I have been using HubSpot for 5+ years without any complaints. The support is excellent and I feel equipped with professionals in my arsenal when it comes to CRM needs.

Pros

Love the ROI and value for money for teams looking to merge their marketing and sales funnel. I love the one single dashboard across multiple modules - marketing, sales, CMS, service.

Cons

I find the solution expensive as we engage with more offerings and our team grows. I think at that price point some of the enterprise-level CRM platforms are better suited.

Pros

A great CRM system to track anything and everything in sales. From tracking emails to sharing files on notes. Sending and creating campaigns are very easy and simple.

Cons

Moving from other CRM, it takes some time to get used to it. One down point is it takes time to sync and the results show on report a while later and does not happen in real time.

### "Nothing compares to HubSpot"

The overall experience with HubSpot is such that I've tried to get it implemented company-wide! I preach HubSpot whenever the opportunity arises! It's all so very smooth, connected and automatic, and it saves me time every day so I can focus on selling and not as much on administrating.

Pros

Aside from the overall ease of use, I love that HubSpot connects with my Outlook and automatically logs and tracks emails. And that I get notifications on my phone when an email is opened. I can then call that person at that time while I'm on their mind, and my HubSpot app automatically logs the call and gives me a chance to jot a few notes too. Or perhaps they open the email and click the link to my HubSpot meeting scheduler...even better! It's all so blessedly interconnected and automatic!

Cons

I wouldn't say the task manager is bad, but sometimes I wish I had the ability to prioritize tasks..

Pros

Great software that’s easy to use. This is a professional company with fantastic developments regularly. The lead workflow is so simple yet very customizable to suit my business.

Cons

It was only focused on tracking leads. Once you got it, you somehow have to do the work to transfer it over to your specific sector software. This is fine, if your leads are high value leads. In our case, we have some small jobs that are not worth the time to track in HubSpot and in our system. The point being, HubSpot is for tracking the high value sales.

We actually didn’t end up choosing HubSpot. We used their free trail and decided that it is simply not made for small sales business. They are for $500 plus value deals to be tracked. Didn’t suit our business model!

HubSpot to me is la crème de la crème - or the best. I'm an advocate for software when it comes to marketing automation and I've tried everything (infusionsoft, activecampaign, salesforce, marketo, HighLevel (although HighLevel is also phenomenal)

Pros

Extremely clean user interface, it's amazing support staff, and the ability for you to go into very strong account based and better be automations when your business grows. It does allow you to scale pretty easily. It also have a free tier for almost every hub.

Cons

As a start of this software can be a little expensive when you need some of it's more advanced features at an early stage

To me high-level seems like it is amazing for marketing automation but not as CRM. Pipedrive seemed like a pipeline with automation - the CRM feature wasn't really as prominent as I personally would have liked it to be.

It has been good, it was a smooth transition from Keap.

Pros

One of the pros with Hubspot is that your organization can operate out of one system instead of stitching together 4-5 management tools for sales, marketing, and admin.

Cons

The price point is really high when you start to get into all the package options and features. Users can certainly stitch together a cheaper monthly bill by using multiple dedicated services.

Visually every page looks the same so it can be confusing when learning the CRM to start with and take longer for team to get to know the navigation on the platform.

Hubspot is amazing for starters because you have a free version, a lot of content in the university and you will learn everything you need regarding the sales process. When your team and organization grow, it will depend on whether you will want to invest in an expensive paid Hubspot account or you may use another CRM just for sales.

Pros

The free version of Hubspot is pretty fair and the Hubspot University is simply amazing. If you are dealing with different approaches for the same leads (inbound/outbound/referrals/content/support/etc), Hubspot is great because you have everything at one software.

Cons

If your team is not a sales pro, if you don't have a sales ops structure and if you manage too many sales leads, Hubspot can be overwhelming. There are features that in a lean process won't be used.

I like it, it does the job. It keeps me on track and has been a helpful tool.

Pros

This product is easy to use and does integrate with social media platforms easily. I have been using it for over a year and it has provides me with the tooks, tasks, notes, ability to review and track my activities, email, calls etc. which is important.

Cons

Would be great to be able to modify quotes more easily. For example, we have Oracle Netsuite numbers generated once we have won a deal and enter into NS but there is no way that I am aware of for us to enter that unique identifying number into the Hubspot CRM quote even if it's after the fact. It would be good if it was the other way around, Hubspot generated the unique identifying number and it carried through to NS, but that's now how we are currently using it.

Having been in both an admin and sales role in this tool, HubSpot really is a great product overall. As mentioned, when comparing with Salesforce (it's hard not to), HubSpot misses some functionality that is more powerful. This being said, the efficiency gains from such a clean UI for sales are probably worth it over Salesforce. When evaluating this platform, keep in mind if your team has complex process needs or integrations with ERP systems for finance. If so, it might be worth looking elsewhere. This being said, HubSpot can TOTALLY handle being an enterprise level CRM, but you're going to want to configure appropriately and keep in mind some very minor platform limits.

Pros

The UI HubSpot's worked on here is incredibly intuitive, which can't be said for most CRMs. They've made huge strides in the past few years on the functionality as well. The fact that the CRM is tied so closely with their marketing automation platform makes sales enablement a breeze. Sales automation features like meetings links and email integrations built right in are super convenient.

Cons

HubSpot CRM still has some work to do in order to get to the granularity of reporting that is expected for enterprise-level customers. It's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars to the functionality piece. There are some basic SDR type reporting needs that take a little bit of finessing in HubSpot CRM, and nuances from an admin perspective like comparing date fields can be tricky. At times, the user friendliness may have come at a cost of greater complexity, but sometimes it's better to keep it simple anyway.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Many of my clients opt for HubSpot CRM to enjoy the benefits of being so closely tied with their marketing automation platforms. The integration with Salesforce (at specific product subscription levels) can enable a really powerful combination of platforms and is a very highly functioning integration, unlike many others. The sales rep learning curve is much shorter than SFDC and some other CRMs I've seen.

Pros

I am a big fan of the contact management capabilities in HubSpot CRM. The centralized database provides an easy way to keep track of my customer interactions and relationships, making it simple to manage and maintain these interactions.

Cons

While I generally find HubSpot CRM to be a useful tool for managing my customer relationships, I do have one issue with it. The user interface can be somewhat cluttered and difficult to navigate at times.

absolutely perfect if goals are price point and only track contact info, and realize will want to manage actual deal flow through some task management tool.

Pros

Hubspot is absolutely great as a CRM so long as you plan to use another tool for actual deal flow -- if your goal is to track names, contact info, notes, and docs, along with email traffic, Hubspot is perfect. Hubspot also has about the best import and export capability, and the auto-linking to external domain logos is wonderful -- really great job of minimizing contact updates.

Cons

Like almost every other CRM, Hubspot \*lacks\* the capability to drag and drop tasks to plan your day or week -- so managing deals is next to impossible and salesforce too expensive. Pipedrive has some ability to do so, however, only across stages of the deal and not within the stage; if you don't mind shelling out a few dollars, Pipedrive also has better Trello and other integrations, e.g., looking up a contact in Trello to manage the deals.

### "Great CRM, but awful reporting"

Pros

The system is very easy to set up and use. The card population is easy and intuitive. Super easy data migration from a previous provider.

Cons

During the sales calls we were shown that we could report on almost anything, however once we subscribed we saw that the customization of the reports is minimal and it is based on already pre-set measurements, hence there is no option to customize them at the end of the day. That is really frustrating as we need to know what our sales funnel is for instance. Instead we get duplicate data because the same deal is counted in the different stage it was located in.

I really enjoy working with it - inside the company and with additional instances with freelancers. Especially, it's great to have a free version to get start with it without any strings attached. I worked with it for around 4 years before switching to a pro version

Pros

It's super easy to use. I encourage beginners in CRM world to start with this thing - the free version is a good point of start. No brainer regarding how to use it. Amazing Hubspot academy with trainings for the beginners. Nothing much to add - start with the free version

Cons

In a free version I am missing the reporting. It's kind of expensive in compare to competitors if you want to add a few more features.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use HubSpot CRM both for us who are offering support services and for our customers who are reaching out for assistance. It gives us multiple ways of supporting our customers through emails, chatting, virtual meetings. HubSpot CRM reports helps us to understand how customers are receiving our services and recheck on tickets to ensure all of them have been responded to and their issues have been resolved.

Cons

There are no cons for HubSpot CRM. It is easy to use and all the features are very responsive.

### "Love HubSpot"

HubSpot is super easy to use and their educational support makes it even better. They not only tell you how to accomplish a task, they also provide the 'why' for the task. It is a tool that I use all day, everyday and the social functionality is some of the best I've ever seen. I love being able to review all of the activity in one pane and even like comments or respond in that same pane. I wish that direct or private messages to our pages were accessible here, but I do get everything else. If you are looking for a marketing tool that includes all of the digital components for your marketing plan, this is it. You won't find a single platform that is as easy to use and incorporates so many of the things we do.

Pros

HubSpot is super easy to use and it's relatively easy to add users with specific access. This is great if you have review processes like ours. The new email WYSIWYG is much simpler to use now and for that alone, I'd recommend this tool. My team especially likes the calendar view for scheduling Social posts. This, by itself, has allowed my team to plan and schedule social posts up to three months out. We could go further, but choose not to.

Cons

If you have a lot of brands with corresponding websites and social channels, it is difficult to keep that all separate. HubSpot recently added subdomain functionality that is helping us with that, but it has not been extended yet to include social channels. I also wish we had the ability to tag items with multiple campaigns because occasionally I need to track two things (the brand associated and the event or promotion). Campaigns are one of the ways I use to distinguish between brands, especially with Social posts.

Hubspot CRM is very easy to use. Onboarding and training are well understood by staff even without experience with any CRM tools. Integration with other apps like Calendly, 3CX and SMS is great. The knowledgebase and support is superb.

Cons

Quite expensive for a startup or mid businesses to jump into PRO account level especially if it will include other Hubspot features.

We have had an outstanding experience with HubSpot CRM as it has helped us manage all our leads together on different stages based on their activities. A great platform with good features.

Pros

It is an extraordinary CRM with great user experience, great for lead management and segmentation of leads. It is great for tracking the activities of the leads and everything from customer services, marketing, sales and analytics team to work all in one place which is a bonus.

Cons

I would only point out that the pricing structure of HubSpot is not the best, it is expensive for a lot of businesses. The customer support is poor, they never got to solve problems via chat or emails unless you call them.

We have automated a lot of our manual processes with HubSpot, including managing customer sign ups, processing deals and integrating with other apps such as electronic signature and text messaging. We are able to scale up effectively with HubSpot CRM.

Pros

I have never used a CRM solution in the past until we tried HubSpot, and HubSpot offers a lot of potential to us, and we have just scratched the surface. With HubSpot, we can manage customers intelligently, review their previous correspondence, determine their behaviour on our website, update their deals and much more. We have started implementing automation and I can see that we can do a lot more with automation in the future.

Cons

There were certain features we were wanting (such as managing multiple domains) that were only available through the Enterprise license. We have recently migrated to a global Enterprise CRM with our sister companies and working our way through re-customising our CRM which is at times painful. We are optimistic though about doing far more with our new Enterprise CRM, especially with Lead management and deepening our customer relationships.

Its most beautiful features is its free versions available for all, it is all basic features which solve your difficulties which are confusing or non perfect to someone. Hubspot crm is a very famous and best software in industries which are leading in software industries at this time. There are many other software version available in market which provides all necessary features but hubspot crm completed our sequence. Here email to other Clint and chat with clints are actually crazy need on time.

Paid version could out of experience for large area but I likely to review its because this platform provides all necessary features to all your acquirement or need your company. There are many software available in market but we get in quality in hubspot crm other than best. We can send industrial email for future time.

Userfriendly, great tool to have, its like if you had your own secretary.

Pros

I like the fact you can make changes and add filters to the visibility of the contacts and companies. You have the option of building campaigns for your prospects depending on where they are in the journey. Also the way that it links to your Gmail account and it automatically gets all the emails into the Hubspot CRM and track if they opened up the email or not.

Cons

I think the inbox feature was kind of an issue for us in the beginning and we opted out of using it but I believe now the major bugs have been fixed.

Very good tool if setup properly.

Pros

It was pretty quick to deploy once we scoped our requirement. The workflow automation was quite impressive and helped to improve efficiency. The email campaigns and tracking integrated with workflow automation was also great. You can use this if you are a 1 person company or a 1000 person company.

Cons

It is expensive once you start adding on modules. Some features weren't intuitive and I had to write my own instructions to follow to replicate until I got used to it.

A very positive experience with Hubspot. The platform allowed me to stay organized, knowledgeable about my pipeline, and close more sales!

Pros

HubSpot really helped our team stay organized with our leads, track our pipeline, and predict how we were doing each month. I really liked how we could see our history with each lead to see who needed to be contact, what was said, and where they were at in the sales cycle.

Cons

I liked everything hubspot had to offer honestly.
