my clients, but do not install the hardware outside of the players. Meaning, I install the Screenfluence product myself, and any questions I have are answered very quickly.

Cons

I wish you offered a touchscreen option. There have been a couple instances where customers wanted this. However, there is something to be said about offering a relatively "simple" digital signage solution which (in my opinion) is the greatest strength Screenfluence has. It doesn't have all the "bells & whistles" that many other players have, but it has enough for most applications which keeps things simple, and running smoothly.

Overall experience with product and support has been fantastic. Would highly recommend to any company looking to improve their engagement, content, and communication to both customers and employees.

Pros

Excellent customer service & training. Real people support that is very responsive, friendly and engaging. Product is easy to use, intuitive, creative and provides all the necessary tools to deliver efficient and effective content.

Cons

There were a couple hiccups with screen display however they were resolved quickly and effectively with no further issues.

Screenfluence is easy to use once you learn how to upload digital assets and create loops. Also, I like how it updates in real time when you delete something or add something to a campaign.

Cons

I don't like that you have to schedule multiple loops instead of scheduling assets to be remove or added to a campaign.

Our rep Max made our switch from our old provider to Screenfluence, simple and easy. He was able to explain how to use the software quickly and clearly which made our transition seamless.

Pros

The device management and software are incredibly easy to use. Our old devices were difficult to update and maintain. Screenfluence makes it easy

Cons

So far so good! But some additional layout features on the platform would be a nice addition. Date and time displays would be great too.

We needed a platform that could share information company-wide and also be customized for individual locations. Screenfluence fits the bill for us!

Pros

It is easy to install and set up. The cloud-based back end is intuitive and easy to customize. The ability to have multiple loops running on a single device makes it easy to deploy messages to all of our employees or just to one location.

Cons

I wish I could set users up to control just one loop or one device. I don't have time to administer every device so I wind up giving other users more access than I'd like so that they can add and delete assets at their own locations. That said, Screenfluence has built-in features that keep folks from accidentally deleting assets that are in use!

Pros

We have used Screenfluence for the past two years to communicate with our employees. It is very easy to customize and use - we can push updates out to the displays instantaneously. We make updates to our displays several times a week. Our employees have responded very well to this method of communication - they see it and they remember what they saw.Any time we have reached out to customer support, we get a response quickly.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of - the system does what it says its going to do.

The main benefit we received from our Screenfluence software is instant visibility. Even after hours our agency is prominent and noticeable. The software allows us to grab the attention of unsuspecting passers-by. It drastically improves our brand recognition. Being located in a busy strip mall, we have doubled our our ability to get noticed. Great system at a great price.

Pros

Screenfluence has "World-Class" customer service. They worked directly with us to ensure the displays were properly set-up, including assistance with image sizing. They follow-up multiple times to make sure we did not have any issues and were satisfied with their system. We could not have asked for more.

Cons

We have had no negative issues. The product came as promised and without incident. The customer service representatives were always available to make sure everything went smoothly.

Pros

What I like the most is that I can literally teach a user how to use the software in five minutes. It makes my job easy and I can have others working with the product. The price of the software really is something that I have to mention, and the costumer service is superb.

Cons

I really don't have any complains, I use it every day and the company is willing to listen to our recommendations.

Pros

Excellent ease of use and setup. Easy to add slides and order them and customize.

Cons

Sometimes the unit would reset and we wouldn't be aware. It would simply be displaying the Android desktop. It would be nice if the server could poll the client to see if the application was running, then if not, notify the user somehow, via email perhaps.

The team was helpful and got me set up extremely quickly. The software makes it easy to manage all my customers signage remotely.

Pros

The ease of setting up your digital signage is second to none with Screenfluence. I couldn't be happier with the service or results. You can easily get started online, upload your digital signage media, modify your schedules online in minutes. I highly recommend using this for either as a self serve option or for your customers if your in the digital signage space.

Cons

I wish they existed YEARS earlier. Software like this couldn't have come soon enough.

The pricing of Screenfluence made more sense. They were flexible when it came to the hardware purchasing and make it very clear what we were going to be getting out of our subscription. Some other companies had a few fees that were not necessary and did not align with our business.

The benefit of being able to show our in store customers our Social Media images, posts, etc. while they shop in our MF Store.

Pros

Very easy to set up. Plug and play basically. Allows you to display all your pictures and advertisements. A huge factor for me was having our @MuscleliciousFoods Instagram feed show up on the screens. Brilliant and very affordable. Thank you Team ScreenFluence!

Cons

Hopefully Facebook will be added soon. Not a dislike, but a suggestion. :) Cannot wait to see what more is in store for this companies excellent software.

Customer Service at Screefluence has been great and the program is easy to use. Employees have commented regularly how much they like the communication program we have implemented using Screenfluence regularly.

Pros

We have used this as a means of communicating with our floor employees. Positive communications are cycled daily and updated monthly. If there is something important they need to be aware of then that is put up only for a day or two.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. Not sure what to say here but I need to fill it in

Pros

As a leader in Strategy and Brand Partnerships, I use the Screenfluence platform during presentations and meetings to help display my clients work. It is very easy to update the content on the screen using their software. Cannot say enough good things about the Screenfluence product and customer service.

Cons

It would be nice if there was an option to add more players through the software. I was told by their customer support team that the ability to buy players online will be coming soon.
