I have been working with Hubspot for many years (also in various companies) and for me it is the best CRM on the market. The work at contact, company and deal level is ideal and enables great cooperation.

Pros

Very good CRM that allows a quick and intuitive insight into the customer base

Cons

Duplicate detection could be better. Unfortunately, duplicates are often created.

I have been using HubSpot for about two years, and it has met most of our company's needs. The environment is logically structured and flexible, and the high-quality guides are helpful. I have consistently followed product innovations and tried to implement them in my work. It is also very useful and convenient to learn through HubSpot Academia.

Pros

What I appreciated most is that the software encompasses the entire customer journey, from lead generation to customer service, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications.

Cons

Due to the specifics of our business, it is inconvenient to make Quotations in HubSpot because each of our offers is unique. This includes the prices of custom product layout (picture), product, software, follow-up service, and installation services, which differ by country.

Pros

Wir haben Hubspot CRM insgesamt über 3 Jahre verwendet. Die User Experience in Hubspot ist sehr gut. Man findet sich schnell zurecht und die Workflows sind schnell drin. Die Funktionen in Hubspot sind sehr umfangreich. Egal ob Marketing Automationen oder Email Marketing.

Cons

Die Preisstruktur für ein Upgrade ist sehr starr. Wenn weitere Funktionen benötigt werden, die in Professional beinhaltet sind, dann muss man fast das 10-fache zahlen von Hubspot Starter

The call from Hubspot features as well as the ability to sequence emails, integrations with other software.

Cons

The reminders to do University or Helpful hints, they are distracting and annoying. I am relatively new on HS so sorry.

Horrible thus far. Pros: Not yet experienced due to poor onboarding. Dealing with customer service has currently gotten nowhere. Cons: Onboarding experience has been horrible. Signed up early December and have not had appropriate onboarding advice. Was assigned Lupo Digital onboarding and not able to be reassigned due to their own internal processes.

the company really needed a CRM system, as before we had none and the sales-pipeline follow-up was not centralized and controlled. We also gave access to our distributros to allow them to work on their customers and make their sales follow-up.

Pros

What I like most about HubSpot CRM is its simplicity combined with powerful features. It's easy to set up and start to use right away, which makes it accessible for colleagues with little to no technical background. The visual sales pipeline is intuitive, allowing you to manage deals, track progress, and get a clear overview of sales activities at a glance. It si easy to book meeting,s end pre-set emails, create tasks for others. Very very useful. And I love the contact creation via the phone app. It is so easy and intelligent.

Cons

Eventhough you can set up quote templates and allows to set up the deals, it is not possible to set up a multi-step Quotation process flow that allows to select language, then select product, then subscription levels, service budget etc etc and at the end to have a quote ready to go.

Hubspot CRM offers comprehensive reporting tools that enable us to generate updated insights that help us improve our customer relationships. It provides efficient live visual boards that offers real-time view of all our sales and customer interaction activities. Hubspot CRM has a live chatting feature with auto-replying ability that help us to engage with our customers quickly using instant messages. It is very flexible and easy to customize to match with our ever changing CRM and sales management needs.

Cons

The ride with Hubspot CRM has been smooth. No hiccups encountered and nothing there that does not suit our needs.

Overall HubSpot CRM is so nice to be able to link phone calls, text, emails and also see proposal amounts, what type of client they are and their contact information all in one place and as well as your co workers are able to go in and look/listen to what has been discussed.

Pros

What I like about Hubspot is that is can hold several pieces of information about a client all in one spot. Having a place where you can look and see almost everything is great and it links different integrations.

Cons

There isn't really any cons other than if you are not using the free version to utilize all the tools then the price could add up quickly.

Pros

Ease of use. Hubspot is incredibly user friendly and easy to use for beginners, but still has enough functionality/customisation to fit a variet of business needs

Cons

The layout. I don't find the platform to be visually digestible, with the colour scheme dark and washed out compared to other providers like Salesforce which are a lot brighter, making things easier to locate

Pros

HubSpot CRM actually makes tracking leads feel like a game! It’s super intuitive, easy on the eyes, and integrates with everything.

Cons

I would say that some important tools are the main ones behind the paywall. The free version is generous, but scaling can get pricey fast. Reporting could also use more customization.

Pros

I like how everything within the platform can be viewed and is highly customizable. The ability to create unique fields that help your business find data to make better decisions is a great feature.

Cons

They are starting to expand to areas where they are not great and becoming just "good" in a lot of categories vs "great" in specific areas. Starting to see them expanding to much.

Hubspot CRM, has probably been the best CRM solution I've used to date. Its easy to set up, and although there are some annoyances with teir pricing/addons, the system itself is great for companies big and small. Ive mainly used in a startup and it was one of the best investments we made.

Pros

The systemnis really easy to set up, with a plethora of customisation that can be done. Creating views purely for your viewing, and seeing last interactions is key.

Cons

The level of addons is a littlw annoying. You get to grips with thensystem, realise you can do a little more and control thibs better, then you realise you need to buy an addon. Its a teir business model, but can be annoying when youre first getting to grips with the system

The pricing structure, free levels and ease of set up and use were thjngs that clearly set this apart. As a startup, there wasnt much knowlege/experience with CRM solutions so finding something that could cope with swift and easy onboarding was key.

Sometimes it lags. Other than this I can’t think anything that I would least like. If it had more options in filter, that would have been great.

I have utilized HubSpot within 2 different Organizations now, and have continued to learn how to better use the platform based on my needs, or position. With that to be said, I have worked in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments and have continued to use the platform - its cross functional, and a needed tool.

Pros

The ability to integrate within other platforms utilized within an Organization. This is incredibly helpful to prevent from having to create extra spreadsheets, or use mannyy different platforms to communicate efforts and work. I also greatly appreciate the pipeline features. HubSpot Knowledge base is also an incredible "upskilling" tool to take advantage of.

Cons

I do not feel that when you select "monthly" in a quote, or pipeline total, that it calculates accurately with 4.3 weeks in a month, so often times, HubSpot may reflect a smaller pipeline by a few hundred or thousands in comparison with actual pricing expectations.
