Pros: They make it very simple to use, and do not over complicate things. It is very easy to create reporting dashboards. Easy to work through tasks.

Cons: The sequences could be more customizable. Also it lacks the ability to mass add contacts to a sequence.

Overall: There are other CRM's that are best suited for my role, but this one does the job. My recommendation would vary depending on what is most important to the company I would be referring it to.

Pros: The ease of use and setup are the most distinguishing features. I felt as thought that this system was designed specifically for sales vertical management

Cons: What I like least is the standardization of form fields. I would like for that aspect of the CRM to not be off the shelf and allow for further customization

Finally, marketing and sales can align. All I need in one place.

Pros: All works well and seamlessly.
The fact that I can customize sales and marketing dashboards is very useful.
I must say that there are many other features that I haven't explored yet but it seems that all is there just ready to be used.

Pros: It is so easy to use and extremely intuitive. I have used Greenrope, Infusionsoft, and Act and this is, without a doubt, the best of the bunch for someone who needs a CRM that is not complicated and difficult to use. Best of all, it's free!

Cons: If you want to use additional features beyond the CRM it can get pricey for a small business but there is no pressure to move beyond the free level.

Pros: The fact that it is a free CRM is one of the biggest pro's of the CRM. It's fairly user intuitive and once all the moving parts are implemented and put in place, it kind of runs itself.

Cons: Support and implementation onboarding could be simpler, however with HubSpot's learning center courses this is easily rectifiable.

Comments: I am extremely happy with Hubspot!

Pros: Hubspot is extremely comprehensive to set up with a myriad of training how-to's, videos and online assistance tools available.

Cons: Hubspot does not have any major cons that I have uncovered. One small thing to note is that it has slightly less customization than a more expensive CRM option.

Great product and always adding more. Some of the best customer support

Pros: Ease of use, customer support is probably one of the best features. Always responsive and get back to you quickly.

Cons: Still lacking some items that would seem to make sense (ie. a universal list of emails you don't want to allow to fill our your forms... from competitors)

Pros: Very good interface and UI - easy to use and of course free to use, although ideally needs to be paired with the marketing hub.

Cons: Useful but basic - really needs to be integrated with hubspot marketing for one set price, not pushed as a freebie

HubSpot helped us get our sales team more organized.

Pros: I like how HubSpot can figure out where your visitors are from and it pulls its own data from its own sources. However, it would be useful if you could create negative lists/ignore properties so that contacts would be deleted and never come back. For SaaS use, it works but it isn't perfect.

Cons: Doing certain integrations is a bit difficult as HubSpot has a lot of features we don't necessarily need and doing some simple integration (like doing manual tracking of certain events or tagging certain users as being from a certain location/source) is difficult. The form tracking widget is all-or-nothing type of affair so it tracks forms in our product that we don't want tracked. We can't manually set which forms to track.

Pros: Our business was suffering from having two versions of the truth! Split data sets, split sales pipelines, disjointed strategy, notes in emails, information in peoples heads... Hubspot solved all of these issues instantly. We now have a streamlined way of managing all of our new business, existing business and marketing activity; all interlinked, all working together. Hubspot delivers the Holy Grail ¿ one version of the truth!

Cons: Like all other CRMs and marketing platforms, Hubspot needs some up-front work to get your data and BI together. But once your set-up, it saves time everyday.

Pros: My favorite thing about this software is that it's free. It made choosing a CRM an easy decision, and we have stuck with it since we made it. I like that it's easy to customize just about anything in terms of fields and that there are no limits on doing that.

I also enjoy the templates and email tracking feature, which supposedly has a limit in the free account but I somehow continue to get notifications when people open my emails.

Another favorite aspect that keeps me coming back to it is the Deals area - having a kanban board for deals is immensely helpful, and we use that heavily along with quota and forecasting reports related to it. There isn't a better way to get a snapshot on how your business is doing than to just look a kanban board of all your open deals and where they are in the pipeline.

Cons: Some of the software can seem a bit old and clunky, like a lot of CRMs. I miss the social autofilling options that Prosperworks has, and I don't find there to be anything particularly special about the user interface. Lists of contacts and navigating through a profile doesn't look especially modern, but it does get the job done.

It's hard to be upset with any of those issues though because well, it's free. For free, it does an amazing job.

Overall: The biggest benefit is getting a fleshed out CRM without spending a dime. For a small organization, this is a huge benefit because you can start immediately implementing the CRM and getting into the habit of taking notes and managing customers. Later on you might want to migrate to a different CRM, but in the meantime, this is a no risk situation to get started and actually is better than a lot of paid CRMs out there.

Comments: Will likely move to a less complex / costly system

Pros: Integration with Wordpress, ease of adding new fields and ability to post Facebook lead advertisements.

Cons: Too many standard fields for small business / BtoC operations. Trip wire pricing can lead to large unexpected charges

Pros: That they have a free version is awesome. I will be upgrading to Pro in the very near future. I wish that the Pro version was a little less per user, but there is a lot of value so I guess I cant complain.

Cons: I do not like that many of the reporting and tracking features are tied to contacts and not to companies. Many times I am calling companies that do not have contacts tied to them.

Comments: Great CRM option, especially if you are looking for email functionality, as that's where they really shine! Other aspects can be a bit tedious and require some additional training.

Pros: - Email tracker is amazing! - Option to save email templates that you use often. - Ability to log your leads in.

Cons: -Inputting lead info can be time consuming. -Some redundancies in the software that may leave you with two leads under the same name. -Can be a bit complicated to use on a day to day basis

Pros: I like the Intuitive Interface of the app, the Analytics Insights I get with my outbound messages/communications, and the easy to customize Pipeline View and properties.

Cons: Relationships between deals/company/contact are not as intuitive as other CRMs I've used. This hasn't been a big issue, but a small inconvenience. For instance, if I have multiple deals associated with one company, the activity threads for both deals contain info from the entire account, even activity that isn't specific to the deal.

Pros: Ease of use, easily able to manage leads all within one platform and see the activity of them throughout time without question, ability to manage the lists they are in and easily automate the movement and segmentation of them.

Cons: Can be overwhelming the more contact properties you add in, wish stuff didnt get overwritten sometimes if there are multiple email addresses, some of the stuff that can get tracked will have weird values outputted.

Pros: Hubspot CRM automation , design manager drag and drop features, the email automation and the reports generation.

Pros: Prospects tool is handy but I'm a marketer so don't use it all that much. Happy with most of the features

Cons: A lot of things are messed up when you try to have both Salesforce and Hubspot CRM, especially synching contacts.

Pros: Tasking and Filtering, tasking keeps my days full of relevant contacts and filtering allows me to find more if any days are quite filled

Cons: I dislike the notification tab at the top right, when it says I have 10+ I have to check it, but it is almost always just telling me things that are due today, I have the tasks tab and the email reminders to cover that ;) It's no big deal though, I have learnt to ignore it.

Overall: Visibility. It has allowed to to manage my contacts in the same way I used to but now all in one place and so much easier, it is easy to get a view of what activity is happening across the whole team and with the custom filtering you can pretty much get any sort of information you want to track. It would be close to perfection for me if I could run a filter by call length ie anything over 30 seconds etc

Pros: HubSpot is born out of the inbound methodology, a highly effective approach to lead generation. They have built an end-to-end marketing and sales platform based on that methodology. Nobody else comes close. I trust them immensely to continue to innovate along that mission.

Cons: SMS in the CRM, android CRM app has limited functionality, not a fan of the wait time between product announcements and rollout

Overall: I grew my software company from 10 leads per month to 300. It literally changed my life.

Pros: Integration with marketing side of things to see touches from beginning to end. Boss calls tech support rather than watching videos (not your fault)

Cons: Dashboards can be redundant and not intuitive enough, child/ parent relationship is messy when multiple divisions of one parent company using same email platform

Pros: I love that if I'm having an issue I can google it, with "hubspot" and find a walk through. I also love creating workflows for my drip campaigns.

Pros: HubSpot has allowed us to transform our web presence in all aspects of the game. We have grown so much over the years and one of the biggest things we have done is tied actual sales to different actions on HubSpot. Our brand recognition has increased, our new contacts to market has significantly increased and our web is sooo much better

Cons: Things change a lot and not all features are available in HS that are available through the original platform. Such as different features when you post on Facebook directly are not available in HS. The customer service has gone down a tad. I used to have regular calls with my account manager who would help with campaigns we would run. She would reach out to me proactively. They switched to a team feel January 1st and I have only heard from the team once and that was an issue we had.

Pros: I love the amazing UI, clean intuitive and things just work. It is light years ahead of Salesforce...customer support is... the best... incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I have been in 90 minute calls that were productive.

Cons: 1. There is very little scope on automating deals
2. It is still an evolving product and lacks a few features

Pros: It's easy to use. But even more important is the customer service. We have had excellent guidance throughout the learning process.

Cons: It doesn't play well with Blackbaud, our database management system which results in a lot of additional data entry to truly use the software the way it should be.

Pros: It populates client data fields for you! Easy to use sales stages, with drag and drop functionality to move prospects along your pipeline.

Cons: Although you can have 1 million contacts free, if you have the marketing hub you are limited to the number of contacts in your marketing tier pricing.

Pros: Notifications are the great because we see visitors returning to our website and we can react as quickly as possible.

Cons: HubSpot is missing a dashboard where the MQL and SQLs are all listed wholistically as opposed to having them shown as lists

Pros: I like how easy it is to create deals in the interface and also seeing the deal stage in the customer profile.

Cons: We already use a separate CRM tool and we are unable to synch the systems up to see a full user profile.

This system connects to all of our data and analytics; it's the best experience we could ask for.

Pros: When tracking, with hubspot, I can create a really good approach with SQL, it's easy and free. Good product.

Cons: There was a problem with the CRM a few months ago in france because everything was in English. But now I can use it in French.

Overall: Never perfect, there's always room for improvement. But, it is fabulous.

Pros: Easy and free integration of contact management and email. I like that it is a cloud based system with other integrations as well.

Cons: Reporting seems minimal plus the integration with HubSpot marketing software can be frustrating -- feels like 2 separate systems loosely tied together.

Cons: Trouble with multiple deals for single company bringing in contact data associated with the company..... our clients are having issues with this.

Game changing

Pros: The software comes in a stack and allows different departments to communicate using the same database for different tasks.

Cons: Heat mapping is nearly impossible. It is great for global companies, but if you are trying to segment by region, it is a real nightmare.

Overall: It has significantly increased my earning potential

Pros: The connectivity of all the data. The wealth of data collected and link to contact/company profiles allows for great strategic data mining

Cons: Cannot handle multiple languages well for foreign markets, the global content templates -especially for email footers- cannot be customized per language market. Email laws are different in each country, so now our footers are crazy long to contain all the required info and only in English :-(

Pros: The best part about Hubspot products is they're essentially foolproof. It doesn't take long to navigate tools and find what you need. Everything does exactly what it says on the tin and works well. Seeing a lead's history of interacting with your brand online is pretty mind-blowing and really helps you understand what channels are attributing the most.

Cons: This isn't relevant to the CRM, but I'd like to see a big revamp on the keyword tool. Similar to something like Moz. I Know topic clusters are a focus now, but clients like to see progress in ranking on important keywords. Moz's setup is a go-to for me, but it'd be great to have something similar for Hubspot.

Pros: Use ability of the software, and activation is very fast, only takes 30 seconds, like that the tiers start from free.

Cons: Deal stages want to be mapped to marketing better. Workflows and lists and deals and contacts need to be more intuitive. Everything is very manual. If a stage is met to a trigger it should move over.

Beyond deals, I want to export to do more to calls right now it sits there.

Importing companies needs to be better at deduplication.

Have multiple emails to one contact, so if salesforce do it why not hubspot.

New user, so we are just now getting ramped up but so far, it's great

Pros: The functionality covers almost every aspect of a campaign and combines all of the pieces seemlessly. I love that with a quick Google search, I can find a tip or or how-to on a function. The UI/UX is lovely and a huge step up from our previous CRM Insightly.

Cons: Sometimes certain limits or rules are hidden betweeen numerous clicks that I'd have a difficult time finding if not for Google. In addition, Design Manager is great and the support team is very helpful, but we have found limitations in the customization of blogs, emails, and landing pages.

Pros: The ease of using the email and making new contacts, the follow up feature for scheduling calls and emails. Direct call feature is great. The integration with PowToon is awesome!

Cons: There is no way to notifying me for customer's response via emails. Integration with 3rd party marketing automation software

My experience has been good. I have used hubspot at my last two positions

Pros: Organization of the CRM and the extension to email is exctiomally helpful and aa great way to know what coworkers are doing. I also love that I can log ammactivity.

Cons: Email extension doesn't add attachments - I have to go on myself to add them, or more often - talk to the guy in sales to find the contracts sent.

Pros: I find the hubspot cram is easy to use, easy to deploy and a robust feature set. Love the mobile about

Cons: I wish the app allowed me access my email templates. This would be a killer feature for our team.

I want to be able to set a default font/size in email.

Now that Outlook for Mac supports plugins please get the hubspot sales plug in ported over.

Pros: The ease of use and more importantly the amazing support staff. I like to think outside of the box and the software (and support team) allows us to do that.

Overall: Higher education features/training. I am impressed at the growth of the Higher ed. department. Looking forward to more updates

Pros: Simple, and intuitive user interface. Easy for users to understand and adopt into their daily routine

Cons: Hubspot needs to add features such as case management and product catalog to compete with enterprise offerings

Pros: HubSpot allows us to personally reach out to our audience and deliver a very targeted message that is professional and educational.

Cons: The search feature. Would be helpful to search notes. Need to create a list and then export it in order to print. Need to make this an easier process.

Overall: Tremendous growth potential!

Ive never used a software solution that could replace a marketing and sales teams.

Pros: Hub spot lets us create workflows that keep prospects engaged even after they become customers. All the people we have in our database are opt in which is why we have a conversion rate of 20-30%

Cons: Want faster access to the notes so we can see the notes as you flip through the contacts. I want to be able to look up a company and easily flip through and on page one, be able to see my notes.

Overall: Increased leads and greater market awareness.

It contains all the major aspects of a solid CRM.

Pros: The google calandering integration is key to organizing the days activities. I wish it had a calandra view as well.

Cons: The filtering on the feed section sometimes is buggy and will not load. It's not about the features as much as the speed.

Overall: Runs our sales department.
