Pros

allows us to care and support the most important and the heart of our organization that is our customers. We have been able to achieve a very solid relationship with our customers thanks to HubSpot CRM interaction and customer management tools. It makes it easy to offer not just services but personal and professional support services at a very simple and cheap way yet very effective. Whether is meeting our customers virtually or communicating through live chats, HubSpot CRM has allowed us to reach our customers more effectively.

Pros

HubSpot excels in many things, contact/company/deal creation and association, email marketing, and automation. HubSpot really shines once the "Workflow" features are activated. Users can create automation that are, quite literally, only limited by your imagination. For example, form submissions on your website can lead to automated emails, adding a contact to a list, a sales pipeline, or hundreds of other things!

Cons

Ease of use. Employees require a decent amount of onboarding to use HubSpot, and as your database grows, can become quite overwhelming and confusing to new employees. There are so many features and details that if a company doesn't have proper documentation, new employees can make quite a few mistakes with their data quite easily.

In HubSpot schätze ich besonders das Segment, in dem ich alle meine Deals auf einen Blick sehen kann. Beeindruckend ist, dass ich dort genau verfolgen kann, wie lange ich nicht mehr an einem Deal gearbeitet habe und ob ich bereits Next Steps für den Deal mit oder ohne den Kunden geplant habe. Das ermöglicht es meinem Manager, einen besseren Einblick in meine Pipeline zu bekommen, und gibt mir gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, mich nicht ständig erklären zu müssen, was ich den ganzen Tag über mache. Darüber hinaus ist die Pflege der Accounts äußerst einfach und ich kann schnell eine Cadence aufsetzen und an meine potenziellen Kunden senden.

Cons

Anfangs hatte ich einige Bedenken bezüglich HubSpot, besonders da ich von Salesforce zu HubSpot gewechselt bin. Ich war der Meinung, dass HubSpot anfangs nicht so leistungsfähig sein könnte wie Salesforce. Jedoch habe ich mich geirrt. Für unsere Organisation erfüllt HubSpot vollkommen unsere Anforderungen und steht im Verhältnis zu den Kosten.

My overall experience was not well and would never recommend and would say stay away at all possible.

Pros

Hubspot allowed some allowances for ease of use.

Cons

Less integration than was promised and customer service and billing are shady and not knowledgable. The calendar scheduler is way too limiting also.

I really like how easy to use it is, how to pull data and reports and create workflows and automations. Also, there customer support is top notch!

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons, other than it is pricier than some other CRM tools we looked at but we used it as our one stop shop for Sales, Marketing and Support.

I used to hate CRM software. I would make my own CRM from Microsoft One Note. However once I started using this I liked it so much better than salesforce. I love the interface, how it keeps me on top of clients, the notifications. I like to set reminders months in advance and I never lose track of any customers. It helped me personally manage a campaign of hundreds of leads and few hundred more of existing clients.

Pros

The email campaigns, customer management, sales campaigns and customization.

Cons

The price you need to pay to put together an email sequencing campaign. Last I checked it was $400 a month to enable that feature. That's my only issue with the software. Other than that I love it.

The onboarding of the HubSpot team was very bad and that caused us to take a long time to understand the commercial methodology that HubSpot supports.

My experience has been great with HubSpot. The Free and Starter plans offers excellent values and functionalities. Instead of piecing numerous SaaS bits together, HubSpot is a one-stop shop that is backed up by a reputable company and a lively ecosystem. Its knowledge base is vast and I can usually find solutions on its FAQs or HubSpot Certified Group on Facebook. You cannot reliably claim that about other niche platforms.

Pros

I got introduced to HubSpot via its Academy, which truly has excellent educational content. HubSpot brilliantly uses its extensive knowledge base to attract prospects. As part of the InBound Sales certification course, I started using its CRM and gradually expanded to other service offerings, such as the self-service scheduling and chatbot services. What HubSpot does better than its competitors is the seamless integration between the mega modules (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, CMS and Operations). You can start with as few/many modules as your organization needs.

Cons

The Starter Plans are cost-effective ($0 to $45/month) but shoot up astronomically as you scale up to Professional and Enterprise tiers ($360+/month). A more economical tier between Starter and Professional would better serve the SMBs.

Zoho CRM itself is a little limiting. Integration with other modules is available and feels more fragmented than HubSpot. On the other hand, Salesforce is extremely flexible but requires lots of customization before being deemed usable.

Pros

I am using the HubSpot for last 1-2 years. There are so many features for sales & marketing professionals like Contacts section, Companies section, Chart flows, Snippets, Templates, Calls, Activity Feed, Lists, Targeted Accounts, Notes, Dashboards, Analytical Tools, Deals etc. Its surprising to see so many features in one CRM App. that's great. I liked the most part is list. we can easily upload the list into HubSpot.

Cons

I think I would like to bring in notice that there should be notification regarding the contacts status that while adding the contacts, we at least come to know that specific contact is not actively working in specific company.

HubSpot has worked well for us as far as contact management. With our sales and marketing team emails tied to the software, we are able to capture communication to all of our customer contacts. The only issue is that if other individuals are copied on a communication, they are automatically entered in our CRM. We could certainly turn that feature off, but then there is the issue of if sales/marketing would remember to log the important things or if they would get in the habit of not logging anything at all.

Pros

The biggest priorities for us when we implemented HubSpot in our company were to be able to realize revenue to marketing activities as well as have a better forecasting method for our sales team.

Cons

The biggest con for us is that we clearly stated we needed to be able to tie revenue back to marketing activities. This function is possible with the platform sold to us; however it is very manual. In order for us to have the automated version that we requested, we would need to pay a significant amount more than we currently are. This was a mistake made on the part of the salesperson and we were offered a discount to enable the feature; however it is still very costly so we are performing this task manually at the moment.

Price was a large factor. Salesforce and SugarCRM were both excellent contenders and we would have been happy to choose either of them. The biggest factor in our decision was price. The other factor was Salesforce and Sugar have software that is so powerful, we felt the built-in features we would pay for may not be utilized enough to receive an ROI.

We previously didn't have a database of customer information that flowed into Marketing efforts. That has been the best overall experience, I would say there is still a lot of work to be done for Hubspot though.

Pros

It fits a lot of products/software into one.

Cons

I would say Hubspot is a jack of all trades but a master of none when it comes to CRMs. There are a lot of updates that move a lot of things around, so it's easy to get lost even when you've just started to get the hang of things.

An amazing end-to-end tool for growth marketing. A tool which is user friendly and easy to pick up. Also the customer support of the hubspot is very fast and cordial. Any issue, and they are available for resolution. Among the many benefits, internal team allocation of leads is the most beneficial feature for our firm.

Pros

The features of adding the tasks to the clients. Ability to manage the leads, distribute the leads to the team members and the transparency which the contact information (the details about the leads/contacts) it gives is phenomenal. It removes any communication gap within the team members (remote working)

Cons

It is kind of slow to load, also when we search for the contacts, maybe because of the size of the database, it takes certain time to load the results.

My team has been using Hubspot for year. Hubspot makes finding qualified leads easier. The features help with every step in the sales pipeline. Lead capture, email marketing, engament tracking, and intergrateing it with my team was a snap.

Maybe little more calling prospect time. However this is still not bad but couod be improved.

I had to switch to different solution, because HubSpot was too difficult to customize and my team could not use it correctly.

Pros

It has some interesting and useful ideas in sales, leads and task managment. My bussiness is concentrated more on the contact managing side of the CRM, but i could observe and appreciate work done in the sales segment. I think company concentrated on those feature of the software would really benefit from it.

Cons

As far as it is advertised as a product for all kind of bussiness, it is rather concentrated on certain types of companies, which are managing sales. It is rather expensive, comparing to the other software. It does not provide good customer support. Customization is difficult and long.
