Overall, incredibly positive. I really prefer working in HubSpot compared to Salesforce. I think that the value for money, the filtering capabilities, and customer support definitely stand apart from Salesforce. It's still the category leader for marketing automation for a reason.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is the best way for marketing teams to manage the leads and collaborate with sales. That's a very easy-to-grasp interface, and when you start to think about all the full capabilities, you have the ability to make it as complicated and personalized as you'd like it to be.

Cons

I think that some of the UI changes over the last two years have been a little frustrating. Also, as a CMS user within HubSpot as well, it's a very legacy content management system and is not as competitive as other platforms out there in terms of web mechanics and optimal loading.

Switched from

[Salesforce Sales Cloud](https://www.capterra.com/p/61368/Salesforce/)

Salesforce has very few marketing tools that are relevant in the modern century, so as a demand generation marketer, HubSpot makes it a lot easier to bridge the gap between sales and marketing.

CRM, marketing, sales, and service in a single ecosystem, All In one stop shop for CRM making it convenient, I would recommend the free tier.

Pros

It has a free tier entry and it’s one of the quickest CRMs to get running,it also has a free plan which is great to get you started and using it

Cons

Clean ui but it can be overall very overwhelming with a lot of the features. It can also get very expensive with the paid plans

Overall, I've had a good experience using HubSpot CRM. Before using it, customer information was spread across emails and spreadsheets, making it easy to miss follow-ups. Now everything is stored in one place, so it's much easier to manage contacts, track sales, and stay organized. It has helped me save time and keep better records of customer interactions.

Pros

What I like most about HubSpot CRM is how easy it is to keep track of customers and sales in one place. I can see conversations, update contact details, manage deals, and set follow-up reminders without switching between different tools. The layout is clean, and it's simple to find what I need, which saves time during the day.

Cons

The free version is useful, but some of the more advanced reporting and automation features require a paid plan. It also takes a little time to understand all the available tools, and I wish some settings were easier to find.

Overall, our experience with HubSpot CRM has been very positive. It has helped us organize our sales pipeline, centralize customer information, and improve collaboration across teams. Having all interactions, contacts, and deals in one place has increased visibility and made it easier to manage customer relationships throughout the sales process. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and integrates well with the other tools we use, allowing us to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks. Although some advanced features require higher-tier plans, the core CRM provides significant value and has become an essential part of our day-to-day operations. Overall, HubSpot CRM has improved our efficiency, communication, and ability to track business opportunities effectively.

Pros

What I like most about HubSpot CRM is how it centralizes all customer and sales information in one intuitive platform. It makes it easy to manage contacts, companies, deals, and communication history, giving the entire team clear visibility into customer interactions and sales activities. The interface is clean and user-friendly, allowing new users to become productive quickly. Features such as advanced search and filtering, customizable properties, pipelines, and reporting make it easy to organize data and track opportunities efficiently. HubSpot also integrates seamlessly with many of the tools we use every day, helping automate routine tasks and improve collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer support teams. Customer support has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance, and the platform continues to add useful features over time. Overall, HubSpot CRM provides excellent value for money and has become an essential part of our sales and relationship management processes.

Cons

While HubSpot CRM is easy to use and feature-rich, some of the more advanced functionality is only available in higher-tier plans, which can become expensive as your business grows. This can make it difficult to fully leverage the platform without upgrading. We also found that certain customization and reporting options require some time to learn, particularly for users who are new to CRM systems. In addition, while the search and filtering tools are generally very effective, navigating large amounts of data can occasionally feel overwhelming without a well-organized structure. Overall, these are relatively minor drawbacks, and they do not outweigh the platform's usability, reliability, and the value it brings to our sales and customer management processes.

Pros

HubSpot was a big change for us because it helped us move from confusing spreadsheets to a system that is more simple to use. With this CRM, we keep our client information and it is much easier to contact them.

Cons

Rarely, the settings to create new fields are not very easy. I spent some time to find the right fields.

Great. It has become an essential tool for Marketing and Sales. It has this unique combination of easy to setup/customize with powerful capabilities. For those who are not developers per se, this is a must.

Pros

The automations and workflows capabilities are powerful. Without being a technical developer I can support our RevOps and teams.

Cons

Sometimes they release multiple features and fixes at the same time. It is difficult to keep track of product updates.

Company used Airtable as CRM, but our Sales activity outgrew it. We needed something more robust, more automated, more smart.

Alternatives considered

[Salesforce Sales Cloud](https://www.capterra.com/p/61368/Salesforce/)

Reasons for choosing HubSpot CRM

Because pricing was more accesible and it was more "hands on". You don't need a consultant to make fixes or automations.

Pros

My overall experience with hubspot was it helped me to gain a better understanding of seo and its relevance to websites.

Pros

What i liked most about hubspot was it's ease of use. The platform offers beginner friendly interactions.

Cons

What i liked least about the platform was that the free version has limited number of actions per day that you could perform.

If you need to manage customer information and enhance team efficiency, HubSpot CRM is a great option. It has eased the process in-house, centralized our procedures and communications, particularly with leads. The expense and learning curve posed a bit of a challenge, but over time there are clear benefits. It's a huge benefit to a team such as ours to have everything in one place.

Pros

One thing that really struck me, is how organized it makes lead management. Can set up specific tasks for team members and follow up on them and make sure that no lead is lost. Reporting tools provide me with visibility of our progress without having to wait for people to provide data to me. The added benefit is that it automatically updates itself which saves us time on manual updates.

Cons

As you add on features or users, the costs can escalate, which can be a concern for a smaller team, such as ours. Secondly, the setup took longer than the time I allowed for it to take, because the entire team needed some time to get used to seeing where to find and how to work out some of the functions.

Pros

I like Hubspot’s ability to capture and store leads while integrating them in to various programs. I also like the form capabilities

Cons

My least favorite aspect of Hubspot is probably its UX design. It doesn’t seem to be the most intuitive CRM
