Pros

HubSpot offers a variety of tool for everyone. Even if you've never ventured outside of email marketing, HubSpot can guide you through the process of learning other inbound marketing techniques to truly help grow your business. There support team is the best I've seen in years of CRM software. Our organization used salesforce as a tool for engaging with leads, and there was nothing worse than having to get in touch with their support team. HubSpot is just the opposite. There are friendly people that pick up the phone in just seconds, and can point you in he right direction. Their guidance is clear and they are easy to understand. Best software ever! We are never going back!

Cons

It takes some time to get to know the ins and outs of the software. But no need to worry because HubSpot offers training sessions for its members to learn the skills they need in order to succeed.

We purchased the tool to keep all of the contacts in one place and to help the sales team members be able to track all of their deals.

Pros

was acquired by our company about 2 years ago in order to keep an ever-growing list of our clients and leads in one place. We're able to assign contacts to various members of our sales team, create custom properties, integrate the tool with other important software and apps but most importantly be able to track all of the progress right within the tool. We love the dashboards and reports feature, the integration with the Google calendar (direct scheduling options) as well as the file manager where you can store all of your files and pictures.

Cons

HubSpot does get expensive. The CRM itself is free to begin with, but once you need access to more templates, contacts and other premium features the price can go up exponentially. Also, you have to pay for each user.

Pros

Ease of use, communication between sales team & prospects is seamless, automation is amazing. Very user friendly platform & one of the best CRM's I have used in my entire sales career.

Cons

The reporting was a bit difficult to understand & needed further looking into to understand.

Cons

HS tend à bcp se développer au détriment d'une simplicité d'utilisation. L'outil reste donc adapté uniquement pour les sociétés comptant une dizaine de collaborateurs à minima.

It is a good CRM and for the value that it offers, for any company that doesn't know where to start hubspot it is a safe call

Pros

For the CRM part of hubspot it offers a good platform that allows to keep track of our leads and where they are in the funnel

Cons

It hasn't been too much improvement on the UI which it makes to have a rustic feeling when using for the first time

I was just using email and Trello to communicate with customers and track jobs. Since, I changed to HubSpotCRM, my job has become much easier and I can spend more time editing and less time dealing with editors and customers.

Pros

is so easy to setup and get going that any small business owner, entrepreneur, or solo-preneur would be remiss not to use. it Its so easy to communicate with customers and segment them, offer deals, etc... You really get an overview of your company's communication with the customer, so its easy to manage over communication issues.

Cons

I wish that the CRM system could also function as a kind of portal for customers as well. I have an editing and writing company and it would be really useful if customers could access previous job files and invoices. There's plenty out there that can do this, but integrating it for small business owners who are using WordPress seems a worthwhile endeavor.

Been using multiple modules within Hubspot for years. From opportunity management, to marketing emails, to workflow automations, to contact management. It's all been super easy to learn, implement, and use.

Pros

Things just work seamlessly and it's intuitive to learn and use. Having used Salesforce and a few other CRMs, Hubspot is soooo much easier and delightful to use.

Cons

They really give you a good teaser for features in higher tiers, and then you gotta upgrade to access those feature's full potential. Hard to blame them though.

I'm able to track whether or not my salespeople are performing. I'm able to see whether the clients are actually reading e-mails, and retroactively see the interaction history from a centralized data source instead of having to sift through the gmail inboxes. In general it has made work so efficient, that we have less client miscommunications, less missed leads, and TONS of data for us to look at for us to see how to grow the business moving forward.

Pros

Hubspot is so flexible and customizable that I can modify it in anyway that I want for my business unit in the company that I'm managing. With its many integrations with other applications like Zapier and Toky, I am able to track data across all of my team, and see precisely how they're performing, how well they're closing, and also backtrack their client interaction history to see how well they service our customers! Furthermore, as a CRM software, we have all the data we need with our clients. Contacts are automatically zapped into the system via Zapier integrations, and I'm able to automate most of the client data to automatically fill themselves out according to instances. I can track where all my traffic is coming from, and it helps lower my marginal CPA for my digital marketing campaigns because I know which channels to pump money into. Definitely a very flexible software.

Cons

Because Hubspot is so flexible and is able to do so many things, it also takes some time to be able to learn how to use it efficiently. Even with their on boarding support, there's so much the program can still do for you that the people don't cover. It's up to you to try and see how you can make Hubspot work for you.

It is an amazing software for lead and sales management. We can easily create contacts, integrate with Gmail, and track sales.

Cons

It has too many features which are very helpful for our business. On the other hand, it is very easy to get lost between these features. We are still discovering new features which were always there, but are hard to discover.

What I like the most about Hubspot is that it's the only CRM you need, as it has features that cover the Marketing, sales, Service and customer side of the business. In addition to that it integrates with most of the top tools in the market, making your life easier. Let's not forget how user friendly it is and their chat support is just top-notch!

Cons

I don't think there's anything I dislike about Hubspot.

Day to day it's great - just be sure that your subscription level has all of the features you need and get that price locked in.

Pros

Being able to integrate website forms, workflows, and deal pipelines is easy to do and provides real day-to-day value to our business.

Cons

Customer support seems to rely on forums and feature requests/bug fixes go long ignored. Account management has also been poor - thy changed our pricing (over 50%) with nothing more than an email notification!

This has helped me reach out to many clients. the tools help me manage my time much better and work SMARTER, NOT HARDER. I look forward to using this software for my personal side business as well.

Pros

I like that Hubspot has a sense of humor, it helps make this easy and fun to use. Snippets and templates and sequences are so helpful! Even when there are issues, your team handles it very quickly and we're back to work in no time!

Cons

You can't see info for your contacts if you're in the deals section. phone connectivity is spotty - it randomly stops working often.

Apart from not being able to split organizations it’s truly the best CRM system on the market.

Pros

Hubspot is a CRM system on steroids! We can manage sales, marketing and customer service in one package!

Cons

Not being able to split organizations. We have two separate businesses but we aren’t able to join them and use HS for inbound emails.

### "A Very Solid CRM"

HubSpot was a great tool when I used it. I have since moved to a company that invested in Salesforce but HubSpot will be by #1 recommendation for anyone who needs a great CRM with an amazing list of features. There are still some bugs to work out and it's not yet at the Salesforce level, but if you need a great CRM with useful features that doesn't need hours of training, use HubSpot and you won't be disappointed.

Pros

Hubspot is a great CRM for those to get started building brand equity with customers and prospects. The platform is very user-friendly, specifically for those getting started. You can enter tasks, reach out to your targets or current customers and get detailed reporting on your pipeline and prospects. There are integrations with other apps such as Google Calendar and Slack, which is a great feature. The app is a great tool and is also easy to use. The HubSpot community is fantastic as well. It was easy to troubleshoot any challenges we had quickly by spending a few minutes in their blogs or with a simple Google search.

Cons

There isn't the extensive customization functionality that there is with a CRM like Salesforce. For some that's a con, for some that's a pro. It all depends on how your company will want to use it. That being said, the cost isn't on the same level with Salesforce either. We used a Google platform for our sync, which made that integration faster and easy but I have heard that other platforms don't sync so easy.

Pros

Hubspot features are great but other companies have alot better services and do not steal thousands and thousands from you

Cons

Hub over sold us their sales agent hit us over the head convinced us to get like 30 users that we never used even closed to that and we had a 9000 quarterly bill, We went out of business and then they sent the company to collections for near 9000 usd you could never talk to someone no one even gave us one phone call before sending the company to collections which I belive is illegal

HubSpot is awesome. We moved to it from SharpSpring for our agency and prefer it over more expensive solutions like Marketo, etc.

Pros

The ability to span across an entire organization, not just what it's capable of delivering for the sales team. Collaboration for Sales & Marketing is key in today's environment.

Cons

Not much to detract from HubSpot other than the fact that the starter tier doesn't offer automation. At that level, it's pretty much a repository for contacts with some task and pipeline management. Which is fine if you only care about the CRM side. However, the power of HS is in it's ability to be a force multiplier across departments.

This is a strong legacy product offering that should integrate seamlessly into a sales and client management organization at a fair cost.

Pros

Easily the best integration about HubSpot as a CRM is its automatic contact creation and email tracking. As a CRM, it gets the job done and does have standard reporting and dashboards available for tracking. As a sales lead tool, it also provides the ability to track deals through the pipeline easily. Overall, it's a strong CRM offering for the price.

Cons

Data parsing is not quite as granular as some competitive products, particularly Salesforce, but this isn't problematic unless your organization specifically needs high levels of data breakdowns on sales.

We are very pleased with Hubspot and the amount of value that it has brought to our business. We will continue to use Hubspot, integrate more of our platforms with Hubspot, and once we are ready, we will upgrade to use some of their other paid products because we are very happy with what we have so far.

Pros

On the free version, Hubspot has decided to offer an immense amount of features, and a fully functional CRM with unlimited contacts. This allows us to organize our business around our CRM, optimize our workflows, and continue to improve our customizations within the CRM in order to take full advantage of all of the amazing features. It also offers daily, weekly, or monthly reports that can be very useful to analyze.

Cons

There are still some very simple no-brainer features that have not been included in the filters of the contacts. We have been watching these features on the forums/community for almost a year without any real movement. We are using the best work-arounds that I could find, but the lack of these features still does affect our workflows and performance, if only in a minor way.

We have completely transformed our technical architecture with Hubspot as the central platform and we have this constant feeling that, while we are already seeing the results and value of the change, there's still a lot of potential we'll uncover from current features and new releases.

Pros

Hubspot is probably the most complete CRM tool in the market. So far, it exceeds our needs and any time we identify an additional need, we quickly find a way to achieve it in Hubspot. We have implemented the platform across all our countries and each has different needs and teams with different levels of know-how, responsibilities and profiles. Each country is able to use the platform to suit their needs and derives great value from it. Plus, it has an extensive knowledge base - from lessons to how-tos, any question we have can quickly be answered.

Cons

Lack of useful social media management tools. While Hubspot comes with some social media functionality, it doesn't cover some basic needs like the ability to mention people on Linkedin (maybe because of Linkedin's api limitations), accurate previewing of posts, all options for video posting as available when publishing directly in the channels, listening funcionality only for Twitter.
