HubSpot CRM m’a permis de piloter mon pipe commercial avec une grande efficacité : visibilité claire sur les opportunités, automatisation des relances, et priorisation des leads grâce au scoring. C’est un outil simple, fluide, et parfaitement adapté à une démarche sales orientée performance.

Pros

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la clarté du pipeline commercial, la facilité de création et de suivi des deals, ainsi que les automatisations (relances, notifications) qui font gagner un temps précieux. Le scoring des leads est aussi un vrai plus pour concentrer ses efforts sur les opportunités à fort potentiel.

Cons

Certaines limitations apparaissent sur la personnalisation avancée des reportings ou des workflows sans passer à des options payantes. De plus, lorsqu’on gère un volume important de données, l’interface peut parfois manquer de rapidité ou de flexibilité sur certaines vues personnalisées.

Pros

Hubspot is an easy to use CRM that I have personally used in several capacities. It can handle anything from simple task to large funnel applications.

Cons

Hubspot is very simple for the lower cost version but if you upgrade and can add additional tools that make it a top tier CRM.

Overall, my experience with HubSpot CRM has been very positive. As an Onboarding Specialist at Factorial, I use it every day to manage client interactions and track each stage of the onboarding process. It’s incredibly intuitive, which made the learning curve minimal, and it helps keep communication across teams aligned — especially when collaborating with Sales or Account Managers. While there are some limitations in terms of automation and advanced reporting unless you’re on a higher-tier plan, it’s a reliable and efficient tool for keeping processes organized and clients well-supported. It’s made a noticeable difference in how smoothly I can run my day-to-day work.

Pros

What I appreciate most about HubSpot CRM is how intuitive and easy it is to use, even for people without a technical background. As an Onboarding Specialist at Factorial, I rely on it daily to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure smooth handovers between teams. The ability to log calls, emails, and notes in one place helps me stay organized and gives me a full picture of each client’s journey. The customizable dashboards and reports also make it really easy to monitor my progress and prioritize my work.

Cons

While HubSpot is a great tool overall, one thing I found limiting is the lack of deeper customization in some areas — color, format of the pipeline, but this is really something super small, and honestly, maybe there are already ways out there to do it and I have not explore them

I have a positive experience with HubSpot CRM so far. The sales pipeline and the dashboards are very easy to customize and manage. They give a quick, visual snapshot that makes it easier to make decisions without digging through data.

Pros

What I like the most is how everything about my contacts lives in one place. For people that like to feel that you can easily manage lots of information and details, in a really easy way, HubSpot is your choice.

Cons

What I don’t love is the pricing. While HubSpot offers a lot of value, it can become expensive fairly quickly as you add more contacts and as you start needing more advanced features. For a small business or someone just starting out, the cost can feel like a stretch.

The tool itself is extremely valuable to any larger business that needs to track and apply consumer data and would be an excellent asset for any marketing manager. Support was excellent though delayed at times.

Pros

Helps to track customer data and apply it towards outbound marketing in personalized methods. This definitely helped all marketing efforts.

Cons

Sometimes complex to manage and set up. Decent support though. I'd say upkeep of all the data systems can be one of the more challenging aspects that needs to be automated.

I cannot give Hubspot a big enough praise as it has continued to impress me at every turn. The fact we can have a shared database of contacts, see the latest activity across the team with them and assign them to various people has really changed how we operate.

Pros

I had an idea in my head of what a CRM would look like and I was hesitant to want to add in another "step" to my sales process but it was literally minutes of exploring Hubspot before I realized how insane it would be for me to cling to the spreadsheets I had bene using. The email tracking is game changing not to mention the depth of process tracking you can get with this tool. Intuitive design and the automation at key points help ensure we aren't missing anything or doing double work.

Cons

While there isn't anything majorly wrong - I do wish the tool would remain logged in as it seems daily I have to resign in and if I don't remember to check I can miss having emails logged.

Pros

The client intake and connectivity to our website has been great. All of my leads are super accessible and the search feature is amazing since we have clients with similar names. I love that I can tag others in the notes and tasks I create for potential leads and active clients. The email tracking feature has also been very useful to find details if I have am looped in at a later stage.

Cons

They option of HubSpot academy is a great idea, i just wish there was more offered within the academy as well. This software can do alot but you have to do the leg work to figure out what all you can do with it.

HubSpot CRM has very efficient contact management functions that makes it easy for us to gain full control over our customers database and conversations. HubSpot CRM also provides incredible communication features like instant chatting and online meetings. These features has helped us to maintain a smooth and streamlined information sharing experience with our customers at all times.

Cons

We have not had any lows with HubSpot CRM. There have been nothing about it that does not fit to our needs.

I sometimes have trouble finding different sections of the system. Splitting up different sections in easier to understand ways could be helpful.

Overall a nice and friendly tool, however I just use 5% of the software and can't shut the rest of the functions (CMS, Marketing tools etc. ) off

Pros

It is good for keeping all the communication in one place. Managing deals for companies with several locations is good to manage via HubSpot

Cons

It's not that easy to get all data automated in HubSpot. Lots of salepeople don't fill in all needed data or automated this process what makes that the data is not accurate.

It is super easy to use! It seamlessly puts into a smooth workflow several areas of a business including sales, marketing and work tools. It is very user friendly and has a great customer support for queries of customization.

Cons

It is on the high cost side. It's features may not work for a large scale company without several ad ons which again is an extra cost.

I found HubSpot crm to have a good Value for Money if set up correctly. With integration with lots of other companies available especially in the insurance industry. Depending on the plan chosen I found they had good Customer Support. I did not find this crm to be Ease of Use. You need a degree to get this started imo. It can be a good Lead Management system. It also offers Email Marketing. User Interface

Cons

I found it very difficult to integrate this system into my office and unless you have support staff that are good with software I think it may be challenging to integrate into your office as well.

Si Hubspot brille par sa simplicité d'utilisation et son interface claire. Cela n'est possible qu'après une intégration longue et pénible, bien loin de ce qu'annoncé par le commercial. L'extraction des datas par un CRM expert Hubspot s'est révélée complexifiée par la présence et l'utilisation d'émoticones, ça paraît effarant en 2025 ou cela est extrêmement fréquemment utilisé dans les modes de communication par les start-up actuelles.. J'ai apprécié la facilité d'utilisation mais déploré la lenteur d'évolution et le manque de réactivité sur les besoins clients et je ne parle pas de feature request fantaisistes mais de réels manques sur le Logiciel, disruptifs dans une pratique conventionnelle. Je note tout de même beaucoup de bonne volonté de la part du support même si beaucoup de solutions résident dans l'achat d'add-ons je trouve ce modèle économique douteux. Bien plus simple à maîtriser que Salesforce, il propose ceci dit moins de possibilités.

Simplicité d'utilisation interface claire Support agréable Trop de solutions proposées sous forme d'add-ons payants

Cons

Intégration complexe Gestion exécrable des datas contenant des emoticones Extraction de data souvent pénible Besoin d'un spécialiste pour superviser l'utilisation à et extraire de la data pour qu'elle soit utilisée par un data scientist.

This is a helpful tool when it is accurate. There are times it's not, but when it does, it makes the searching process significantly easier for me.

Pros

I am able to sort clients by type, location, and even job title. It is super easy to filter through areas and departments and find out exactly who I need to speak to.

Cons

There are a lot of times that the information is outdated or inaccurate. It gets frustrating when I call up different businesses but the employee doesn't work there anymore.

I have used multiple other CRMs in two different business settings and HubSpot was by far the best CRM. It was easy to train on, easy to find past data, easy to set up workflows and triggered outreach that required little oversight. It also worked well collaboratively, allowing my team to work together to quickly ascertain the status of a given client and to share task between them.

Pros

This product is particularly user friendly and offers quick, live data updates. It worked well tracking the sales tasks for a company of over 75 sales people.

Cons

I did not explore the full functionality of the reporting features for upper management needs but would have liked more clear reporting for sales personnel tracking their own metrics.

Overall HubSpot has been an integral part of my day to day project manager job and I enjoy the platform.

Pros

I’ve been using HubSpot CRM for several months now, and it has truly transformed the way we manage our customer relationships. From the very beginning, the platform stood out for its user-friendly interface and easy onboarding process. Even team members without a strong technical background were able to get up and running quickly. I especially appreciate the integrations with other tools like Gmail, Outlook, and Slack, as well as the real-time tracking and customizable dashboards that help us stay on top of sales pipelines and marketing performance. The automation features in the paid tiers have also been a huge time-saver.

Cons

While the core CRM is free and quite generous, many of the more powerful tools—such as advanced reporting, marketing automation, and custom workflows—are locked behind higher-tier paid plans. These can get expensive quickly as your business grows and needs scale, especially if you need access for a larger team or more customization.

To date, the Hubspot team has been a great partner in review to implementation. They are supportive and willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you need to achieve your end goals.

Pros

Hubspot offered us a ton of options for customization/personalization that was already built in. Also we were not nickel and dimed like other CRM packages. While you do have to pick add-on modules for your needs past the free trial, that is to be expected. I see many reviews complaining about that. All of them do that.

Cons

I wish that Hubspot had their own onboarding team instead of having to look for a specialty company. It would feel more streamlined.

J'aime la synchro avec Gmail, c'est pratique car je peux directement consulter l'historique des échanges avec un prospect. Même la version gratuite est formidable.

Cons

Je n'ai pas à vrai dire, une mauvaise expérience avec l'outil. Mes premières utilisations n'étaient pas fluides, mais aujourd'hui ça passe.

HubSpot CRM allows us to keep our clients contacts and details well organized making it possible to give every one of them a personalized experience. It has excellent information sharing and conversation tools that help us communicate effectively with our clients during the entire period of doing business. HubSpot CRM reporting functions provide very resourceful reports that allows us to monitor the performance of our interactions with clients and the services we are offering them.

Cons

We needed access to the premium features but had some financial constraints. They should improve the features available to the low cost plans.
