It is perfect for managing leads and staying on top of customer interactions.

Pros

I used HubSpot to keep track of client interactions. It was a game changer to get notifications when leads opened my emails, which helped me follow up at the right time.

Cons

Setting up custom reports took some effort, but once set, it was very helpful.

The CRM is quite traditional but the automatic gathering of visual bits, like the logos for organisations based on the URLs, makes HubSpot a very pleasing product to use. The best thing is that the HubSpot family has a lot of different tools you can use for various purposes–not only for gathering customer or lead data.

Pros

The platform has everything you can think of built in it. The advantage of vast spectrum of other HubSpot products out there makes this CRM a very interesting product.

Cons

The platform has a lot of routes that can make you wonder around a bit before getting where you wanted to go in the first place.

It is one of the better CRMs I have worked with. I think it is sometimes difficult to keep an overview because it has so many options and features, but it allows me to organize the data very well

I do not find it helpful at times, the many deals that are created automatically

We used HubSpot for a year and were advised by consultants to switch to a sales force. After about 2 years in the Sales Force, we switched back to Hubspot and now have a new appreciation for its simplicity.

Pros

Compared to the sales force this software is very easy to use for our salespeople. I'm loving the new AI features that have been released recently.

Cons

Workflows can be confusing and challenging to set up. I feel with enough time going through the knowledge base, it is pretty manageable, but you do have to invest time

The basic seat is expensive, there are great tools but it's not cheap

We use Hubspot primarily for lead intake and deal flow. It's relatively good at segmenting customers and running engagement/re-engagement campaigns. We rely heavily on the Sequences feature in particular

Pros

Hubspot is easy to get started with, and a very full featured platform. It does basically everything under the sun, though I don't think it is necessarily best in class for anything. It feels optimized for small businesses with relatively basic needs.

Cons

The pricing appears very reasonable at first, but over the years they've added so many gated features that it turns out to be much more expensive than it seems.

In the setting up process. I don't care for the fact I need to pay an integrator. I think Hubspot should do this.

Pros

Easy to read, flows smoothly. Lots of options to customize my screen. Seem there are hundreds if not thousands of intergrations

Cons

Sometimes can be overwhelming with the choices of what you can add to your command center.

Integrating HubSpot CRM into our workspace systems and tools was a paramount resolution. We have reaped so many benefits since day one of deployment. It will help you track your customers all in a centralized location, but the amount of detail contained in each customer is what makes it stand out. Track each oppurtunity, any documents shared, meetings help, and status.

Cons

It takes some time to get used to and learn how to utilize all the different features. It does take some effor in keeping it organized and avoiding duplicate customer information

Pros

HubSpot is an easy to grip of, intuitive platform. There is a free version available and you can bolt on the bits you need by choosing the payment plan for your budget and needs. HubSpot connects seamlessly with your email infrastructure, etc..

Cons

HubSpot can easily become pricey if you add more functionality than you really need.

Overwhelmingly positive. Every client I have implemented HubSpot for has been very happy with the results and we’re able to see results as early as the first month of usage.

Pros

The data that you are able to get out of the system about a customer. When everything is connected correctly with all of your existing software systems and your website, you are able to provide your sales agents with extremely valuable information that they would only be able to get through a system like HubSpot. It increases the chance of closing a deal and converting a lead into a customer tenfold!

Cons

It would be the price. It’s a tough sale for an agency to recommend to a client who has never used a CRM before and does not understand the value of having a system like this.

Very successful and easy to use. Greatly increased sales and made it much easier to manage clients and stay ahead of the game with relevant notes and details about each job.

Pros

It's very intuitive and easy to use. Lots of free options too. I used to organise contacts and manage when I last contacted each person and their details or notes.

Cons

Sometimes it was tricky to setup. For example there is no entrepreneur option, they have to have the contact details for a person and then assign them to a company as opposed to just combining these into one with a entrepreur/sole trader option.

The integrations are very helpful - for example all my phone calls, texts, and emails go into the platform automatically and tie into the contact

Cons

It can be expensive with the add on features priced per user
