HubSpot fulfills many vital business functions for our org at a competitive price. Definitely a tool that can produce a high return on investment, when utilized to its fullest potential. With all of that said though, depending on the business, HubSpot may or may not be the one-stop-shop to fulfill every business need as opposed to some of its competitors.

Pros

HubSpot is highly customizable and can be tailored to fit your business needs. The various automation functions make streamlining processes easy to do and can really drive business in an efficient manner. The platform also has many integration partners that are easy to plug in and use as well.

Cons

HubSpot is missing some functionalities and out of the box features that some competitors have, but they are constantly working to improve their platform and close that gap, releasing new features on a regular basis.

Overall, Hubspot is great. It does the job, and I don't need to think about it - which is all I want. It's pricey, but you get more than what you pay for, and the integratios are always getting better. It does a really good job of being powerful while not being a mess like SalesForce - that alone makes it the easy choice for any startup.

Pros

Easy to set up, integrates with everything (from email to LinkedIn), trackers are great, AI functionality is helpful, and their support team is really helpful too.

Cons

Some of the reporting is lackluster, especially if your billing setup is non-standard or uses line items. Additionally, the Stripe integration for billing is sub-par - we cannot connect one hubspot account to multiple recurring subscriptions on stripe - so we had to pursue 3rd party integrations into a warehouse to reconcile stripe and hubspot data.

Overall experience has been positive for us, we were in the process of setting up our sales and marketing vertical and this tool helped us sort three mail pain points 1) sales pipeline management - we were able to set up our entire sales workflow with this tool 2) Communication and Engagement - Maintain effective and continuous communication with existing customers and leads 3) Increase conversion - few automation processes did help us increase conversions rate by a bit

Pros

1) We initially went ahead with free plan of HubSpot CRM, before going forward with paid one to ensure that the tools fits our use case. The free version includes all core functionalities and can be a good option for startups and small businesses with small budgets 2) UI and UX of the tool is very intuitive, we were able the team was able to onboard onto the tool very easily, with some training3) The tool helps us to create workflows and automate Automation lot of redundant tasks, this saves lot of time. We have also lately integrated a HubSpot based chatbot on our website for direct lead generation

Cons

1) Not all features are available in free plan, for e.g. there is an automation limit on free plan, we tried setting up automation of workflows on free plan initially but were not able to set up automated emails. Also, there is no chat or phone support for free plan2) Marketing hub, sales hub or servicing hub, each one comes with its own cost, that is over and above its subscription cost 3) It takes users some time to get accustomed to advanced features, basic ones are easy to get used to

Used it nearly every day for over 2 years. Very easy once you get to know it and are able to work around its quirks. Occasionally goes rogue and connections break however there are several industry experts who can fix it with relative ease. When it’s working, it is incredible and for the cost, overall pretty good

Pros

The level of customization was extremely granular and nearly every aspect could be specifically tailored to my organization. Mostly intuitive to use and houses the capability to bring most business functions in house on a central dashboard.

Cons

At times the platform can be very glitchy. Is prone to small bugs (names switching, phone numbers/files/titles getting corrupted, occasional brief outages). While these things are not the biggest inconvenience they can pile on if not cleaned up or rectified immediately and can result in a slightly skewed database. The system is also not necessarily independently intelligent and capable of recognizing slight variances, dupes etc, making most things a manual process.

Overall, our experience was positive, and our sales team has no complaints. Again, we find our limiting factor is more on the growth of our service department. HubSpot, is a mobile friendly CRM that works great for a growing sales team. Additional marketing features can be added, but that is a separate cost, unless you have in house marketing talent.

Pros

HubSpot is great at tracking relationships at the individual level. These can be tracked from prospect to conversion, and all related activity can be easily tracked and revisited. Dashboards can be setup to track meta data, but is limited in how it can be customized.

Cons

All of our dislikes in HubSpot are related to the service side. The sales side of this CRM is sufficient or better to other CRM's, but is limited in customizable solutions. This will need to be discussed when considering your companies specific needs.

Pour l'instant, à part le fait qu'il automatise les nom de domaines généraux tel que SFR.fr, orange.fr ... Il pense que la société en face est bien SFR ou orange, alors que c'est une adresse email indépendante. Sinon ok pour tout

The funnel management was really nice and it was easier for the management to track the customer as a lead until the last service given.

Cons

The lead generation was great for Hubspot. We were able to interface it with another software called People Notion and it was easier for us to do lead generation.

It has been great. I'm just afraid to get started with it because the price as you grow in your needs is TERRIBLE.

Good free version. Good user-friendly interface.

Once you get beyond the basics the price EXPLODES. Just too expensive. Try odoo or Active Campaign.

Free version is so good for outbound calling and basic email marketing. But as I grow I'll need to go to another product. Just too expensive.

Our experience with Hubspot thus far has been overwhelmingly positive.

Pros

I have a strong affinity for HubSpot CRM. Two years ago, I advocated for our company's transition to HubSpot, and I have no regrets. Our committed Customer Success Manager is consistently accessible, and the Support team is both responsive and helpful. While the platform boasts an array of features, which can sometimes feel overwhelming when searching for specific details amid the abundance of options, the HubSpot team is consistently efficient in providing the necessary clarification. This contrasts with our experience with previous solutions, where obtaining help and support was not as easy and straighforward.

Cons

The only qualms I have with HubSpot CRM revolve around some small improvements that I would appreciate seeing implemented. Specifically, it would be great to have the option to select multiple contacts simultaneously using the shift key, rather than having to choose them one by one. This small enhancement would streamline our workflow and contribute to an even more user-friendly experience. Overall, though, my experience with HubSpot CRM has been overwhelmingly positive.

HubSpot CRM was great 2 years ago. Was very expensive, but had a good return for the price. Now they keep charging more and more and give less and less.

Cons

I don't know what happened, but it's no longer good value for money and they have a lot of bugs and no solutions and very limited support - chat support is unavailable 99% of the time.

Au début, en voyant les différents outils incluent dans HubSpot CRM, je m'inquiétais pour la disposition des données client. Je me disais que j'allais assister à un grand nombre de friction. À ma grande surprise, les données client sont bien centralisées dans une seule et même interface commune, accessible à tous les Hubs. C'est l'un des points forts de CRM HubSpot, car cela a facilité mon travail avec l'équipe interne de mon client. Que ce soient les équipes dédiées à la vente, au marketing et service, nous étions tous autour d'une seule interface intuitive. La plateforme solution se révèle simple d'utilisation et vous aide à mettre en œuvre des campagnes d'e-mail, des pages de destinations optimisées et un processus de vente en quelques clics. A notable impact we have seen with HubSpot CRM is how it allows us to bring together and unify our customer service systems into a single platform which is easy to manage and control. With this, it becomes easy to do follow up on customer tickets and requests to ensure that all our customers get the support services they are looking for. It allows us to speed up our response time and the live chatting function gives our customers an easier and faster option to reach out for assistance.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to use. Onboarding has been quick because of HubSpot Academy. 100's of video pieces of training with activities and quizzes are available. Integrations with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seemless.AI have increased our cold outreach by 500%. Pipeline management and reporting are totally customizable and custom dashboards are real-time accessible with drill downs to the data with just one click. Working in it on a daily basis and managing a team's activity remotely requires HubSpot to make it possible.

Cons

Based on the contact record view for the system. Contacts are linked to the company record but it can be hard to see all activity in the account because the contact record is where everything happens. Without a view of the overall company unless you specifically go to the company record as a separate motion.
