I really love Hubspot as product also the people behind hubspot. Great SAAS, beautiful coded by cool developers, must try.

Pros

I like how the people behind Hubspot are so like minded. They offer great tool, mostly a newbie can explore without an hassle.

Cons

I think although their web UI is quite smooth still hubspot should work on the web interface to much smoother as because most of the people just use a browser to run all their business.

Ability to track what our contacts are doing so we are easily able to qualify, segment, and properly move people down the funnel based on their actions.

Pros

\- Integration with the HubSpot marketing platform. This gives you the ability to analyze the lifestyle and activity status of contacts. - Tasks allow you to be reminded when you need to follow up with people or other next steps that need to be done to continue moving prospects through the pipeline. - Super intuitive, the UX of the product as well as any tutorial videos makes it very easy to learn and remember.

Cons

\- Analytics will occasionally go down/stop working and there won't be any warning as to when it happens. - No ability to merge contacts/companies. This would be useful for duplicate instances of contacts due to email variations. - Better tools for help in forecasting deals.

I would recommend HubSpot as a CRM option to agencies who are not integrated with / utilizing Calendly

Pros

I like the dashboards feature in HubSpot and the auto-tagging feature that is available for media campaigns.

Cons

We have seen data inconsistencies between platform data and HubSpot, which could be due to an integration with Calendly. The Google Analytics integration is disappointing, there's really no details on what data is being fed to Google Analytics.

Great experience, and they have a dedicated team in case you have issues and questions.

Pros

I have been using for a long time now. I don't even remember how it used to be before. It's easy to fill in new customers and company in. From there, you can create a full customer journey and funnel to make sure they reach success. You have pages for deals, companies and customers. You have detailed data about them, and can use many filters to get what you need. You can also link Hubspot to many other software to make it even more productive. What's great is that you can also track down every contact you had with customers from emails to phone calls. That's just awesome.

Cons

There is many information and things you can do. It's better to really dive into the software to get to know and use all it's features and benefits.

I have used several sales CRMs and always return to HubSpot. They are constantly adding new tools and features to assist sales, marketing and forecasting. The system enhances for company wide cooperation, transparency and reporting and integrates with most systems for ease of use

It is on the more expensive side if you want all features

The tool is unusual in terms of use at the beginning. We have gone through a lot of pieces of training and read a lot of documentation, and finally, we have increased the number of customers by to 20 percent thanks to improved communication. The support team has helped us a lot. The program is suitable for marketing purposes only in the most expensive version, all others are only partially designed for that, so consider it when choosing the best one for you. Generally, there are no problems that can not be resolved, so give it a try.

Pros

"An excellent solution for those who want to keep everything on their eyes. Within this CRM program, you can manage communication, do marketing and collect statistics. Sales managers can monitor at which stage is the process of product promotion, how many deals are concluded, have info on them etc. You can also schedule e-mailing."

Cons

File storage is a bit complicated. They are difficult to find something using a search engine, as well as to replace files and especially attach them to messages. Emails often do not get to their addresses, therefore, we had to look for other services for correspondence. The interface causes some problems because it is not always convenient, for example, it is impossible to copy the contact information of customers. You just have to type it.

### "Can't imagine Email without it!"

Pros

I love the Hubspot sidekick in my gmail and can't imagine not having it, to be honest. Great for tracking opens of my emails and logging communication records for each contact. From a sales/account side it's a godsend. I also like the use of templates and scheduling emails for future sending. I have recommended this tool to many people (clients, etc) so far.

Cons

One of the biggest reasons I signed up for the CRM tool was the ability to add prospects to my CRM with a click from the prospect's website. The little sprocket icon would always be floating on the side of my browser and if I wanted to add the website/company to the database, I clicked it, it pulled public info about them into one panel, and I added it all to the CRM. This feature has disappeared (I believe because of Europe's GDPR law) and that is a massive disappointment. I've been looking for a replacement ever since that feature disappeared. This might be more for the "Hubspot Sales" product but they all tie together. I also used to be able to search a global database of companies by industry, size, etc and add them to my sales prospecting list but that also disappeared. If I find something like that with similar email features, I will likely switch. Also many of the sidekick features are not available in Gmail mobile, only desktop, which is a bummer.

The solution is great and has amazing features for free. It's only when youtr business grows and you need other additional (and paid-for) features) that it could become expensive. So I'd say even if your needs are small now, think about your future needs and see if the cost for those is something you will be able to afford, because at that point switching to another solution could not be viable/easy.

Pros

I haven't tried all the solutions in the market but I can say that the free version of Hubspot is really good value for... well... free! It gives you amazing features with a great user interface, definately a great place to start for your digital marketing efforts. Great contact and lead management, and the way it handles deals is also really good an intuitive.

Cons

Being a free solution it can't have many cons. The biggest one I'd say is that when your needs grow and you need to look into more sophisticated or with more functionalities solutions, the upgrade is on the expensive side, and that point you could be so used to Hubspot that switching to anything else could be difficult.

I'm so impressed with HubSpot that I'm trying to have it deployed across the entire firm! Every chance I have, I spread the word about HubSpot! Every day, it saves me time and allows me to devote more of my attention to selling rather than administration.

Pros

It's simple to import contacts and build lists based on the sort of contact or connection you've made. This is a great way to keep track of my contacts. I particularly appreciate the fact that I can add additional users so that I can view the chronological history of all interaction points without having to communicate with the employee.. Easily and quickly send emails to particular lists.

Cons

As a beginner, I had a hard time getting my head around how to use all of the functions. But I was going to try to figure it out on my own because of problems with importing and not seeing all of the information. To begin with, it's a little confusing.

HubSpot has been a great tool to develop marketing content. It has been a great resource to narrow down specific nitches of our business while focusing on marketing and obtaining organic leads.

Pros

Editing pictures: On the go editing of pictures is a great tool. Design tools: Used to edit webpages and emails is accessible for an audience not fully aware of CSS and HTML coding. Customer support: Both direct access and online help were great resources while self-teaching on how to navigate over the platform and usage. SEO Tips: Tips provided prior to publishing content were extremely helpful, while keeping us (creators) aware of SEO details. Template Marketplace: A great resource to download templates and modules - Im very fond of the modules and the ability to modify them as necessary. Webpage content staging: This tool was fantastic when releasing a new website look - making the transition effortless while being able to keep "old" pages archived. Meta Data Accessibility: Presented in a very simple setting to change. Email Drag-and-drop tool: Awesome tool to easily put together emails while adding headers/pictures and not having to use templates and CSS coding.

Cons

Blogs / Social Media I found it difficult to coordinate Scheduled blog posts with Social media - with the intention of scheduling all posts (both blogs and social media) before hand. Email Drag-and-drop tool: I recognize this still in "beta" mode Great tool but not currently accessible for RSS and automated emails.

Sin duda lo que más me ha gustado es la facilidad de uso. Muy intuitivo y sencillo de aprender y usar, incluso para usuarios sin experiencia en CRM. También me gusta las amplias opciones de funciones que tiene. Dispone de todo lo que necesitas para organizar, buscar y enriquecer las relaciones con los clientes.

Cons

Por poner algún pero, para grandes empresas los planes Premium pueden tener un elevado coste sobre todo si se necesitan opciones avanzadas. En las funciones de análisis existen otros sistemas que ofrecen mayores opciones pero esto es algo que igual tampoco lo necesitas.

Pros

I like that Hubspot because offers everything needed for inbound marketing and email automation.

Cons

Customisation is the biggest downside and you need to know that Hubspot is made for marketing. If you need it for this, it will be great for you. If you need it mainly for sales, then choose Salesforce.

The CRM can easily be deployed for a wide range of uses.

Pros

Hubspot is very scaleable and easy to implement on a low budget.

Cons

The pricing model always keeps some basic features out of reach until you upgrade your plan. This causes users to always need the next product tier. Over aggressive sales strategy in my opinion.

The overall experience that I have had with HubSpot has been very satisfactory. I have found it to be highly intuitive and has made my job of reaching out to a large number of new prospects quite easy. Receiving alerts as to who has opened emails that I send has helped me zero in on warmer prospects.

Pros

I use HubSpot on a daily basis to manage the clients and prospects that I work with. HubSpot enables me to easily enter notes of every interaction and set a follow up of what I need to do the next time I reach out.

Cons

HubSpot has a feature that is supposed to show you visitors that come to your website, but the report seems to provide very little information. I did not feel this feature was very useful.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

We wanted to start with a low-cost CRM and HubSpot offered a free option that allowed us to use the platform with absolutely no risk. The other factor that led us to choose HubSpot was the ease of use and ability to integrate it with Outlook and ZoomInfo.

Pros

Easy to use, they have a good mobile app.

Cons

Reporting (for sales) is far more basic than other systems eg. Salesforce. Managing duplicates is a real pain and takes a lot of manual work. Setting up workflows is also a little difficult. The functionality around creating sales account plans and stakeholder maps is a nuisance. Not as many pre-built integrations as Salesforce and nowhere near as customisable. I'd say it's a good system for small teams or marketing teams.
