It was a good experience, You will have good features for a small team, but you need to consider what are your needs.

Pros

It features all the basic for sales management at a reasonable cost. It brings you good service level support and It's easy to use.

Cons

There are few documentation about integration with other products, we wanted to deploy API or some automation for sales campaign but it was no possible.

Its simply the best CRM for Marketing.You can do everything with it with ease and can connect all integrations available. If they don't exist, just create them by yourself using webhooks and api's.

HubSpot CRM was great 2 years ago. Was very expensive, but had a good return for the price. Now they keep charging more and more and give less and less.

Cons

I don't know what happened, but it's no longer good value for money and they have a lot of bugs and no solutions and very limited support - chat support is unavailable 99% of the time.

Au début, en voyant les différents outils incluent dans HubSpot CRM, je m'inquiétais pour la disposition des données client. Je me disais que j'allais assister à un grand nombre de friction. À ma grande surprise, les données client sont bien centralisées dans une seule et même interface commune, accessible à tous les Hubs. C'est l'un des points forts de CRM HubSpot, car cela a facilité mon travail avec l'équipe interne de mon client. Que ce soient les équipes dédiées à la vente, au marketing et service, nous étions tous autour d'une seule interface intuitive. HubSpot is easy to use. Onboarding has been quick because of HubSpot Academy. 100's of video pieces of training with activities and quizzes are available. Integrations with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seemless.AI have increased our cold outreach by 500%. Pipeline management and reporting are totally customizable and custom dashboards are real-time accessible with drill downs to the data with just one click. Working in it on a daily basis and managing a team's activity remotely requires HubSpot to make it possible.

Cons

Based on the contact record view for the system. Contacts are linked to the company record but it can be hard to see all activity in the account because the contact record is where everything happens. Without a view of the overall company unless you specifically go to the company record as a separate motion.

In HubSpot schätze ich besonders das Segment, in dem ich alle meine Deals auf einen Blick sehen kann. Beeindruckend ist, dass ich dort genau verfolgen kann, wie lange ich nicht mehr an einem Deal gearbeitet habe und ob ich bereits Next Steps für den Deal mit oder ohne den Kunden geplant habe. Das ermöglicht es meinem Manager, einen besseren Einblick in meine Pipeline zu bekommen, und gibt mir gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, mich nicht ständig erklären zu müssen, was ich den ganzen Tag über mache. Darüber hinaus ist die Pflege der Accounts äußerst einfach und ich kann schnell eine Cadence aufsetzen und an meine potenziellen Kunden senden.

Cons

Anfangs hatte ich einige Bedenken bezüglich HubSpot, besonders da ich von Salesforce zu HubSpot gewechselt bin. Ich war der Meinung, dass HubSpot anfangs nicht so leistungsfähig sein könnte wie Salesforce. Jedoch habe ich mich geirrt. Für unsere Organisation erfüllt HubSpot vollkommen unsere Anforderungen und steht im Verhältnis zu den Kosten.

Pros

Hubspot allowed some allowances for ease of use.

Cons

Less integration than was promised and customer service and billing are shady and not knowledgable. The calendar scheduler is way too limiting also.

Everything is notated and all information is stored per company. We can add emails and phone calls so that everyone in our company is on the same page.

Cons

There is nothing that I have found that I do not like about HubSpot. It is user friendly.

I used to hate CRM software. I would make my own CRM from Microsoft One Note. However once I started using this I liked it so much better than salesforce. I love the interface, how it keeps me on top of clients, the notifications. I like to set reminders months in advance and I never lose track of any customers. It helped me personally manage a campaign of hundreds of leads and few hundred more of existing clients.

Pros

The email campaigns, customer management, sales campaigns and customization.

Cons

The price you need to pay to put together an email sequencing campaign. Last I checked it was $400 a month to enable that feature. That's my only issue with the software. Other than that I love it.
