Overall, my experience with HubSpot CRM has been very positive. I have found the sales and marketing automation tools, including lead capture, lead nurturing, and lead scoring, to be incredibly valuable in streamlining and optimizing my sales and marketing processes.

Pros

I am a big fan of the contact management capabilities in HubSpot CRM. The centralized database provides an easy way to keep track of my customer interactions and relationships, making it simple to manage and maintain these interactions.

Cons

While I generally find HubSpot CRM to be a useful tool for managing my customer relationships, I do have one issue with it. The user interface can be somewhat cluttered and difficult to navigate at times.

absolutely perfect if goals are price point and only track contact info, and realize will want to manage actual deal flow through some task management tool.

Pros

Hubspot is absolutely great as a CRM so long as you plan to use another tool for actual deal flow -- if your goal is to track names, contact info, notes, and docs, along with email traffic, Hubspot is perfect. Hubspot also has about the best import and export capability, and the auto-linking to external domain logos is wonderful -- really great job of minimizing contact updates.

Cons

Like almost every other CRM, Hubspot \*lacks\* the capability to drag and drop tasks to plan your day or week -- so managing deals is next to impossible and salesforce too expensive. Pipedrive has some ability to do so, however, only across stages of the deal and not within the stage; if you don't mind shelling out a few dollars, Pipedrive also has better Trello and other integrations, e.g., looking up a contact in Trello to manage the deals.

I really enjoy working with it - inside the company and with additional instances with freelancers. Especially, it's great to have a free version to get start with it without any strings attached. I worked with it for around 4 years before switching to a pro version

Pros

It's super easy to use. I encourage beginners in CRM world to start with this thing - the free version is a good point of start. No brainer regarding how to use it. Amazing Hubspot academy with trainings for the beginners. Nothing much to add - start with the free version

Cons

In a free version I am missing the reporting. It's kind of expensive in compare to competitors if you want to add a few more features.

Using HubSpot CRM to offer better customer support services to our customers has been so productive for us. We have been able to bring our customers closer to our services by making them easily accessible.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use HubSpot CRM both for us who are offering support services and for our customers who are reaching out for assistance. It gives us multiple ways of supporting our customers through emails, chatting, virtual meetings. HubSpot CRM reports helps us to understand how customers are receiving our services and recheck on tickets to ensure all of them have been responded to and their issues have been resolved.

Cons

There are no cons for HubSpot CRM. It is easy to use and all the features are very responsive.

### "Love HubSpot"

HubSpot is super easy to use and their educational support makes it even better. They not only tell you how to accomplish a task, they also provide the 'why' for the task. It is a tool that I use all day, everyday and the social functionality is some of the best I've ever seen. I love being able to review all of the activity in one pane and even like comments or respond in that same pane. I wish that direct or private messages to our pages were accessible here, but I do get everything else. If you are looking for a marketing tool that includes all of the digital components for your marketing plan, this is it. You won't find a single platform that is as easy to use and incorporates so many of the things we do.

Pros

HubSpot is super easy to use and it's relatively easy to add users with specific access. This is great if you have review processes like ours. The new email WYSIWYG is much simpler to use now and for that alone, I'd recommend this tool. My team especially likes the calendar view for scheduling Social posts. This, by itself, has allowed my team to plan and schedule social posts up to three months out. We could go further, but choose not to.

Cons

If you have a lot of brands with corresponding websites and social channels, it is difficult to keep that all separate. HubSpot recently added subdomain functionality that is helping us with that, but it has not been extended yet to include social channels. I also wish we had the ability to tag items with multiple campaigns because occasionally I need to track two things (the brand associated and the event or promotion). Campaigns are one of the ways I use to distinguish between brands, especially with Social posts.

Pros

Hubspot CRM is very easy to use. Onboarding and training are well understood by staff even without experience with any CRM tools. Integration with other apps like Calendly, 3CX and SMS is great. The knowledgebase and support is superb.

Cons

Quite expensive for a startup or mid businesses to jump into PRO account level especially if it will include other Hubspot features.

We have had an outstanding experience with HubSpot CRM as it has helped us manage all our leads together on different stages based on their activities. A great platform with good features.

Pros

It is an extraordinary CRM with great user experience, great for lead management and segmentation of leads. It is great for tracking the activities of the leads and everything from customer services, marketing, sales and analytics team to work all in one place which is a bonus.

Cons

I would only point out that the pricing structure of HubSpot is not the best, it is expensive for a lot of businesses. The customer support is poor, they never got to solve problems via chat or emails unless you call them.

We have automated a lot of our manual processes with HubSpot, including managing customer sign ups, processing deals and integrating with other apps such as electronic signature and text messaging. We are able to scale up effectively with HubSpot CRM.

Pros

I have never used a CRM solution in the past until we tried HubSpot, and HubSpot offers a lot of potential to us, and we have just scratched the surface. With HubSpot, we can manage customers intelligently, review their previous correspondence, determine their behaviour on our website, update their deals and much more. We have started implementing automation and I can see that we can do a lot more with automation in the future.

Cons

There were certain features we were wanting (such as managing multiple domains) that were only available through the Enterprise license. We have recently migrated to a global Enterprise CRM with our sister companies and working our way through re-customising our CRM which is at times painful. We are optimistic though about doing far more with our new Enterprise CRM, especially with Lead management and deepening our customer relationships.

Its most beautiful features is its free versions available for all, it is all basic features which solve your difficulties which are confusing or non perfect to someone. Hubspot crm is a very famous and best software in industries which are leading in software industries at this time. There are many other software version available in market which provides all necessary features but hubspot crm completed our sequence. Here email to other Clint and chat with clints are actually crazy need on time.

Paid version could out of experience for large area but I likely to review its because this platform provides all necessary features to all your acquirement or need your company. Userfriendly, great tool to have, its like if you had your own secretary.

Pros

I like the fact you can make changes and add filters to the visibility of the contacts and companies. You have the option of building campaigns for your prospects depending on where they are in the journey. Also the way that it links to your Gmail account and it automatically gets all the emails into the Hubspot CRM and track if they opened up the email or not.

Cons

I think the inbox feature was kind of an issue for us in the beginning and we opted out of using it but I believe now the major bugs have been fixed.

Very good tool if setup properly.

Pros

It was pretty quick to deploy once we scoped our requirement. The workflow automation was quite impressive and helped to improve efficiency. The email campaigns and tracking integrated with workflow automation was also great. You can use this if you are a 1 person company or a 1000 person company.

Cons

It is expensive once you start adding on modules. Some features weren't intuitive and I had to write my own instructions to follow to replicate until I got used to it.

Great software, plenty of potential integrations and pricing is very reasonable. There are alot of great features, and my account manager pays close attention to the issues I bring up and I have confidence that my recommendations are funneled through to the development team at HubSpot.

Pros

This software has been integral to our company for managing our wholesale accounts. We have over 5 different programs that are integrated and we rely on it daily. The email customization features are great, however there are a couple of areas that could use improvement.

Cons

The inability to send out mass emails through direct 1-1 emails is frustrating. We don't want to send out emails all the time through marketing emails as we are not necessarily marketing to our accounts, and we don't want them to have such an easy way to opt out of marketing emails. The inability for the app to associate deals to both the contact and company is frustrating. With plenty of orders coming in daily, it is time consuming to associate a company to all the deals. HubSpot lacks the ability to automatically change the conversion rate of currencies so our reporting may be off at the end of the month based on daily fluctuations in the USD to CAD. I wish it were possible for the reporting to be more customizable to create a pdf of a report for daily automated reporting. You cannot send an easily digestible report to an email address that is not associated with a HubSpot user.

Pros

I love the ease of integration with other products, The lead to opportunity process is by far the easiest and the import of a contact list and mapping is the best compared to over 50 other crm's i have used in the past.

Cons

Nothing with the CRM but i did find it got a bit more expensive than other marketing platforms once we got to 100k subscribers.

It could have been great if they would allow me to extend the number of contacts up to 10000 as that is what my audience size is but since they were limited so my experience was not very good but apart from contacts everything was much better.

Pros

The way it manages and captures a visitor's journey which comes in very handy to gauge their interest and move them closer to the top of the funnel and finally conversion.

Cons

Your billing is calculated against the number of contacts you store in the CRM which kind of limits its capabilities to reach out to more prospects.

Hubspot nous est devenu indispensable Je l'utilise littéralement tous les jours : > quand je veux envoyer un mail aux clients > quand je veux qu'ils remplissent un formulaire > quand je recherche des infos sur une fiche client, quand je veux laisser une note > quand je veux communiquer via @ à d'autres personnes de l'équipe > quand je dois écrire un article de blog > quand je veux gagner du temps avec les blocs de texte > etc..

Pros

\> suivi très simple des contacts et entreprise de prospect à client ; indispensable pour la communication (kick off) entre commefcial et service client > on retrouve de manière chronologique toutes les infos (rdv, notes, tâches) pour chaque client > sur chaque fiche, tout ce qui est à remplir est personnalisable et nous permet ensuite de mettre en place des dashboards pour chiffrer et faire le suivi de nos objectifs ! > simplicité aussi dans l'envoi des mails, dans la gestion de la boite de reception, dans la rédaction du blog

Cons

Je suis utilistarice quotidienne mais je n'utilise pas à fond la totalité des fonctionnalités. certaines me paraissent plus compliqué et moins intuitives que d'autres alors heureusement que quand j'en ai besoin, je me fais aider.

It's the best CRM for a growing start up. Period. They have come a really long way in the past five or so years. There's just not a very compelling reason to switch to salesforce for a really long time for most companies.

Pros

HubSpot strikes the perfect balance between being useful and relatively easy to use out of the box and being extremely extensible and customizable. CRMs like salesforce are powerful, but require couple, salesforce engineers if not, at least a salesforce administrator full-time. How to spot can be customized and functionality can be greatly expanded through workflows and web hooks.It's also a very powerful marketing automation platform. Similarly, it takes far less work to do what you need to do while still being quite powerful.

Cons

There are still some areas where an API is not available, and the functionality in HubSpot is not quite good enough. They are developing it at a pretty rapid pace, though.

I find it very crucial especially in organization of customers data. From contact management that help us collect and use prospects and customer data in a productive way. It is also soo great in insightful analytics and reporting which help in decision making to improve the business. The ticketing system ensures better v customer services by attending to each customers enquiry and request.
