Great CRM with lots of free training and useful certifications. It Just a great platform overall for managing company activities.

Pros

It is such a handy platform and has great features to manage sales activities as well as admin. Really reliable CRM.

Cons

The company duplicates etc. It just gets very messy sometimes and to be honest I wish it was a little easier to organise or at least there was a way to clean it up because otherwise the system itself is flawless.

I've used HubSpot CRM in a couple of different organizations, from large-scale enterprise wide deployments, to small-scale small businesses. In both cases, working with the HubSpot team is a great experience

Pros

HubSpot CRM is incredibly easy to spin up and begin using. It is one of the fastest CRM tools to stand up and use from the get go. Its especially nice that there is a free tier to get you started.

Cons

Everything costs money, which you should expect. However, with HubSpot CRM, there are tiers that unfold functionality. Rather than getting exactly what you need, you will find that you are likely to pay extra for the things you don't need as well.

Overall, it's a good platform. It is asked to do a lot, and HubSpot usually comes through. It still feels like a work in progress, though. There is a decent amount of bugs and annoying UI issues. Unless you are very well-versed in the platform, it can be overwhelming. It is a good platform, but it could be better.

Pros

It's a one-stop shop CRM in many ways. Even on more basic plans, you get a ton to work with. It is easy to move contacts into marketing workflows and there are ways to integrate HubSpot onto our website.

Cons

It is pretty difficult to navigate and has a buggy UI. There is so much content and data within the CRM, so this is understandable to a degree, but the UI isn't consistent across the entire platform. It requires a ton of front-end work to create a strong structure before it becomes beneficial.

Overall, using HubSpot CRM has been really positive. It’s reliable, easy to navigate, and keeps everything in one place, which makes managing leads and sales a lot less stressful. The interface is clean and intuitive, so getting the hang of it was quick, even for the team members who aren’t super tech-savvy. Collaboration is smooth, everyone knows what’s happening with clients, and tracking activity is simple. Support has been helpful when needed, and the system just feels like it works without unnecessary fuss. For day-to-day CRM needs, it’s been a solid, no-nonsense tool.

Pros

What I liked most about HubSpot CRM is how easy it is to use. Everything’s laid out clearly, from managing leads to tracking sales activity, so there’s no faffing about. I also appreciated how it keeps the whole team on the same page – everyone can see what’s happening with clients, which saves a lot of back-and-forth emails or messages. The interface is clean, simple, and just makes sense, which makes it way easier to actually use day-to-day.

Cons

The thing I liked least isn’t really HubSpot’s fault, but at the moment, some of the other programs we use aren’t fully linked up with it yet. It means a bit of double-handling here and there until the integrations are sorted. Other than that, HubSpot itself works pretty smoothly.

Their support is great.the system is very easy to configure.the way the onboarding works makes it easy to start with in days

I found the price to be increasing quickly.it is also not very clear on what u pay for. It feels very expensive

I have a positive experience with HubSpot CRM so far. The sales pipeline and the dashboards are very easy to customize and manage. They give a quick, visual snapshot that makes it easier to make decisions without digging through data.

Pros

What I like the most is how everything about my contacts lives in one place. For people that like to feel that you can easily manage lots of information and details, in a really easy way, HubSpot is your choice.

Cons

What I don’t love is the pricing. While HubSpot offers a lot of value, it can become expensive fairly quickly as you add more contacts and as you start needing more advanced features. For a small business or someone just starting out, the cost can feel like a stretch.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is the easiest to startup, most organized, and has the most features. My favorite part about it is the ease of use.

I wish there was an internal Email/SMS tool. This would allow everything to be more seamless and connected.

I found HubSpot crm to have a good Value for Money if set up correctly. With integration with lots of other companies available especially in the insurance industry. Depending on the plan chosen I found they had good Customer Support. I did not find this crm to be Ease of Use. You need a degree to get this started imo. It can be a good Lead Management system. It also offers Email Marketing. User Interface

Cons

I found it very difficult to integrate this system into my office and unless you have support staff that are good with software I think it may be challenging to integrate into your office as well.

Pros

HubSpot combines CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools in one place. I didn't need separate tools for email campaigns, lead tracking, and customer support.

Cons

HubSpot Academy offers tons of free courses and certifications. Helps you learn and implement best practices for inbound marketing and sales. There was a cost to all this

Not bad. It was better than some of the other live chat offerings we had used for our web-site and one we've now stuck with for a few years.

Pros

Fairly low cost and decent live chat solution. The chat solution is easy to use and to go through old chats to get customer information.

Cons

I cannot seem to get notifications to appear for new live chats, so often miss them coming in when I have multiple tabs open.

HubSpot is our main CRM tool. It's also used as a ticketing system for our clients to reach out to us so that we can resolve their issues.

Pros

Hubspot surves its purpose as a CRM system very well. Besides, we use it to create our Knowledge Base (articles that are then integarted in our platform) and for Hubspot helpdesk (which is our system of helping clients on a project through ticketing system).

Cons

The navigation on the website is not very straightforward (not super easy to find some tabs, some tools). The templates to use for emails sometimes disappear.

Cons

Sometimes complex to manage and set up. Decent support though. I'd say upkeep of all the data systems can be one of the more challenging aspects that needs to be automated.

I cannot give Hubspot a big enough praise as it has continued to impress me at every turn. The fact we can have a shared database of contacts, see the latest activity across the team with them and assign them to various people has really changed how we operate.

Pros

I had an idea in my head of what a CRM would look like and I was hesitant to want to add in another "step" to my sales process but it was literally minutes of exploring Hubspot before I realized how insane it would be for me to cling to the spreadsheets I had bene using. The email tracking is game changing not to mention the depth of process tracking you can get with this tool. Intuitive design and the automation at key points help ensure we aren't missing anything or doing double work.

Cons

While there isn't anything majorly wrong - I do wish the tool would remain logged in as it seems daily I have to resign in and if I don't remember to check I can miss having emails logged.

HubSpot CRM offers well documented performance reports which help us make precise decisions on how to improve our customer services. I have not found any part of HubSpot CRM that does not work perfectly. All its aspects are fulfilling and always meets their purpose.

I have used multiple other CRMs in two different business settings and HubSpot was by far the best CRM. It was easy to train on, easy to find past data, easy to set up workflows and triggered outreach that required little oversight. It also worked well collaboratively, allowing my team to work together to quickly ascertain the status of a given client and to share task between them.

Pros

This product is particularly user friendly and offers quick, live data updates. It worked well tracking the sales tasks for a company of over 75 sales people.

Cons

I did not explore the full functionality of the reporting features for upper management needs but would have liked more clear reporting for sales personnel tracking their own metrics.

HubSpot CRM provides the most efficient customer engagement tools like live chats which help us interact freely with customers. Its reporting tool provide very useful performance insights that help us improve our customer engagements. HubSpot CRM has live dashboards that makes it easy to monitor how all our engagements are progressing in real time. Its chat automations help us to speed up our responses to customer requests.

Cons

We find nothing to dislike about HubSpot CRM. There has been no complaints since all features works flawlessly.
