Brilliant, the fact that we can start on a free plan and do so much makes us think that hubspot could be a really good long term partner for us.

Pros

We love the fact that hubspot enables us to keep a track of all our clients in one place. Not only that but it is free. The ability to import data from excel files allowed us to upgrade our database from google sheets and combined with hubspots internal database elevated the amount of info we had to hand on our clients, taking it to the next level. We also love the fact you can create custom fields to the CRM and different views for different users.

Cons

To be honest there is very little not to like with hubspot, in terms of the various software we use, this one takes a little more time to implement and adopt, however once customized to your requirements it becomes way easier to use.

I have used it in every capacity as a CRM tool and I can tell you for a fact I have seen positive turn in my productivity and professionalism in handling any rotation anywhere in this country.

Pros

The user experience is impeccable. It is soo easy to use and the cost of acquisition, implementation and maintenance is affordable even for startups. It's nice features makes it a perfect CRM tool. Where I can track all my rotations and farmers I have attended to. Also Incase of enquiry from Iam able to track each of them and respond to them on a timely manner. Keeping all these rotation data at a central point help us to go back for review on drugs and other veterinary tools that need restocks. HubSpot to us is therefore our ultimate solution since it helped us focus on the most important part of any business - our customers.

Cons

So far soo good I have not experienced any trouble since the support team is always reachable and they respond to my enquiries with soo much clarity in a way that Iam able to rectify from my end

Ich arbeite bereits seit vielen Jahren und über mehrere Unternehmen hinweg mit Hubspot und empfehle es auch jungen Unternehmen weiter. Je eher es implementiert ist, desto früher und besser lassen sich Kontakte sammeln und Automatisierungen entwickeln, die Effizienz und Übersicht schaffen.

Pros

Die Möglichkeit individuelle Einstellungen und Flags zu implementieren, sowie der hohe Grad an Automatisierung. Für den Sales Bereich ist es sehr wertvoll Aufgaben direkt an Deals zu legen und diese mit Happylines und Zuständigkeit zu belegen. Hier wäre eine Integration in den Google Calendar noch sehr hilfreich.

Cons

Hubspot ist sehr preisintensiv. Dafür ist es auch umfangreich, aber gerade im Marketing Bereich fehlen hier wertvolle Funktionen im Bereich automatisierter Social Media Distribution. Es ist nicht möglich Unternehmen oder Personen zu taggen, wodurch hier weiterhin manuell Beiträge veröffentlicht werden müssen. Im Bereich der Pipeline sind die vielen Ebenen am Anfang verwirrend. Deals und Kontakte müssen auf Personen, Unternehmens und Deal-Ebene gepflegt werden.

It's a great tool for marketing and sales. It's nice to have one platform to manage both of these important aspects of our business.

Pros

It's great that it comes with a free CRM, but much of the value comes from the marketing features. We do all of our blogs, tracking, and websites through Hubspot. It is also nice that it connects with so many tools, so it is easy to keep your software stack streamlined.

Cons

The only cons we have experienced is that Hubspot does not do a good job keeping their customers up to date when they update their API. We created an integration with them, and we often have to explain to our customers when our integration suddenly doesn't work.

HubSpot ranks up there as one of my favorite CRM and marketing platforms on the planet. Not only does it sport an intuitive interface, it also has a great academy.

Cons

The price jumps significantly from the starter to the professional version. The organizations I serve would appreciate some flexibility in the middle of those price ranges.

Pros

I like that I could start with a free version and then can build with add one as I grow and have bigger needs.

It takes a bit to learn as it’s not as smooth and simple as a couple others I’ve tried before.

For simple contact, lead, sales motions Hubspot is the solution for quick wins based on templates and integrations that work. Minimal Zapier required.

Pros

The platform is easy to use, almost intuitive. The tradeoff is custom Marketo like actions and detailed reporting.

Cons

Cannot do custom Marketo like actions for more than MVP flows and data cleaning. Very limited reporting options beyond built in templates. A/B testing is limited to testing from a variant that is built from control as base (email and landing page)

Very comprehensive modules that are smooth in application and don't require much high-level technical knowledge to master. The automation functions let you to pick out desired initiatives and nurture them effectively in order for your marketing team to be able to direct their efforts towards more significant tasks, and manage their time better. It is user-friendly, great for monitoring progress and for social media post creation, provides useful e-mail templates as well as customer support.

Cons

The Starter package has limited features, and the pricing in order to upgrade to Marketing Hub Pro is pretty substantial, creating a pricing gap that may be an issue for smaller start-ups. Pros

It's great having everything centrally accessible, whether that's contact management, pipeline management, or tasks for sales consultants. You can really work on the whole process and optimise it across for what works for you.

Cons

The analysis and reporting section is confusing and could be improved upon. There are a lot of questions we still have about our data and it is not the easiest to unearth it, since there are a lot of layers of complications.

The overall experience has been positive. It's really convenient to have all teams - marketing, sales, service, and customer success - all working in one place.

Pros

Most features are straightforward, and there's a lot of repetition of features throughout the product so once you know how to do something in one context it easily translates across the different hubs.

Cons

I dislike that a lot of the key data management automations are kept price-locked in higher tiers of the Operations hub, which is a separate product. If the CRM is anywhere over 10,000 contacts and your marketing team needs to do basic things like standardize phone number formats, capitalize and reformat first names for email personalization, etc,. you're stuck doing it manually unless you pay for the Ops features.

It has provided a central place to enter my contacts. It has helped me somewhat track activities, IF I remember to mark them correctly.

Pros

I use the free version. It probably has the most ability of any of the free versions I tried, if you can figure it out. It's easy to load new contacts, fairly easy to upload contacts from a spreadsheet and great for easily loading business cards to your contacts.

Cons

\_It is not intuitive to use. You have to hunt and find "how-tos" for most tasks. \_I tried using the marketing mail feature and due to some triggers they have set up am now permanently locked out from ever using that function again; because their system estimated that legitimate emails I had on my list were not valid or would bounce back. Frustrating to put it mildly. \_I am sure there is more I could use this software for but the costs are too high for me to buy and I won't spend that kind of money only to find out it really doesn't work for the purposes I need it for. \_I have not found a way to categorize that will put the potential clients I need to continue to engage with on top of my list. The options offered don't cut it for my business. There may be a way but like I said, you have to hunt around to find how to do most of the options, which I don't have time to do. \_It does NOT auto-save! I have had to re-do entries, notes, etc. more than I care to think about. Otherwise, you snooze - you lose! \_All the instructions I have found so far are videos. I prefer step-by-step instructions so I don't have to search each time I need to do something I don't do every day. If they have them, they are located somewhere that is not clear or intuitive and I haven't found them yet. \_In some areas it is very forgiving, with options to change what you entered, while in others, not so much. \_You have to remember to check the box for auto-posting a follow-up, rather than auto checking.

Even though HubSpot was cumbersome I determined less cumbersome than the others I looked at. I can't remember all the ones I looked at but many were not clear how they worked. Although once I downloaded HubSpot I found it was not as intuitive as it had appeared and I had hoped.

Pros

I like the simplicity of hubspot. going from an enterprise level org using SF to a startup with hubspot just makes so much sense. it allows you to truly tailor the crm to your business.

Cons

there have been times where i feel like hubspot could do a bit more. We do all of our dialing through hubspot and because it isn't a dialing software first, there are features i wish i could see like listening in to live calls for training purposes. So then we have to pay for an additional software when the initial goal was to consolidate everything into hubspot.

Really good- as a marketing manager at an SME it really provides a wide range of options for launching marketing campaigns and having it centred around the CRM system you use (allowing close integration with the sales team)

Pros

I haven't found anything that other CRM's have that Hubspot doesn't do or have an integration for (though this could be limited by my knowledge/ambitions)

Cons

The cost- there isn't much else to dissuade you from using it but it is priced at a premium (perhaps you get what you pay for)

\- Free and unlimited - Convenient interface: Of all the modern CRM systems, Hubspot offers one of the most user-friendly interfaces for the end user. - Tracking customer activity - Website chat: Previously, this was only available to users of paid versions. Now - everyone. - Email integration: You can send emails directly from Hubspot. And many other features that I like in this CRM. combines ease of use with a range of user-friendly features. Even if you decide you only want to use the free version, you will still get a great experience.

Cons

What I like least about : - Lack of extensibility: Unlike the Professional, Enterprise editions of Salesforce, you cannot create custom objects in Hubspot (for example, if you want to see "Project" as a separate system object). - No integration with Telegram

Pros

Managing a network of contacts in the Real State is more than important, the basic paid version is not expensive and fulfills this feature. Even the free version can manage up to 1000 contacts.

Cons

An initial disadvantage is the somewhat steep learning curve, which can be corrected as use increases. In the medium term it becomes an advantage, since it allows you to take advantage of all its functionalities.

I highly recommend , which is a low-cost platform that provides a wide range of services across all project disciplines and keeps all team members up to date on all occurrences, allowing them to make the best judgments possible at the right moment.

Pros

I enjoy how detailed and versatile the interface is, and how easy I can build reports and share information with colleagues. I also like that it maintains records on the cloud, so we can access them whenever we need to and export them to other applications. Thanks to HubSpot CRM, we were able to get maximum benefits by integrating processes in one software that helps us get all the information structured and up-to-date. His findings also helped us develop feasible plans and initiatives to attain our future goals.

Cons

There is no room to discuss negative issues or complexities because it only requires a few basic workouts to get you used to it and then you will be able to do your responsibilities with ease after you have mastered it.

Hubspot est un CRM qui propose plusieurs Hub : Sales - Marketing - Service Client - Opération - CMS. Selon les besoins et son budget il est possible de prendre les hubs dont on a besoin sachant que chacun de ces Hubs offres des fonctionnalités natives gratuites. Le tout confère un ensemble d'outils exhaustif et efficace. Même si la customisation est parfois limitée, et si on peut rester coincé sur certains use-case, l'outil offre un champs d'action assez incroyable tout en restant vraiment facile d'accès. De plus chaque semaine de nouvelles fonctionnalités / amélioration viennent enrichir et compléter certaines fonctionnalités. La partie Marketing et l'utilisation des workflow est vraiment puissante et sa prise en main incroyablement intuitive, une vraie réussite. Le CRM est lui très efficace, intuitif et sans Bug. je ne regrette vraiment pas mon choix à ce jour
