Keep track of leads/customers, track emails to see what is getting the most opens/clicks, completely automate email drip campaigns to drive inbound traffic, etc.

Pros

Very easy way to keep track of all leads no matter what business you are involved in. We use HubSpot to completely automate our marketing drip process. Simply put together a couple email templates (the software provides recommendations based on what you type) and build a sequence to put all those templates together into a scheduled drip process. From there you can select any prospect by email and start them in the sequence. They will continue to receive the emails you have built out along the timeline you set, allowing you to focus on other areas of your business rather than typing out multiple emails!

Cons

I wish there was a way for a user to send out a mass email easily to a group of my prospects instead of having to do it one by one. Not a big deal, but just something that would be nice to have for the purposes of prospecting.

Pros

I love the simplicity of the use. The UX and UI are great and they have great integrations with 3rd party apps.

Cons

The reporting of the data are poor. It is very difficult to set it up and understand them in order to generate real business insights.

It's very easy to use, and was easy to configure. I'd looked at similar options that were hugely more expensive annually, and needed to be configured by a 3rd party company.

Cons

A big leap in price from Starter to Standard.

My overall experience is more than 2+yrs and Features of hubspot is really good and making the call directly from hubspot and recording it , Email tracking every features are good

Pros

I have been used this Hubspot software more than 2+yrs and I have liked the most is Email Marketing and we can track the mail and Lead stage, life cycle stage is good and Once we communicated to our customer we can record the call so it will be easy for us to followup the client, We can create task based on that we can follow the clients, notes are preferred etc... We can send the mail automatically and we can save the mail content too. The cost of the hubspot is medium and features are really good

Cons

There is no least in this software but one thing is while we are making calls towards hubspot there is certain issue

Hubspot is one of its kind in the amount of features it provides. Their CRM was very useful in being able to get a good picture of our prospects. We also were able to track from A to B the different actions prospects took amongst our different channels.

It has been a great experience since our training with Al. Our company is fully utilizing.

Pros

It created a smooth and concise customer journey from sales to onboarding to training and renewal. It has made our process concise and limits errors.

Cons

The onboarding to HubSpot was not smooth or easy at the start. They struggled to understand our business model. After meeting with Al, I was finally able to build out our platform to meet our company needs.

We have had a great experience with HubSpot. It’s allowed us to have a master Rolodex for the company. It’s also been great to have our field guys input data about projects and interactions they’ve had with customers while they’re still on a job site. The only issue we’ve had with it is getting some of our guys to start using it. They don’t like typing on their phones in the field and they forget to input the info when they get back to the office. Other then that we’ve loved using HubSpot.

Pros

All our company contracts are in the same place. All records of interactions and work is in one place.

Cons

Hard to get some of our guys to start using the app because they are old school.

Pros

I work in Enterprise sales and we primarily use Hupspot for workflow/outreach automation. I like that you can set custom flows (and they have templates) and it gives you analytics to test different language/outreach. It is a very good prospecting tool and lets you see when prospects have engaged. This can also be synced to salesforce. It also coordinates multiple outreach efforts (ex marketing team may send outreach and this will update automatically so all sales reps know their contacts have been contacted already by a different team).

Cons

We use other softwares for prospecting and CRM so using this added an extra step in many use cases.

They have great customer service. In the few times I've needed to contact them I get a response darn near immediately. Overall I'm extremely happy and would recommend HubSpot to anyone. The free CRM is great but the paid Sales and Marketing are well worth the extra bucks. They'll definitely pay for themselves if you use them.

Pros

With the new redesign,​ they've done a spectacular job tieing everything together and making it all work seamlessly. It's an amazing tool for keeping track of clients AND managing communication from chats to scheduled meetings. Not only that but the automation features are great because they don't overly automate. It's just the right amount to make for a great client experience. They keep on improving with new features faster and faster, amazing.

Cons

I'm very skeptical about the CMS part of HubSpot. An expensive closed system just isn't my idea of a good idea for content management. As for the CRM part of it, sometimes there are a few glitches where things don't function well but that is rare.

Pros

It organizes my contacts professionally, sends emails to specific lists easily, notifies me of updates to customer information, and links all lists together when entered correctly. It does not take much time to learn how to deal with it.

Cons

You need a lot of money in the paid version, I had some problems in managing the master data at first but with practice it became easy

Awful. Great product now ruined by pursuit of greed and shoddy sales practices. Avoid.

Pros

Clean and easy to use UX. Fast to navigate.

Cons

The sales practices are predatory and the company is now under pressure to make a profit be very careful about opaque pricing. If your not getting 50% off thr listed price you are paying too much. Never ever take anything sales or support teams say without it being written down.

A great tool with lots of extra features but just not as financially viable for smaller businesses to scale up through their packages compared to other software suites. It does offer free training on IT marketing skills though so a good offering.

Pros

Very easy to set up and train others to use as online based. The overviews for productivity are good- you can easily reach client information, communications records, pipeline tasks and deals from multiple viewing pages.

Cons

Pricing was higher than other options with same functionality.

Pros

We run a system with clients in a niche where we need to track individual locations/businesses. Many other CRM's we've used or evaluated struggle with this. They don't allow for a single person to be associated with multiple businesses/locations, which is very common in our niche.Hubspot has allowed us to finally organize this and allow our team to see individual locations first (which is how we sell), and then see the contacts for each.

Cons

The only real downside to Hubspot so far for us has been the price. We were hesitant to add on the marketing professional tools because of price. In the end we did upgrade, but it was quite the increase from what we had previously. I'd love to add the service module as well, but just can't justify that at the current price point for the features we'd use.

Great CRM, i've been a marketing professional for over 8 years now and during my interview process for a new job, I always ask if they use Hubspot or another CRM and if they use Hubspot, I am much more excited to work for them because Hubspot truly makes my job easier as a marketer.

Pros

Hubspot is very user-friendly, much easier to navigate and use than some of the other marketing and sales CRMs available. I like that Hubspot is an expert in the marketing and sales industry and provides a lot of blogs, emails, and other content marketing to help my company understand how to implement best practices.

Cons

It is a very detailed database, if you want to take full advantage of all the tracking capabilities and automation it can provide, you must be willing to input a lot of data.

I enjoy using HubSpot for email marketing and landing page creation. It's easy to build responsive and customizable email and landing page templates. If you have the skill, the reports are useful.

Pros

Having used Marketo in the past, I find HubSpot more user-friendly for those who don't know HTML/CSS. It's also more affordable. There a wide range of tools for every business from small to enterprise. I also like the level of support you get and the ability to chat with customer support in real time.

Cons

I was able to dig into referral URLs a bit easier/better with Marketo. Editing HTML can be a little bit trickier.

We've had a great experience using the software. I spend so much time in there making sure all client contacts are updated that anytime my business partner asks me for client information, I just tell him to look in HubSpot.

Pros

HubSpot's CRM makes it incredibly easy to segment and keep track of clients, their businesses, contact information, notes, contacts, and anything else needed to be attributed to that client. Before HubSpot, we had been writing client information down on paper and filing them in a cabinet. We obviously needed a CRM and HubSpot's free CRM feels like it comes with all the bells and whistles and has greatly improved our client relationships.

Cons

There are so many things you can record about a business and contact, but the one thing that is limited in the free version is the company industry. We primarily work with landscapers and lawn care service providers and although those are valid industries on Google and Bing, they don't seem to be included in HubSpot. So we often have to leave this area blank. Other than that, there are pretty decent workarounds to record the information you need to record for each client.

L'outil demande à se former un peu, pour comprendre comment il fonctionne et surtout les liaisons entre contact, liste etc... C'est long mais gratifiant

I've been able to utilize Hubspot for about 3 years, Sales to recruitment, and I love how it's always been easy to use.

Pros

I like the fact that it's easy to use and new recruiters have been able to utilize it very well. On the sales side, I love the fact that you get those great notifications if someone opens and clicks, etc.

Cons

I'd like to be able to have more seats and I know it's expensive. Another thing off the top of my head is that there are some default settings that can't be removed. From a recruitment standpoint, it can be distracting if it's not needed.

You can customize the filters and save the ones that are needed in the campaign. You can create custom views so you can focus on key indicators or particular type of lead so the representatives can focus on the right people that match the potential leads or customers for your service or product. You can easily track the progress through recent email clicks, recent sales email replied date. Customize the dispositions in order to manage your leads effectively and efficiently. What's best in is you can give your representatives a goal and you can create action steps to take every week in order to maximize your sales potential and not miss on buyers. You can easily track the type of industry , type of buyers that highly match your buyer criteria. There are numerous features and when used depending on the lead status effectively, you can surely see sales progress without missing a single potential sale. Instead of working on thousands of leads,your representatives will be working on only hundreds but sure sale.

Cons

Management should all be trained on each feature and identify significant filters and customs that fit your campaign and client metrics. Your representatives should be trained well on the software. I advise you hire tech savvy Sales representatives at the same time fast learners. It takes time to perfect the system and some may not use some important features and just use common features because they need to call more people.

I recommend to anyone who makes the investment: spend a week to LEARN the product using the HubSpot certifications (video tutorials, etc. - use the resources to know WHAT you now have in your toolbox!). Then, PLAN and SCOPE your on-boarding project together, as a team. Don't try to do everything at once, or even in concert over various departments. What one area of your business needs WILL affect the others.

Pros

Intuitive, easy to use, great support, fantastic on-boarding staff, excellent knowledge base. Large marketplace of ancillary providers, but if you have any level of reading comprehension, you can follow KB and/or support instructions provided and do-it-yourself.

Cons

A few missing features, but HubSpot has a robust community for those kinds of requests. Honestly, I love the software so much that I cannot even think of anything very serious as a con. Example: cannot personalize the URL for quotes in the Sales Module. Service Module is fairly new and could use some maturation of features.

I've stalked HubSpot for marketing trends since their early days when the only offering was marketing automation. This year, our company implemented a full stack from CRM & Marketing to Sales & Service and went live with HubSpot CMS on 9/30/19. I've worked with MANY different CMS platforms, and HubSpot is truly the easiest one for full-featured lead generation conversion needs, including analytics. And it's not just affordable; it's a good value!
