Pros

It's a very easy to use CRM at it's core, but contains so much depth and the ability to always take it a step further with automations and workflows

Cons

The cost adds up quickly, and there are a lot of features that you have to upgrade to gain access to. The simple act of clicking a button you don't have access to will trigger Sales Reps to try, fairly aggressively, and get you to upgrade

The most I liked at HubSpot is the tutorials they offer to learn about , and customize the app after your needs. Is easy to use and has a beautiful and intuitive user interface. Me and my colleagues learned how to use it very fast.

Pros

is the premier marketing CRM and automation platform out there. It makes it so easy to store and organize contacts, segment your database into lists for targeted email marketing, and so much more.

Cons

The only thing I can honestly say I dislike is that they changed the navigation! I've been a Hubspot user for almost 10 years, and the nav changed really threw me off and is still taking some getting used to months later.

J’ai une très bonne expérience globale avec ce système. On ne peut pas avoir vraiment de frustration d’interface puisqu’on peut le personnaliser beaucoup, et en termes de fonctionnalités c’est le CRM le plus complet. De plus le support est excellent et la traduction française également contrairement à d’autres CRM.

Pros

Ce que j’aime principalement de ce CRM est son module d’automatisation et sa capacité de personnalisation.

Cons

Indéniablement le prix. En résumé on passe de gratuit à 30$, à 1500$. Il n’y a pas d’entre deux. Et évidemment on a très vite besoin du forfait à 1500$ si on veut utiliser un maximum les automatisations etc. Et encore là à 1500$ on n’a pas débloqué toutes les fonctionnalités. C’est dommage. Il n’est donc pas fait pour les petites entreprises.

I've used pretty much any module of Hubspot's Marketing Hub, from workflows to reports, and what I like is that the few times I'm in doubt how to do something, it's easy to figure it out.

Pros

Easy to set up, tons of integrations, and great knowledge base. I have used Hubspot at multiple companies (both in-house and with clients as a consultant) and it's a solid solution.

Cons

Support has been a hit or miss, when it comes to tracking issues they are usually not helpful (support is pretty good otherwise). Also it's annoying that somewhat standard features are not included in the already expensive Pro plan and require Enterprise.

Professional. The whole experience is very proper with the integration team that teaches you how to use the system. We love Hubspot, it is our main core of our business now. It is where we track everything, get reports, and see how we can further track our leads, customers, and improve sales.

Pros

Hubspot is an all-in-one type of system. It not only connects to basically all programs and apps that you operate on, but it is very customizable for any business structure. It is simple to use & gives structure to our entire company - marketing, sales, and customer support.

Cons

It was a bit trucky to set up at first, to migrate everything across from our previous CRM. You have to do some custom mapping of fields, and we lost some customer notes, but the support team was very patient & helpful.

Switched from

Keap was for when our business was smaller, hubspot gave us way more features and options. Keap was to simple.

incredible customer engagement functions like the chatting and meetings gives us an efficient way to interact with our customers. It gives us detailed reports that help us analyze our customer engagements and take actions to improve our customer relationships. It has great sales visual boards that allow us to monitor our sales activities in real time.

Cons

has nothing that does not amuse us. All functions are very useful and respond really well to our requests.

A very robust CRM tool that tracks leads and potential customers across different stages. It's a solid solution for managing your pipeline and integrates well with every major tool, e.g. Mailchimp.

Cons

It's very robust, but the free tier is fairly limited. Premium plans have premium pricing, so it's not really affordable for a startup.

Everything was good, until I got the discount, it should have continued to function the same, but instead we had issues which pretty much forced us to pay the regular rate, which just wasn't good customer service considering we had been a paying customer before.

Pros

Ease of use. The kanban style layout puts everything in an easy to access place.

Cons

The pick-up period for the discount. And the lack of info about clients present prior to every party connecting to the APIs. Sometimes we need to have that information accessible on clients who aren't utilizing the platform.
