"Compared to other free version, HubSpot still the best choice "

**Pros:** I love HubSpot CRM for two main reasons: first, it’s free and allows infinity contact list for a small business and secondly, it can be integrated with almost any third-party platform. Each time we use a new tool, this allows us to import our contact list from HubSpot.

**Cons:** It’s complicated or I don’t know how to do it properly. This hasn't happened to me just a few times, but every time I export a contact from Excel, HubSpot creates new properties if I don’t set everything correctly.

"Organized, Visual, and Worth It"

**Overall:** I have a positive experience with HubSpot CRM so far. The sales pipeline and the dashboards are very easy to customize and manage. They give a quick, visual snapshot that makes it easier to make decisions without digging through data.

**Pros:** What I like the most is how everything about my contacts lives in one place. For people that like to feel that you can easily manage lots of information and details, in a really easy way, HubSpot is your choice.

**Cons:** What I don’t love is the pricing. While HubSpot offers a lot of value, it can become expensive fairly quickly as you add more contacts and as you start needing more advanced features. For a small business or someone just starting out, the cost can feel like a stretch.
