Overall it's the best experience, I learned a lot from Hubspot.

Pros

The contact, sales, automation, and most importantly the reporting management features. Hubspot is so easy to use and it can organize your leads and contacts.

Cons

I guess the price of the software, but for me it's under the company so I don't have any issue with Hubspot so far.

Pros

Compared to other CRMs I've used this is the most straight forward, easy to use, while also being robust enough CRM out there... Pipeline management is on point, reporting is great, customizability is great without being to complex... Hubspot has been my favorite CRM to use as a sales rep

Cons

They really need to revamp their Sequencing feature. It's very clunky and limited compared to others in the market You cant throttle emails so your domain will just get wrecked as spam unless you make every email a manual email. I cant have an email auto populate right after a call Its confusing because theres multiple places to actually perform your sequence tasks: either task view or in the sequencing tab. The sequencing view is a mess and very complicated While completing tasks is the best by going to your tasks it can be overly complicated if you dont have your queues properly set up. Hubspot needs a full overhaul here if they truly want to weed out other great cost effective options

I really like how easy to use it is, how to pull data and reports and create workflows and automations. Also, there customer support is top notch!

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons, other than it is pricier than some other CRM tools we looked at but we used it as our one stop shop for Sales, Marketing and Support.

What I liked most about HubSpot CRM is its all-in-one approach to managing sales, marketing, and customer service. The platform is intuitive and offers a wide range of features such as email tracking, lead scoring, and detailed analytics. The integration with other HubSpot tools and third-party applications is seamless, making it a versatile solution for businesses of all sizes.

Cons

What I liked least about HubSpot CRM is the poor documentation. It can be challenging to find detailed and up-to-date instructions or best practices for some of the more advanced features. It would be helpful to dedicate a team to review and maintain the documentation.

Initially used for their cheaper pricing for SMS campaigns. Was not the best for email marketing compared to Hubspot. Also we just really wanted to centralize our marketing data so we chose Hubspot over Brevo.

Mostly positive and the support staff are pretty good too.

Pros

Hubspot is a great all-rounder CRM. The issue is, they're fully aware of it and so the price tag matches. The discounts they offer when you have multiple modules with them don't always make sense and you can end up being worse off. But in terms of what businesses need to do with a CRM, it will do it all and more.

Cons

Price and the website building functionality. It's a combination of templates and hard coding. I'm more familiar with wordpress, so this carried a learning curve.

Pros

The system is very easy to set up and use. The card population is easy and intuitive. Super easy data migration from a previous provider.

Cons

During the sales calls we were shown that we could report on almost anything, however once we subscribed we saw that the customization of the reports is minimal and it is based on already pre-set measurements, hence there is no option to customize them at the end of the day. That is really frustrating as we need to know what our sales funnel is for instance. Instead we get duplicate data because the same deal is counted in the different stage it was located in.

It has been a very productive experience with HubSpot CRM. As a customer relations execute, it allows me and my team to effectively manage our customers information and details from a single place.

Pros

HubSpot CRM helps bring together all customer credit information under one place for easier management. It is has a great user interface that makes things easy to use. The customer engagement tools like the live chat makes it easy to share updates with customers in real time.

Cons

There has been zero things not to like about HubSpot CRM. It performs exceptionally well.

Overall it't been great! I just thing they need to listen to their customers more and not prioritize profits over their customers. It could bite in the long run. Also beware, some of the offerings are not best in class, service hub doesn't stack up against the likes of Fresh Desk etc...

I love the platform, like everything there are many area's which they could do better! Overall I think they are the best on the market

Cons

They are expensive and when you try and get them to renegotiate they simply s ay no! Has HuBspot become so big it doesn't care about its customers? IM considering try another platform

The funnel management was really nice and it was easier for the management to track the customer as a lead until the last service given.

Cons

The lead generation was great for Hubspot. We were able to interface it with another software called People Notion and it was easier for us to do lead generation.

Absolutely fantastic and highly recommend. Hubspot has scaled from 4 of us to over 200 and they are constantly innovating.

Pros

We initially chose Hubspot because of it's user friendly UX/UI. We have now used Hubspot for over 6 years and it has been incredible constantly ensuring they added features that keep up with our growth. The CRM itself is still very intuitive. The reporting and dashboards feature is fantastic. There are so many pro's but it's hard to beat Hubspot for it's intuitive design and use.

Cons

The challenge we've had with Hubspot it the placement of critical features in different pricing categories. We are constantly finding that critical features are in different pricing tiers.

Amazing! We tried so many different CRMs that allowed limited customization and were difficult to use. This is the best one we have found so far.

Pros

The ability to modify the fields and data we need to capture. Also, we can change what information is displayed. There is also an add-on with Outlook to synch with your emails so it can be saved within Hubspot for the specific project.

Cons

You have to purchase various subscriptions to use different platforms/features.
