"Bad commercial management"

**Pros:** The software is not that clear and customer service not supportive.

**Cons:** They steal money from clients: we stopped using the service and it is not possible to cancel autonomously the subscription which took us to pay a full year with no usage and they do not provide any refund or voucher as a solution. It's a robbery!!!

"Would not recommend "

**Pros:** Creates a gaps between social media and our CRM.

**Cons:** Horrible cancellation process, very slow customer service, horrible refund policy. Beware that if your want to cancel this product it’s not straightforward, and if you never use the product and miss canceling in the free trial window they will charge you and not refund you.
