Pros

Love that there is a free option to at least get started with capturing information.

Cons

Cost to integrate certain things as well as adding more contacts gets costly the more you want.

Hubspot offers a comprehensive solution to complete the sales cycle. From data enrichment to renewals you can do everything within the same tool.

Pros

We are able to set custom content for each of our campaigns and connect them to our sales team territories all with a simple workflow.

Cons

Some of the usage limits are irreversible. Seasonal or time-bound actions are risky.

Overall positive - very good to make sure customer inquiries are resolved without mismanaging the email.

Pros

It was good being able to see all the customer emailed back and forth as a message thread. very useful for multiple CSR's managing a mailbox

Cons

No excel support - inserting tables or images in the text box.

Coming from Salesforce, HubSpot is like night and day.

Cons

There are so many beta features I can't keep up. You basically have to have an agency on retainer to use HubSpot.

Terrible when it comes to support. I wouldn't count on their live chat as it's extremely unreliable.

Pros

CRM features such as contacts and deals.

Cons

The support is terrible and oversold. You are told if you upgrade to a paid plan you get access to 24/7 around the clock chat support - unless they are not avilable. They may not be available due to simple reasons such as not working on weekends, holidays, or just too many enquiries.

I liked it a lot when we used it and I am considering using it when for when I start my own businesses.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use especially in training. It was easy to integrate with other products.

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't have the ability to manage larger companies so we had to switch to sales force when our company grew for better tools.

We use as the entry point for all new customers. We created a contact form on HubSpot and use this form in our tablet to record all new customers. From that we manage the relationship inside HubSpot with Outlook.

Pros

Its a great system to capture contact information and have all the records in one place.

Cons

The connection with Outlook is not great, it keeps logging out. If you do not check daily, you may miss information logged in that contact.

Hubspot is a great CRM, It has got so many features, It can be easily integrated with outlook to track emails on real time basis so that we don't miss anything. Lead management is very easy and it can automatically track leads from the website.

Total ripoff. They should be investigated.

Pros

Truthfully, nothing...Absolutely nothing.

Cons

They are misleading and fraudulent. I subscribed to their $20 per month "Starter" plan, primarily to build a website for my company. They claim ease of use...Lie. Their AI generated a templated website based on minimal information I provided at startup. My company name and logo looked like crap, and the so-called "Editor" mode was virtually non-functional. My plan supposedly provided live chat support, yet when I clicked the link for it I was taken to some "helpful" (not!), irrelevant article on all the great "features" of their web-builder. I had to pay $20 up front for the starter package, and the company offered no refunds (geez, I wonder why?), so after canceling my auto-renewal, I put a claim in with my bank for than bogus charge, more on principle than because I needed the money. Oh yeah...They also don't let you delete your account, even though their so-called "help" menu says you can.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Their sales propaganda was convincing but turned out to be fraudulent.

My experience with HubSpot has been wonderful. It's one of the best CRM tools that I've used before and really offers all the things you would need for your marketing team.

Pros

HubSpot has a very in depth tracking system for contacts, allowing me to score leads and enroll them in automated workflows that push over performance and activity to reports that we can present.

Cons

Some of the workflow functions can feel a but clunky if you have an incredibly personalized tracking system. Integration with other tools can also be a bit messy but HubSpot support is always there to be as helpful as they can be.

Not worth it. Now they are hurting our business.

Pros

Ability to manage contacts and see when they open email.

Cons

Some features weren't working for us and frustrated, I contacted Hubspot to report them. We had a very helpful rep, who actually convinced us to upgrade our plan, but used high-pressure tactics to get us to sign a one year contract a few months ago. We are a very small agency, and we were hit financially and had to pivot our operations in order to stay in business. Hubspot has now disabled our account, through which we purchased a phone number, and now we can't receive those calls. We are not able to go back to our former plan, and the account is in a hostage state, which truly hurts our business.

The CRM is very easy to use and is perfect for small businesses that require basic functionalities. You can see when someone opens your email, clicks on your link, and track other activities when integrated with your website. It also allows you to store a lot of information about your customers.

Cons

While the initial cost is free for small businesses, advanced features can become quite expensive. There is also a learning curve associated with mastering these advanced functionalities

Overall, I really like Hubspot. If I had the budget, I'd use it for every project! Everything links together really well and there are some great features that help to speed up workflows (like automatically going onto the next record for each task - small thing, but powerful!)

Pros

The feature set is just unparalleled and I love how intuitive everything is, even for people who haven't used CRMs before.

Cons

The pricing is way too high for most smaller companies nowadays. The free plan is decent, but it has so many upsells and annoying branded things everywhere that it doesn't feel very professional using it.
