We have been having a cool experience with . It has really helped us to improve our sales activities by making it easy to onboard new customers. It also helps us maintain very strong relationships with our customers.

Pros

has a collection of communication channels like chatting, meeting and emailing that makes it easy to communicate and close sales deal with customers. It offers detailed reports which gives clear understanding and overview on customers interactions and sales activities. It is super secure and the customer services are easy to access.

Cons

Honestly, there has been nothing to dislike about . It has been working very smoothly for us.

I'd recommend this CRM for any SMB.

Pros

Compared to the CRMs that came in way before, Hubspot from the user-friendliness perspective felt more like a personal use tool, rather than a corporate one. I was positively surprised that a work tool can be so good looking and cosy. Having been using it for 3 years now, I also see that they regularly add new functionality, improve the interface and the speed of processes. If you are working in sales you will definitely enjoy such features as folders of templates, sequences of email, postponed sending of emails and booking calendar. That is what my team is using 100 times every day and it works just as you expect it to. The most valuable advantage that you get used to too quickly is the amazingly clever way to store information about contacts, companies and deals - just in one glance you know everything about your contact without extra clicks.

Cons

I was at first struggling with the reporting part - charts to measure team's performance or templates success. But in the Hubspot's latest update I have actually seen a new team performance tracker which has all I need to know about my team's work. Still looking forward to some report that would let me see who of the contact has clicked on a link in a certain template.

Pros

is as basic as you want it to be, or as complicated as you need it to be. You can get started with really simple data collection and tasks and eventually build a multi-person workflow to keep your whole company on track.

Cons

I like the pricing for the CRM but the pricing for the marketing tools is a little high

Pros

The best part about Hubspot's CRM is that it is cost effective. You can accomplish a lot on a free plan. We set up all of our marketing clients with a Hubspot account so they can better understand and track their leads.

Cons

I love that you can create segmented lists - great feature except you can only customize a limited number of fields on the free plan.

While we use other platforms for some of our marketing communication, we consider Hubspot our "home" for housing our leads and their information. We love all how easy integrations with other tools are and it's easy for our clients to understand.

it is very easy to use and setup from the beginning.

Cons

For the post sale teams it it not appropiate since the SKU of all the items cannot be added to the system yet.

The report sections need more job, there is luck of option for custom metrics and field which are not part of the original documents.

HubSpot provides all the fields, plus ability to customize/add the fields we need, to add/track/measure customer touch-points and overall customer service management.

Pros

HubSpot provides out of the box features for tracking, lead management, and reporting. It's built with the end-user in mind. I love that I don't have to have a FTE HubSpot admin onsite to make these things happen.

Cons

HubSpot puts the primary emphasis on Contacts, where I believe it should be on Companies. We're signing up businesses, not individuals.

Pros

Hubspot is easy to use and loaded with features! Your one stop shop for all your lead and client management needs. Hubspot has calling, scanning, lists, integration with other tools, analytic depictions and lead activity status for your ready use.

Cons

Sometimes it seems like the webpage has too much going on at the same time with so many features. The training for using hubspot is long. The mobile app in itself, although great in appearance, is sometimes not practical.

La cosa che più mi ha attratto di questo programma è stata la facilità di configurazione e lo sblocco di tutte le funzioni anche nella modalità gratuita. La sua interfaccia intuitiva e facile da usare. Vasta gamma di reportistica e analisi.

Cons

Il problema principale riscontrato è la mancanza di assistenza per personalizzazioni fuori programma e quindi, se necessiti di modifiche al sistema, queste non saranno prese in considerazione.

Overall experience is disappointing and time consuming and I can't switch because it's a 1 year commitment.

Pros

I like that the email marketing is connected to the CRM.

Cons

The time it took to onboard and the support is over chat/email and sometimes they do not reply on time. It's more frustrating when you are onboarding and every step has issues for some reason when I was trying to import the csv file format into the HubSpot. Also, Had the hardest time completing the mass email marketing

It can get very complicated to use an all in one tool even though it's great to have all tools in one place. It also tends to get expensive with all the features that one might ideally want to add

Good experience - some really helpful people but I suspect we're quite small fry for them...

Pros

The fact that Hubspot picks up all the email interactions but that we can manage who is being captured or not is brilliant. I have a clear and concise record of all engagement without the wider team having to go back in and write up notes - which never happen, or at least not timely enough.

Cons

It has so many features that it's hard to know where to start - and the training was very much 'what do you want?' so I suspect we're not using it properly and may be missing some key features.

positive experience. Extremly generouos in the free version of the system. Used it for 2 years now and alltough i have gleaned into the paid versions a couple of time, there is a lot of value available for free, and i dont feel locked in as i can easily export out all the content whenever i want.

Pros

True SaaS product. Join on web and get going the same day. Easy to start by import/export to cvc/excel. Easy to buld change and get going.

Cons

No LinkedIn messeges connection (allthough i dont know if its a Hubspot or LinkedIn problem, would be great to log conversations from LinkedIn in Hubspot, like any other channel) Nothing else that cannot be attributed to me using the free version. there is a lot added to the paid versions that will help the end user in bigger environments. Call over IP (integrated phone calls via the computer) Recorded calls. Tracking links. Video into email etc. = all paid version.

Ecxcellent. I would highly recomend it to anyone.

Pros

This product is built to serve our needs intuitively and gives us great options to customize the platform to fit our very specific needs. Smart design, always improving and works right!

Cons

sometimes there is a feature that I would like to upgrade that seems simple but they don't have it. For example when creating a task it defaults it on the desktop version to due at 8:00 AM and will not allow the user to set their own task due time default. Many people ask for this.

The main issue is to have a CRM solution that benefits the Support Services, Sales Team, and Engineers. This is not as simple as it sounds as many solutions are best for one of these three distinct elements. In the case of HubSpot, all aspects can be covered with only small compromises from the other teams.

Pros

The auto-complete of company information when creating new contacts is superb. The user interface is very intuitive and training is minimal. To get the most out of the product the Video knowledge base is possibly the most important feature. A great CRM with many different options be it for Customer Service, Sales, or Service Desk management HubSpot has a solution that will work well with your business processes.

Cons

Support is available only for some tiers, though this sounds like a massive detriment the user forums, videos, and other self-service elements make up for this with abundance. There are some features that it would be great to see, however when you get used to the processes in HubSpot you find the need for the additional features diminishes.

My overall experience with is fantastic. HubSpot CRM allows effective predictive lead scoring and sales acceleration.

Pros

The most impactful features of are its scalability and scope. The product is easy to use and features an intuitive interface. It is best for lead management, sales tracking, contact management, and much more. Integration with existing business processes is seamless and efficient.

Cons

There are no features I feel are missing nor needing improvement, nor aspects of the product that are difficult to use. Integration with existing processes is not cumbersome, difficult, nor lengthy.

Pros

My favorite features are the ease of search and the ability to track emails through HubSpot.

Cons

It would be nice if the task management/meeting management in HubSpot was beefed up. Specifically to have the ability to have a task assigned to a client (not a specific meeting time) through HubSpot with automated emails.

We used it for our daily use, created the landing pages to get our brand website which off-course was integrated for leads gathering and used for Sales visits to get upto date customer and marketing situations. It helped us to followup with our existing customers and create new leads to sales.

Pros

Allows to create / edit our brand website, leads and sales mgmt and tasks to followup with our accounts / customers.

Cons

Costs of this software compared to the same tiered softwares, Reporting is not that great, flexibility to change the contacts.

We have a fabulous experience using HubSpot and I can’t imagine doing business without it now.

Pros

Starting to use HubSpot for lead management, sale pipeline management, and email automation was a game changer in how we connect with customers and close business at our organization.

Cons

Pulling reports has been my only area of struggle with HubSpot. It seems in some cases I’m not able to pull the specific information I’m looking for.

Overall its a good CRM, easy to use and change things if needed.

Pros

Ease of use. I can change fields. It's easy to change from a writable field to a drop-down. Convenient for changes while you figure out what works best for you and your company.

Cons

I don't like how I cannot have multiple phone numbers under a contact. I would also like to attach multiple contacts to a single email occasionally.

Pros

HubSpot is a powerful email builder with great tools for segmenting lists, personalization in emails, and creating landing pages. It also is useful if you are sending out hundreds of emails per month, as you can use campaigns and other organization features and reporting to help see your data and marketing efforts at a glance. The drag and drop email builder is easy to use and is quick to learn. Because we do not use HubSpot for CRM, Lead gen, support, or operations, I am only reviewing the email marketing and other marketing features, such as landing pages, forms, and CTAs.

Cons

The HubSpot support team is not consistent. Often times, I have gotten conflicting answers from two different support agents, or a their help documentation has something different than their agent told me. The filters can also be confusing, and workflows can also be tricky. The software itself is very expensive, and if you are just using it for email marketing, there are various other softwares that do more for less. Some of the reporting tools are also not user-friendly, and the landing page customizations still require knowledge of CSS for most visual changes.

I think HubSpot is an awesome tool, and I believe it would be an AMAZING tool for a software startup. It has everything you need, from marketing, to sales, to client success, and it is a very powerful tool!

Pros

HubSpot is an easy to use tool that puts everything together. As someone who has been in both Marketing and Client Success, having these tools integrated together within one system is awesome! The contact management and overall customer management is excellent, and there are lots of places to store strong information.

Cons

The integrations with HubSpot are good, not great. Because of this and because we have so much historical data in our old CRM (\*cough\* Salesforce \*cough\*), we have lots of complainers around HubSpot. It's a much better, more updated tool, but the data we need lives somewhere else. We've integrated the two softwares, but it doesn't seem to be enough!

Hubspot is easy to use and can handle a large quantity of data. With extra adjustments I think, It might be a better tool.

Pros

For close to 2 years we'd been Hubspot for various marketing purposes. Some of the most incredible features of performance that I personally admire in Hubspot are:- It's ease of use. It has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use.- It supports lots of integration that completely fascinates workflow.- Automation and workflow features help for easy workflow streamlining as I can automate email sequences, lead nurturing, notifications, and task assignments which help to save a ton of time.- easy contact management which enables me to easily manage contact lists and information.

Cons

Besides its positive edge, Hubspot is:- Limited advanced features in the free version like sales automation, advanced integrations, and custom reporting, which are only available in the paid version of the tool.- Limited customization - Poor Customer Support with delays or limitations in receiving timely assistance (especially for free users). Well, I don't think it's a good practice though. You know, it always starts by being a free user before becoming a paid one. I think they haven't understood this concept yet.- Data migration becomes very hard to handle when you switch to a different CRM. I experienced it myself.
