My overall experience was wonderful. Its got all the bells and whistles you would need for lead or relationship management.

Pros

Its so feature rich and user friendly that, if set up properly, even people who are not tech saavy can reasonably manage a modern business with things like website chat and social media tools.

Cons

To put it simply... the cost. This software is a powerhouse when it comes to CRMs but the cost definitely reflects its value.

It's pretty simple and user-friendly, especially if you use any of Hubspot's other products. I love that it works so well with Hubspot's Marketing software, it really helps unite sales and marketing teams.

Cons

If you want to do something a little outside of the normal, customization will be required and can be a bit of a challenge.

Integrating HubSpot CRM into our workspace systems and tools was a paramount resolution. We have reaped so many benefits since day one of deployment. Really complete tool that is easy to use and customisable. Whether you are a start-up or experienced company, the way it is structured will ensure it adapts to your needs. It's also a centralised tools for many departments and avoids purchasing and using different tools.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is a very complete tool and can be used by all departments.

Cons

The analytics features are basic. I recommend having a separate analytics tool, that integrates with HubSpot.

Overwhelmingly positive. Every client I have implemented HubSpot for has been very happy with the results and we’re able to see results as early as the first month of usage.

Pros

The data that you are able to get out of the system about a customer. When everything is connected correctly with all of your existing software systems and your website, you are able to provide your sales agents with extremely valuable information that they would only be able to get through a system like HubSpot. It increases the chance of closing a deal and converting a lead into a customer tenfold!

Cons

It would be the price. It’s a tough sale for an agency to recommend to a client who has never used a CRM before and does not understand the value of having a system like this.

Very successful and easy to use. Greatly increased sales and made it much easier to manage clients and stay ahead of the game with relevant notes and details about each job.

Pros

It's very intuitive and easy to use. Lots of free options too. I used to organise contacts and manage when I last contacted each person and their details or notes.

Cons

Sometimes it was tricky to setup. For example there is no entrepreneur option, they have to have the contact details for a person and then assign them to a company as opposed to just combining these into one with a entrepreur/sole trader option.

Pros

The biggest pro of HubSpot CRM for me is the record keeping of contact history in my contact records.

Cons

Sometimes all the advanced features can be a little complicated, but there is plenty of support to guide you through.

A bit expensive than expected. A little less price would be a good deal.

I like the simplicity of the interface. It's much easier to use than other CRMs I've tried. The free version is a real plus.

More detailed tutorials on the advanced features would be helpful. The price of the paid versions seems a bit high.

We use it daily. All the forms on our website are generated in Hubspot so the integration is seamless. Leads come in with all the required info and get automatically added to our newsletter distribution list.

Pros

Super easy to use and track leads/opportunities/sales. Love the integrated marketing component for making lists, generating emails and drip campaigns, website forms, and tracking open rates.

Cons

Difficult to track source of lead and not always accurate.

Intuitive platform, continuously updated with new features. Great support & clean UI.

Cons

A large chunk of sales teams are not as familiar with HubSpot vs Salesforce which made it more of a learning curve for them. The platform is also more fixed in what can be customized, which is both a help & hindrance in some ways.
