### "HubSpot Over Everything Else"

Once you get to know your way around the CRM with all the functionality it's really easy to use. Take time to get training on all of the functionality and HubSpot does a good job with their training staff.

Pros

It's easy to keep track of everything in the sales pipeline like the last conversations you or another rep has had with a prospect or client, how many times you've followed up and to determine what work still needs to be done.

Cons

It very rarely can be glitchy but when it is, it can be annoying. There are a lot of duplicate contacts that are in the CRM that confuses things a bit but they get cleared out then you'll have another batch to take care of.

Salesforce was a bit too big for what we needed, with a sales staff of only 4-5 we didn't need to have a CRM like Salesforce.

### "You can't expand your business without using a proper CRM"

Now we can manage all the contacts we have and avoid losing precious information. We send an email or call a prospect at the right time.

Pros

You can write and keep a lot of information about your prospects and clients. We really love the integration with Gmail and the task list.

Cons

It is not translated into every language and you have to study and follow many courses from Hubspot Academy to really appreciate how it works.

Pros

Hubspot is a pretty robust product that's waaaaaay less intimidating to the layperson than more enterprise solutions like Salesforce. It's got all the features and functionality that we need for our sales & business development folks to track important data.

Cons

The marketing suite feels way less user-friendly than the sales functionality, and throughout the product there are a few things that are nigh-unnavigable without contacting their support team—that said, their customer support is phenomenal, so I've always been able to get done what I've been attempting to do.

Hubspot has been all around a great solution to our CRM needs. The customer support team is phenomenal and they have already made several improvements since starting with their product.

Pros

The integration that HubSpot provides regarding email campaigns, analytics, professional forms, and KOL tracking has played a huge role in my company's efficiency and success

Cons

Some of the analytic fixtures have limited ability for customization, but so far this has been a non-issue

The tool is super easy to use - gotta hand it to HubSpot's UI and design teams. It does all we need for account and contact management and also serves as our marketing automation platform. When we've had to use support, responses have been quick and helpful.

Cons

Outages do occasionally happen, which can be frustrating.

Overall, the learning curve wasn't too hard to learn with . Most of the menu categories are easy to follow (Contacts, Conversations, Reports), and it can sync with your company to further track conversations easily. It's also easy to see any communication in Hubspot, not just your own. Overall, it's pretty useful as a CRM for leads, closed sales and account management.

Pros

Everything is in one place with this CRM, and there are several menus and drop-downs available to try to find anything you might need. Each section is easy to use - Contacts (to find contacts and reach out), Conversations (to read/track emails), Marketing (for campaigns), Sales (for tasks/to-do items), Service (to track/close tickets), Automation (for automatic email sequences) and Reports. I can also schedule emails to go out automatically, and even calls are recorded and tracked to keep track of to-do lists. You can also sync Hubspot with your email system to automatically track if it's easier to not email through Hubspot.

Cons

Can be a slight learning curve due to all of the things you can do – getting a hang of where to find what when can take a bit since the menus are relatively expansive, but they're simple to figure out. On the payment side of things, the platform can get expensive and contracts are not flexible...and depending on the tier you paid into, you may have to pay to get additional technical support if you need it.

Pros

The tool is all inclusive for sales professionals and offers a variety of features that perform better than competing CRMs

We have been able to promote transparency and alignment between marketing and sales, makes the teams work better together.

Pros

Get ready to read the longest, most positive review about a CRM. I'm extremely passionate about Hubspot (in general) and the CRM isn't an exception. I literally promote it to everyone and anyone who wants to listen to me. It's a fully comprehensive CRM that includes any and every interaction yours customers have had with your team. It provide and promotes Sales and Marketing Alignment and transparency, the sales team has access to everything marketing is doing and the marketing team can see the results from their work. You can use it to record any sales interaction (phone calls and emails), leave notes on a customer's timeline, easily book meetings by providing someone with an availability link (if you use gmail or office 365), you can see your prospects, analytics, stats, reports. You can create snippets and email templates, save files that you send frequently (ie brochures)... Trust me, it's never ending and you should definitely get it! It's a shame that Hubspot won't pay me commission because if they did, I would be rich now :)!

Cons

I have had my frustrations with Hubspot, but they are genuinely committed to work with their clients and everything has been sorted, so there's nothing at the moment!

Most software has integration with Hubspot! Almost o tracking all marketing technology providers! I used them as a CRM for sales, and they have a lot of capacity from the customs field to tracking

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to find and know what you can do with Hubspot.

I started using HS for my contact management and rapidly adopted it as a complete lead management solution, tracking all the actions (inbound and outbound) involving my customers, leads and prospects. I also use it for periodical email campaigns and it allows to monitor the results in a clear and simple way.

Pros

It is really easy to use, with a clear and comfortable interface, plugins to connect to email account (web, Outlook) and integrations with a hug number of external services (Zapier and the like).

Cons

There's no mobile app, and this could be limiting in certain cases (especially for contact management)

Pros

I like that there is everything in one place, everything from marketing to sales. We can see insights, create content, manage contacts, deals, see pipelines. Any information you need about any of your prospects, Hubspot centralizes in one platform.

Cons

Content creation. God, Hubspot's editor needs some serious help. I am creating our monthly newsletters using the Hubspot Marketing email templates, It's a nightmare. The fonts drop, sizing is never accurate. A simple thing like selecting the full text on there is a hustle.

It's been good; they have great support staff. For any new feature we add, we get thorough support to setup. There's also a solid Knowledge Base.

Pros

Hubspot is a fantastic email marketing tool that makes it a breeze to connect with customers and leads. Although customization can be a bit tricky, the flow automation feature is a real game-changer. The reporting feature is quite good, but may take a bit of time to get the hang of. Overall, I highly recommend Hubspot for anyone looking to simplify their email marketing efforts and engage with their audience in a more meaningful way.

Cons

While the interface can be a bit clunky and frustrating at times, it's easy to overlook that since their support team is incredibly helpful and always available to assist.

If you're using hubspot for the advanced features (sales pipeline, MAP, etc) and just need a CRM to house some data, is ok. If you utilize your CRM in an in-depth way with custom fields & reporting, HubSpot may feel like a downgrade. It was also a huge lift for us to manually import every field into HubSpot. We had 3 -4 imports (to write data and then overwrite other data) per type of information from Zoho over to HubSpot it was very cumbersome and less than ideal.

Pros

It houses all of our data and I do believe that the additional features (MAP & Salespipeline) are helping our sales and marketing teams to be more effective in their jobs.

Cons

If you've used a true CRM before, you'll notice that hubspot was not setup as a CRM initially. It was an add-on that they've done an ok job at. If you use the CRM day in and day out - it's cumbersome. Data is housed in ways that makes a user click 3 - 4 times just to find a field. We had Zoho before moving to Hubspot. The data was held in a much more user friendly way and the reporting was more robust.

I started using this software on the recommendation of some friends. I never imagined how it would help me improve control over the attention I give to my clients. It allows me to keep detailed control of the contacts made, dates, hours, customer data. It helps me send email directly from the application. It has helped me increase my sales and improve the satisfaction of my clients.

Cons

The software depends on a good Internet connection. Requires a URL or website to start the process. But after this step, you can count on the benefits of the system.

### "The centrepiece of my entire customer base"

Pros

Hubspot is...well, everything to our business. Not only does it take care of our customer and lead management, but it plays a huge part in our email marketing, content, content marketing and social media campaigns.

Cons

It's darn expensive and you seem to only get real value when you opt in for a higher plan. I'm also not a fan of all the windows that pop-up when trying to use smart content.

Positive. Like I said, you can pretty much do anything you need to with HubSpot, but ultimately, the cost is what ended up making us move away.

Pros

HubSpot is the be all and end all of Marketing & Sales CRMs as far as I'm concerned. If you can think it, you can usually do it with their detailed workflows/sequences. I've used HubSpot to solve so many problems over the years.

Cons

The price. Obviously since they're the best, it's going to cost you, but ultimately we had to move away because of prohibitive costs.

I really love Hubspot as product also the people behind hubspot. Great SAAS, beautiful coded by cool developers, must try.

Pros

I like how the people behind Hubspot are so like minded. They offer great tool, mostly a newbie can explore without an hassle.

Cons

I think although their web UI is quite smooth still hubspot should work on the web interface to much smoother as because most of the people just use a browser to run all their business.
