It is a complete CRM, its cost is not so high. It helps us to manage our network of contacts.

Pros

Managing a network of contacts in the Real State is more than important, the basic paid version is not expensive and fulfills this feature. Even the free version can manage up to 1000 contacts.

Cons

An initial disadvantage is the somewhat steep learning curve, which can be corrected as use increases. In the medium term it becomes an advantage, since it allows you to take advantage of all its functionalities.

I highly recommend HubSpot CRM, which is a low-cost platform that provides a wide range of services across all project disciplines and keeps all team members up to date on all occurrences, allowing them to make the best judgments possible at the right moment.

Pros

I enjoy how detailed and versatile the HubSpot CRM interface is, and how easy I can build reports and share information with colleagues. I also like that it maintains records on the cloud, so we can access them whenever we need to and export them to other applications. Thanks to HubSpot CRM, we were able to get maximum benefits by integrating processes in one software that helps us get all the information structured and up-to-date. His findings also helped us develop feasible plans and initiatives to attain our future goals.

Cons

There is no room to discuss negative issues or complexities because it only requires a few basic workouts to get you used to it and then you will be able to do your responsibilities with ease after you have mastered it.

Le tout confère un ensemble d'outils exhaustif et efficace. Même si la customisation est parfois limitée, et si on peut rester coincé sur certains use-case, l'outil offre un champs d'action assez incroyable tout en restant vraiment facile d'accès. De plus chaque semaine de nouvelles fonctionnalités / amélioration viennent enrichir et compléter certaines fonctionnalités. La partie Marketing et l'utilisation des workflow est vraiment puissante et sa prise en main incroyablement intuitive, une vraie réussite. Le CRM est lui très efficace, intuitif et sans Bug. je ne regrette vraiment pas mon choix à ce jour

Hubsot CRM works well, and I can always count on it. It's solid and unbelievably, it's still 100% FREE after all these years.

Pros

Free and very easy to use, the Hubspot CRM has been my go-to CRM for years. I've tried others, but they got glitchy after a while, and one even deleted my account (without warning) because I hadn't signed up recently enough.

Cons

This app does a LOT, and I must admit, I've probably just scratched the surface of what I could do with it. Maybe one day, I'll have the time to dig deeper. Sometimes it can get complicated if you venture off your regular workflow with it.

Overall, my experience with Hubspot has been very positive, if not overwhelming. Hubspot serves a variety of different teams with a variety of different tools, making it our organization's pure one-stop-shop for almost every organizational need.

Pros

As a daily Hubspot user for over a year, I've still barely scratched the surface of the plethora of features that live within this CRM. It is not an exaggeration to say that Hubspot has completely mastered the platforms' customization and integration capabilities. From contact / lead management, marketing automation, sales enablement, reporting & analytics, and everything in-between...Hubspot is truly the gold standard CRM.

Cons

Is it possible for a CRM platform to have too many features? If so, Hubspot CRM tows that line closely. While Hubspot can integrate with pretty much any other platform and accomplish pretty much everything you could ever need it to do, the customizability can be an obstacle for new users.

Must-Try - A Complete No Brainer Just took the time to do a little research on the Free CRM on places Like YouTube and was pleasantly surprised at all that so many people were saying about it all So signed up on the free entry-level programme, that has all that I need, messed about with for a bit and took the time to see what is possible to implement and execute using it and fell in love with all that the the FREE CRM solution had to offer.

In my company, HubSpot is our main tool in the Marketing department. We use it specially for marketing automation actions. It allows us to make calls, send emails and complete landing pages and forms, so we can keep track of the performance of our marketing campaigns.

Pros

Hubspot analytics are exceptional. It allows you to get a clear overview of how the website or blog is performing, by keeping visually tracks of how close you are to hitting the goals, while constantly providing tips to reach them. Besides, all relative metrics for marketer can be tracked on HubSpot, such as web, email, social media, page performance, SEO and AB Testing metrics. The customer support is amazing, always being so responsive and helpful. I have to say it’s one of the best support teams I have ever contacted. Also, we’re so excited that Hubspot announced at this year's inbound that multi-currency capabilities would be supported, something we were desperately waiting for as this was essential to our deal tracking.

Cons

Hubspot needs to be maintained very closely. We once had an issue where information got messy and people received emails that they were not supposed to. We had to apologize and fix this. It was due to a personal mistake, but I know it could happen again if it’s not maintained properly. Also, integrate Hubspot with other tools is not always easy, as the process is long and confusing.

Ability to merge Sales & Marketing Teams in a smaller company. My manager is the Sales & Marketing Director, where both the Marketing & Sales team report to her. HubSpot CRM allows me to properly manage my tasks, calls, emails. Everything can be tracked through Outlook 365 & Kixie PowerDialer & vonage Business Phone. I am so comfortable in HubSpot now that I able to improve the Sales & Marketing processes on the fly. I would recommend to any organization looking to improve & merge Sales & Marketing Departments & processes.

Cons

I learn something new about the software every day. If I did not YouTube best practices, I would not necessarily know them. Targets & goals are so high that I had to learn on the fly how to continuously improve our Sales & Marketing Processes. Overall, I'd have to say my experience has been quite amazing. Their desktop/website side is strong and speaks for itself, but they need to work on mobility (and I know I've trashed-talked their mobile app a bit, but it does track some things, like phone calls and emails and such, which maybe that's all you need to do.. it'll do a great job there), we're in 2020 now and ain't nobody wants to be carrying around these massive laptops anymore.

Pros

There's tons & tons of features to love about Hubspot. The power of the platform, even the free version of it, is undeniable. Tracking customers, managing issues, following up with loose-ends.. it's all handled seemlessly here and it's so smooth you won't even notice the undoubtedly massive amount of effort that's been put into it. - Hands-down best feature? The issue Ticketing system.

Cons

As i mentioned in the title of my review here, mobility. The biggest issue i've had with Hubspot is the fact that i can't really use it outside the office, unless i pull my desktop and set it up in the back seat of my car.. because that's how bad their mobile app is right now. That being said, they have a long-running feature-request board that gets tons of comments asking them when they'll update their app to bring more amazing features to mobile, but that hasn't had a reply from them in almost a year now. - The main feature their app needs? The mobile Ticketing system.

The easily customizable templates are one of the best things on HubSpot CRM. I used it for my email campaigns and it actually worked on my audience. Even, reporting was also easy.

I like HubSpot CRM because of its easy-to-use interface and simplicity. All the lead management features were easy to find for me. With segmentation options, I was able to segment my ideal customer profile and run email campaigns. I also used its Live chat integration option on our business website and it worked amazingly. Overall, managing leads and customer data was easy for the entire sales team.

If you have more HubSpot products, it integrates seamlessly. However, the main thing is its customer management which is one of the best in the industry and other marketing related points.

Cons

Its tenacity to customization is a present disadvantage, if compared to other CRM software it is at a disadvantage. In addition to exploit 100% of its functionalities, it can generate cost overruns.

I love that it is easy to find information and search for what you need on Hubspot. Also the integration with other programs and softwares is very handy and works seamlessly.

Cons

I found this software a little 'old fashioned' in the design and just in general a little clunky. Little things, like the email integration randomly dropping out so you'd miss a bunch really annoyed me. It's fixable, but by then you've missed communications and whatnot. I have since switched to using a newer, faster, more adaptable and all-inclusive software (which I LOVE!) but Hubspot isn't without it's good points!

My go to CRM, Marketing Automation, and sales platform.

Pros

HubSpot is the easiest to use CRM platform on the market. It also is priced competitively, not too expensive, not too cheap. HubSpot has great 24/7 support if you pay for it. HubSpot is not overly complexed and most businesses would be better off running their sales, marketing, and customer success out of the platform.

Cons

Sometimes new support team members at HubSpot don't know the answers to complex support problems.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

We use both SFDC and HubSpot. I'd recommend only integrating SFDC and HubSpot if you're past $50m ARR, able to configure a massively technical integration, and have a use case for why you'd need SFDC.

We manage to use it day by day. But it's clear that Hubspot CRM isn't built for a fast moving, largely phone sales oriented company like ours. It's perhaps better for something with a long sales cycle. For a sales rep who has 15 prospects he's working, not 200.

Pros

I tried to like how well it worked with our hubspot automation software.

Cons

That nothing in Hubspot CRM was setup for the use of sales people. First off, the permission settings are a joke. Either people have access to everything, or nothing. And even if they have access to nothing, they can still SEE everything, just not edit it. Second, Tasks. A pretty standard tool of the sales rep is the tasks piece of software. Tasks in Hubspot don't really have anything to do with the sales rep. Except, that a sales rep can't call the task, unless he owns the contact. Seems simple right? But when you fire a sales rep, you can't move their contacts and tasks together. So the only way to ensure you do this correctly is one at a time. My company gets a few hundred leads a day, so this is extremely unpleasant. Third is support. Often I call to ask how to do something, say to switch 1000 contacts and tasks over to a new sales rep. Or something simple. I'm initially told that it's easy, then put on hold. Then told it's not possible. As if nobody at Hubspot has ever actually used Hubspot.

The worst experience with a piece of software in my life. I have lost thousands because of HubSpot. Avoid with all your means!

Pros

I really wanted to be fair and find something that I like about HubSpot but, to be honest, when I tried to do so, I was unable. It has so many bugs, its control panel UX is so bad, the learning curve is so big and it lacks so many features, that this is the first review I make in Capterra where I cannot find anything I like of a piece of software.

Cons

Oh, god. I have TONS of things that not only I dislike, but HATE of HubSpot. 1) The learning curve is ridiculously big, as a result of a very badly designed UX and the constant bugs when using it. 2) You will need hours, days, weeks and sometimes months of hard work to design by yourself a decent landing page that will still lack many functionalities and look not so good. Their visual editor is really really bad, and coding in HubL is frustrating. And if you look for predesigned templates, most of them are terribly badly designed. It has issues every now and then, and you will lose contacts, automations will not work... a disaster. Their support chat works sometimes, sometimes not, just when they decide to make it available! Very careful with the Advanced Code Snippet box in your landing pages settings, don't place your tracking codes there: sometimes this doesn't work and you will lose retargeting opportunities. Also, email templates are terrible. Oh! And this one is the worst: if you tag your ads' URLs with UTM tags, HubSpot receives these tags but will not show you this info for all interactions, only for the interaction preceding the creation of the contact. TERRIBLE!!! I think this has to be the worst CRM ever in history!!!

Pros

Hubspot is easy to setup as an individual starting out with their first entry into a CRM. The KB guides are helpful and the support team is very helpful when I get stuck. Since Hubspot integration is supported in a lot of other apps, it's easy to connect it to my website and other services I use. I'm able to generate lists of contacts and leads to send marketing comms to.

Cons

Hubspot's compartmentalization of features means the product gets expensive fast. The way their object lists are setup make challenging to filter across different objects when creating advanced workflows. It takes a lot of mental gymnastics to build a workflow that does what I need it to do.

Just great - love the product - love the support - love the hubspot academy - just a great CRM and company.

Pros

Then great thing about hubspot is that it is not a sales focused nor a marketing focused CRM. It incorporates the best of both worlds and is highly recommended by me for any B2B SaaS company.

Cons

The price. In order to get full access to all features you need at least the professional plan which is not cheap. But what you are getting for the money is crazy valuable so one could argue that the price is actually pretty good. But as a start-up company it is a huge investment.

The paid version of HubSpot also adds more options to the live chat tool, allowing you to customize it to meet your needs. Now for the negative: Since HubSpot CRM is still relatively new compared to other major CRM vendors, not all functions and features are fully developed yet. However, there is good news here as well: HubSpot regularly launches updates and strives to constantly develop its platform.

Pros

Start using free, and scale up as you grow, that is relaxed HubSpot's sales tools reside in your inbox (Gmail an so on), so you don't have to switch back and forth between different windows and can get your work done faster. By connecting your email account to HubSpot, you can send and receive emails to and from all your contacts directly in their HubSpot contact record.

Cons

It very well may be seen that the product was brought into the world in the USA. On the off chance that, for instance, leads are consequently moved to Hubspot and the information is enhanced, then, at that point a few names become something different or the designing of the telephone numbers isn't completed effectively. We use Hubspot to track multiple stakeholder relationships across multiple teams within our business. It works very very well to do this; the plug in for Outlook is okay at recording conversations, and as long as you update the data, it's a powerful tool.

Pros

Hubspot is pretty intuitive to use and set up, and reasonably customisable. We use the free version for now, but are considering paying to add functionality. It's great at tracking relationships and deals across teams.

Cons

The lack of built in reporting - I get that they want to monetise the product, but it feels a little sneaky to hold back all reporting until you pay for the add ons. Also, if you've filtered the view to find a specific data set, and then hit 'back', you have to re-apply filters, which can get old.

HubSpot CRM is amazing software that allows me to work better with clients in my small business.

Pros

This software is very popular CRM software so if I have any issues I can easily find people to help me solve that issues. Also, the free plan was great when I start my small business and it releases me from extra costs until I became able to have the paid plan. I can easily export and import files, I really like this software.

Cons

As soon as I understand this software, I didn't find anything bad about it. It meets all my needs to un my small business.
