The software itself evolves - and the evolution is better, easier to use and understand, and useful to clinical practice. Cons One con is that there are too few users out there. All questions, issues, and concerns are answered and addressed. AND they listen to suggestions and actually implement them! I had a minor suggestion last year which seemed insignificant but which would really help me streamline my operations, and next thing I knew, they'd incorporated my suggestion into the app. They LISTEN and they answer you personally. Next is their constant state of evolution. They are always adding in new features, little tweaks here and there, always keeping the app relevant to the times. Conducting telemedicine is an absolute breeze with SeriousMD. They think of every little small detail that makes everything so easy and smooth-flowing. Really, it's more than just an EMR. It's an entire clinic practice. Cons There are so many helpful features that when you're new, you might feel a tad daunted. There's a bit of a learning curve at first and that could potentially dissuade new users. Thing is, though, all that's needed is to ask for a free demo and to give it just a day to learn and get the feel of things. Once you're over that first hump, everything is easy flowing. Still runs without internet access, although this is mainly web based. Once internet is back, it syncs fast to all devices (IOS) 3. Support is so responsive and FAST, problems solved in an instant, remotely 4. Plenty of custom forms for all specialties, and keeps on growing 5. Can keep track of supplies, inventory and monitors insurance payments 6. Patients can download an APP on their mobile phones and keep track of queueing and schedule future appointments . ( Showing patients that we doctors also respect their time, no long waiting in the clinic !) 7. Most importantly, the team behind is so dynamic. It keeps on improving every month! May 4, 2018 5.0 Pros I can't think of a single feature that I like the most- the truth is I love all the features very much because each and every aspect of a clinician's life is well-covered from being able to keep track of records (SOAP, Laboratory exam results, images of operative findings - name it, they have it!), to being able to keep track of outpatient appointments and in-patient admissions and discharges and even records of billing and supply inventories. What more can I ask? Well, actually, this software just continues to get better because the developers care enough to continue to introduce new features and innovations. August 5, 2017 5.0 Ease of use and I can focus on my patients during sessions Pros Initially I was hesitant to use this service though I've been looking for this kind of service since 2012. It was the frequent greetings from the support team to set my trial day. It was only when I got sick and could not do anything that I checked and great enjoyed and really appreciate this service. Cons I am having a problem with setting a schedule. When i am in my patient's tab/ record, it is difficult for me to set a Monday appointment (even if I have a scheduled clinic for Mondays). However, when I use the appointment tab i can click on Monday. Regarding the adding my Own set of medications/laboratories and Medical Certificate, I cannot find the template I made. Their Tech support are very reliable and fast in solving issues at hand. The whole application is not complicated, even those who are not tech savvy can navigate and use it easily. It helped me a lot during this Pandemic with the virtual consultation and organization of my patient's records. Pros SeriousMD has a good interface, easy to use with a very reliable IT support. Cons I can't think of any because the people behind SeriousMD keep the app updated. They have most forms a doctor needs, i can use it with multiple devices, even my secretary can use it. They all sync together so any changes made are reflected. Very easy to use. Would receommed to fellow doctors looking for a platform to manage their records.
