### "Best CRM I have ever came across"

It helped me a lot in my lead management, It automatically fetch data from Facebook ad campaigns also i can manually put data and later work on them with my team. It simply improves efficiency.- The best CRM i have ever used. - It makes operations smooth.- With this I can keep a track on my daily goals with ease .- It makes data management easy.-

Pros

\- The best part is its free to use and includes almost all the core features you need to run your business.- It's customer support is super quick and friendly, also they got a huge library to understand the platform.- Can collaborate with team - Can create pipelines and work together with your team on the leads- Its automation features are amazing, you can integrate your Social media channels and create a workflow to manage your conversation also you can directly import your ad campaign leads from Facebook and later work on them with.- Customizable email templates , once you finalize your leads you can even setup email campaigns with automation.

Cons

Its a great CRM, you need to invest some time in learning all the features.

### "Beware!!!! Don't do it..."

They aren't a company that believes in customer service. BEWARE!!!!

Pros

User interface was the only good thing about it.... perhaps if the rest worked, then it may have been better

Cons

The reason why we chose hubspot, is they sold us on their integrations... this was of utmost importance to us.... Their integration worked for the first month, but then It stopped working... for numerous months thereafter, we tried problem solving this... but it was just a bunch of back and forth with no end in sight... we spoke with their Customer resource Manager, she promised 1 more shot to correct it and if they weren't able to fix it with new information then we can work towards the cancellation... Well, we gave more information, but that wasn't enough... they continued to ask for another shot.... when we confronted the manager, we told her, "you asked for one more shot and you understood this had already taken forever, if you were unable to solve it we would work towards a cancellation".... Why are you asking for more information? she had no response other than "we needed this new information thats requested not the last information".... after months of it not functioning correctly, we put a stop payment for this; we were now paying TOP DOLLAR for a product that didn't work as expected and AS PROMISED!!! now, they are trying to take us top collections.... beware!!! Hubspot, is a fraud on what they sold to us, this could happen to you!!!

Pros

It's fast, always works and has an immense amount of features

Cons

To get some of the features I'd like, I'd have to pay almost $2k/month...soooooo super expensive!

Cons

Like any CRM it is complex to get your head around it, but the support from HubSpot account managers and their online learning tools is unparalleled

When I first started my job I took many of the HubSpot Academy courses, which was similar to taking an online marketing course in college. This helped me to gain an understanding of the software. With HubSpot we are able to easily monitor leads throughout the buyer's journey, as they move down the funnel. We can keep track of all of our tasks and deadlines, and provide content to our viewers.

Pros

HubSpot is great because it's an all-inclusive software for our marketing needs. We use HubSpot for all of our emails, blogs, and landing pages. The Workflows tool allows us to easily track lead engagement. We're able to manage and track our marketing efforts like never before. I find HubSpot much easier to use than WordPress, where our website is hosted. Possibly the best part of using HubSpot is the customer support! At times the wait can be long, but I always reach an actual person, and they are so helpful and nice! If they don't know how to do something they always look into it and get back to you via email. They're lifesavers!

Cons

The software can do so much that there is still a lot to learn. When creating contacts HubSpot has a tendency to fill in the missing information with what it can find on the internet, which is not always accurate. Sometimes there are features I would like to use that HubSpot doesn't have, like it only allows one level of progressive profiling in forms, and one level of subtasks in Projects. Sometimes the Design Manager and Page Editor can be difficult to work with.

It was difficult to handle Hubspot CRM at first, it looked complex. But, once I understood the possibilities (mainly through Hubspot Academy), I could not believe how much time I have lost harassing other teams (marketing, product, engineering) to include some things that could have been easily done through Hubspot !

Pros

I am impressed by the flexibility of Hubspot CRM. You can do almost anything and with your contacts. Hubspot team is definitely content oriented and I love how Hubspot Academy impacts your skills in general, your mastering of the tool, and obviously your trust in the team's expertise.

Cons

The simple design doesn't help you to use the software unless you know the benefits. But in the end, you will agree with Socrates saying "Thus what is useful is beautiful in relation to the use to which it is useful."

Overall I'm a big fan. I'm a SF admin and unless you need something overly complex, hubspot is the best CRM Ive used

Pros

Hubspot is great at quickly setting up quotes and pipelines. All of this is reportable and reasonably easy to set up without a dedicated admin. Sequences and campaigns are also very intuative

Cons

Some features are not available that feel like they should be standard. For example, lead roundrobins cannot be automatically adjusted by placing a rep on leave or vacation, this means you have to adjust the entire workflow or reassign deals as they land

Very intuitive to use, it covers the vast majority of needs a small business would have in a CRM. Their chat support is very helpful!

Cons

As you scale the cost per contact becomes prohibitive, at a certain point upgrading to an enterprise CRM is required. HubSpot's analytics is ok but any deep diving requires data to be exported.

Great experience and more than meets our needs, pays for itself.

Pros

The ability to do all your touch points via one platform. Email sequences are easy to set up and manage. Also can manage your full sales cycle via the platform.

Cons

No ability to use local id numbers when calling out or ability to easily switch caller id numbers. Have to use one number when calling.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Hubspot. It tracks (and adds new signups) my customers for me. It is a very convenient solution for a founder that is working by themselves (like me). Hubspot saves me a lot of time!

Pros

I really like the fact that I no longer have to manually export and keep track of my new clients on my site. Hubspot will add them as soon as they sign up. So easy!

Cons

There are some features that I haven’t been able to figure out how to setup. One of which is setting up reconversion of customers. Once I am able to use this feature, Hubspot will go way up in my books.

HubSpot helped our team get control of our contacts/leads. We were able to establish consistent communication and grow our business as a result.

Pros

It has so many of the features we were looking for at the time - capable of calling people directly from their record, automatic entry of new individuals you were emailing and recording of all email communication. The HubSpot academy and certification is cool too... Outside of client management our team learned so much about marketing. It is more than a CRM portal, so much more!

Cons

Integration with some of our industry specific tools was a little difficult initially but we were able to work it out in the end.

Easy-use is the first impressive feature I liked and when you start to use it, you could not stop. It helps you a lot to manage leads, deals and to follow your pipeline.

Cons

The mobile app is not good, and also the geolocation does not work properly. We are using thei cloud and sometimes it is slow.

Pros

I am working as Marketing Manager for a B2B Saas company, my team and I really love HubSpot because it can manage thousands of contacts. Furthermore, with HubSpot CRM, you can do email marketing with high efficiency of tracking, also tracking sales pipeline, and creating landing pages. Lastly, HubSpot CRM is the best fit for B2B Companies.

Cons

While using HubSpot, the thing I don't like is the limitation of creating landing pages & email marketing. To my opinion, it's not flexible to build the structure and attach other creative things.

My overall experience has been great. We've seen a lot of prospects "open" and "click" our emails, but having a tough time getting them to respond back. Other than that. Phenomenal software.

Pros

Easily view prospect and lead profiles to see how they've reacted to calls, emails, etc. Connect to a prospects LinkedIn immediately The task and Que feature come in handy when reaching out to multiple leads The marketing email creator has been spectacular, especially for companies such as ours who MUST keep clients up to date in this crazy COVID-19 era.

Cons

I wish that it would generate leads for you, but that's asking a lot. You get everything you need with HubSpot, but you have to have prospects, leads, and customers to distribute your content to. Once you have those HubSpot literally takes care of the rest! One more thing: I really need help getting my salesmen all in, they seem skidish about using the software.
