I've used in a couple of different organizations, from large-scale enterprise wide deployments, to small-scale small businesses. In both cases, working with the HubSpot team is a great experience

Pros

is incredibly easy to spin up and begin using. It is one of the fastest CRM tools to stand up and use from the get go. Its especially nice that there is a free tier to get you started.

Cons

Everything costs money, which you should expect. However, with , there are tiers that unfold functionality. Rather than getting exactly what you need, you will find that you are likely to pay extra for the things you don't need as well.

Overall, using has been really positive. It’s reliable, easy to navigate, and keeps everything in one place, which makes managing leads and sales a lot less stressful. The interface is clean and intuitive, so getting the hang of it was quick, even for the team members who aren’t super tech-savvy. Collaboration is smooth, everyone knows what’s happening with clients, and tracking activity is simple. Support has been helpful when needed, and the system just feels like it works without unnecessary fuss. For day-to-day CRM needs, it’s been a solid, no-nonsense tool.

Pros

What I liked most about is how easy it is to use. Everything’s laid out clearly, from managing leads to tracking sales activity, so there’s no faffing about. I also appreciated how it keeps the whole team on the same page – everyone can see what’s happening with clients, which saves a lot of back-and-forth emails or messages. The interface is clean, simple, and just makes sense, which makes it way easier to actually use day-to-day.

Cons

The thing I liked least isn’t really HubSpot’s fault, but at the moment, some of the other programs we use aren’t fully linked up with it yet. It means a bit of double-handling here and there until the integrations are sorted. Other than that, HubSpot itself works pretty smoothly.

Overall, it's a good platform. It is asked to do a lot, and HubSpot usually comes through. It still feels like a work in progress, though. There is a decent amount of bugs and annoying UI issues. Unless you are very well-versed in the platform, it can be overwhelming. It is a good platform, but it could be better.

Pros

It's a one-stop shop CRM in many ways. Even on more basic plans, you get a ton to work with. It is easy to move contacts into marketing workflows and there are ways to integrate HubSpot onto our website.

Cons

It is pretty difficult to navigate and has a buggy UI. There is so much content and data within the CRM, so this is understandable to a degree, but the UI isn't consistent across the entire platform. It requires a ton of front-end work to create a strong structure before it becomes beneficial.

Overall, this has been a really great experience! They do listen to the feedback from their customers and incorporate their suggestions. I appreciate being seen and supported by them. All the grievances that I have, which are few, I have been informed are being addressed.

Pros

I like that it was very easy to get started, and I was able to add my contract information really easily. I chose this platform because it is industry-agnostic and pretty customizable for my needs. I love the integrations with other platforms, and it makes connecting outside accounts very easy.

Cons

The customer segments could be better, it goes from Free, to $50 something each month to, $850 each month. It takes time to understand what features you can get the best use of, and before you realize it, you may be paying a high price point for something you may not use.

Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.

Pros

I love Hubspot's full functionality and integrations. It really is a "do it all" platform. If it's set up correctly, it's super easy to use and can do so much to help you manage your list, segment lists, collaborate with your team, set up automations, and more. The user experience is intuitive, especially if it's set up with proper UX design principles.

Cons

The least favorable aspect of Husbpot is the price. It's costly, but it's a premium product, with the option to purchase Hubs a-la-carte.

Hubspot has a software that really helped me manage my selling and marketing activities. In truth, this CRM is only limited by the user's own creativity and abilities.

Pros

There honestly a lot to love here and the seriously compound each other. To start with being able to customize your data view helps prioritize what you need most for your business and is very easy to use. This ultimately allowed me to work faster with lead management and task completion. Ultimately, this app can deliver a lot of value by allowing you to understand your email performance and the success rates of your activities.

Cons

I wasn't able to bulk edit like I would've wanted to like a spreadsheet, but with the rate Hubspot innovates this may already be an option!

Their support is great.the system is very easy to configure.the way the onboarding works makes it easy to start with in days

I found the price to be increasing quickly.it is also not very clear on what u pay for. It feels very expensive

is the easiest to startup, most organized, and has the most features. My favorite part about it is the ease of use.

I wish there was an internal Email/SMS tool. This would allow everything to be more seamless and connected.

I found to have a good Value for Money if set up correctly. With integration with lots of other companies available especially in the insurance industry. Depending on the plan chosen I found they had good Customer Support. I did not find this crm to be Ease of Use. You need a degree to get this started imo. It can be a good Lead Management system. It also offers Email Marketing. User Interface

Cons

I found it very difficult to integrate this system into my office and unless you have support staff that are good with software I think it may be challenging to integrate into your office as well.

Pros

HubSpot combines CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools in one place. I didn't need separate tools for email campaigns, lead tracking, and customer support.

Cons

HubSpot Academy offers tons of free courses and certifications. Helps you learn and implement best practices for inbound marketing and sales. There was a cost to all this

To date, the Hubspot team has been a great partner in review to implementation. They are supportive and willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you need to achieve your end goals.

Pros

Hubspot offered us a ton of options for customization/personalization that was already built in. Also we were not nickel and dimed like other CRM packages. While you do have to pick add-on modules for your needs past the free trial, that is to be expected. I see many reviews complaining about that. All of them do that.

Cons

I wish that Hubspot had their own onboarding team instead of having to look for a specialty company. It would feel more streamlined.

I've become obsessed with . Our company was late to adopt HubSpot but now that we have, it's the best decision we've made! I find it super user friendly and intuitive and a considerable value for the investment!

Cons

It took me a little while to get fully acclimated to the CRM but now that I have learned, I find it incredibly helpful in my daily use!

I have issues with connecting hubspot to my gmail sometimes, which can be an issue for logging customer emails to create deals

Overall, my experience with was positive. It was easy to use, helped keep things organized, and worked well for day-to-day CRM needs. While some features felt a bit limited without upgrades, it still did a solid job for managing contacts and deals.

Pros

I liked how easy was to use. Everything felt pretty intuitive, and it didn’t take much time to get set up or find what I needed. It was nice having contacts, deals, and notes all in one place without feeling overwhelming.

Cons

I didn’t love how limited some features felt unless you upgraded. A few things I wanted to do required jumping to paid plans, which could get a little frustrating over time.

It's user friendly and intuitive. The way the information is organised makes sense so it's easy to pickup.

Pros

I really like the way the information is displayed about the contact - with the payment details all on one side and the personal information on the other. This makes it easy to quickly pull bits of information just from a glance. I also really like how you can hide blank properties when you go into the more detail contact information.

Cons

Sometimes the activity part in the middle that is the default feels a bit cluttered and hard to pull the most useful information easily out of.

Pros

The client intake and connectivity to our website has been great. All of my leads are super accessible and the search feature is amazing since we have clients with similar names. I love that I can tag others in the notes and tasks I create for potential leads and active clients. The email tracking feature has also been very useful to find details if I have am looped in at a later stage.

Cons

They option of HubSpot academy is a great idea, i just wish there was more offered within the academy as well. This software can do alot but you have to do the leg work to figure out what all you can do with it.

I cannot give Hubspot a big enough praise as it has continued to impress me at every turn. The fact we can have a shared database of contacts, see the latest activity across the team with them and assign them to various people has really changed how we operate.

Pros

I had an idea in my head of what a CRM would look like and I was hesitant to want to add in another "step" to my sales process but it was literally minutes of exploring Hubspot before I realized how insane it would be for me to cling to the spreadsheets I had bene using. The email tracking is game changing not to mention the depth of process tracking you can get with this tool. Intuitive design and the automation at key points help ensure we aren't missing anything or doing double work.

Cons

While there isn't anything majorly wrong - I do wish the tool would remain logged in as it seems daily I have to resign in and if I don't remember to check I can miss having emails logged.

Overall a nice and friendly tool, however I just use 5% of the software and can't shut the rest of the functions (CMS, Marketing tools etc. ) off

Pros

It is good for keeping all the communication in one place. Managing deals for companies with several locations is good to manage via HubSpot

Cons

It's not that easy to get all data automated in HubSpot. Lots of salepeople don't fill in all needed data or automated this process what makes that the data is not accurate.

It is super easy to use! It seamlessly puts into a smooth workflow several areas of a business including sales, marketing and work tools. It is very user friendly and has a great customer support for queries of customization.

It is on the high cost side. It's features may not work for a large scale company without several ad ons which again is an extra cost.

Pros

My favorite feature is its direct integration with paid platforms. Using CRM data on paid platforms is critical for ROAS. Automatic transfer of leads to Hubspot is also a good feature that is of great importance. Ease of use and simplicity of interface.

Cons

Prices increase depending on scaling and can be expensive compared to its competitors, which is the only feature I don't like.

Pros

It is a self service application and very flexible working on cloud. Maintains customer services by providing an easy engagement channel. Easy schedule planning and follow up reminders. Teamwork projects management and progress tracking.

Cons

It is totally satisfying on the basic use i have it for nothing complex in features and usability in overall.

My overall experience has been great. While I have been on the receiving end of some service disruptions, Hubspot makes sure to communicate that an issue is actively occurring.

Pros

I have like workflows the most within HubSpot. They have been lifesavers for our current customer support/success operations. Allowing us to easily have contacts enrolled into a workflow that does an action. It has allowed so much flexibility and Hubspot is constantly refining workflows, adding additional features. Apart from the generic contact and company management and tracker side of Hubspot. Workflows has the been the most impactful. They do also have a great amount of integrations!

Cons

Despite the overall good communication of service disruptions mentioned in my overall experience, they do always end up causing road blocks in proceeding with work. I do believe that the reports could grow more. Unless I am missing something, it would be very nice to be able to factor office hours within the reports and myself and my colleagues have been unable to find out how to make that happen. Doing so would give us accurate reports across the board.
