Mit dem sehr großen Funktionsumfang geht Hubspot über ein reines CRM weit hinaus und ermöglicht es, Marketing und Sales sehr ganzheitlich zu betrachten. Hervorzuheben ist der gute Support und das gute Onboarding, welches auch nötig ist, um hier erfolgreich zu starten. Dann wird man sehr lange und zufrieden mit Hubspot arbeiten.

Pros

Hubspot bietet wirklich alle erdenklichen Funktionen, die man so braucht, und es gelingt, diese in einer Oberfläche unterzubringen, in der man sich nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit sehr gut zurechtfindet. Ich liebe es, damit zu arbeiten!

Cons

Nachdem der Start sehr einfach und auch günstig ist, ziehen die Preise dann im weiteren Verlauf (Mehr Nutzer im System, mehr Funktionen) deutlich an. Aber Hubspot ist sein Geld wert, denn es spart im Alltag viel Zeit und bringt Tools wie Social Media Planung und Newsletter-Versand gleich mit.

It has solved an issue in-house with our reps being able to see quickly who an account belongs to in order to to avoid muliple reps reaching out to the same clients.

Pros

Easy to use. Keeps great track of clients and purchases as well as all license renewals.Allows us a quick glance to see if other reps have registered and are working a prospect.

Cons

Has a tendency to duplicate contacts if they have a Gmail account.

I like the Hubspot inbound marketing training courses. Excellent training to optimize the customer experience and continuing education for sales and marketing. Beginner to pro can use this software and successfully grow a business.

Pros

Easy to setup and easy to scale. I can add on any number of features and Hubspot allows integration with several areas of my business. I like the email tracking and options for lead tracking. We use the CRM web form on website to collect leads. That was so easy to setup and get online in 1 day! Easy to add more users and utilize a free or low cost account as we tested out the features. I love the auto emails and autoresponder options.

Cons

Menu at top of page on web version is not easy to navigate, shows off paid features I don't need. Sometimes hard to navigate or remember what section to use for creating an email or auto responder. Overall positive and great free training!

Overall my experience has been great. They particularly excel at customer support and onboarding.

Pros

I like how intuitive the platform is to use. It took quite a bit of work to set up but now that it's going the team really enjoys using it and we are gathering invaluable data.

Cons

I think the prices are too high for the individual modules. Sometimes I just want 2-3 features from a module but you have to pay thousands more for the module in full.

Pros

The ease of using it is astonishing. Anyone can understand anything about hubspot in a matter of days. Training new sales members is so easy, and hubspot academy helps a lot as well.

Cons

No product is perfect. But even there hubspot has a place for feature requests and brings out new features every month. The new ops hub needs a lot of work and does not synchronise multiple object connections very well.

Pros

Ease of use and functionality. I use this everyday and it is user friendly and I like the notifications it sends. It also keeps a log of all correspondence with new prospects.

Cons

Sometimes it actually sends too many email notifications, but that isn't a bad problem to have. At least there are no surprises and it keeps you updated about problems and invoices due.

Pros

What I liked most about is how intuitive and easy to use it is. The interface is clean, modern, and visually appealing. It doesn't feel cluttered or overwhelming like some other CRM platforms. Even with all of its powerful features, Hubspot has done a great job at keeping things simple and user-friendly. Another major pro is the wide range of tools and integrations that come with Hubspot CRM. From email marketing to meetings scheduling, it has everything you need to manage the entire customer lifecycle. And with hundreds of app integrations, you can connect Hubspot to your other critical business systems with ease. This level of connectivity is superb.

Cons

One slight downside is that the free version of has a lot of limitations that do not seem important on first hand; but are essential. Still, overall, even the free plan is quite fully featured for smaller businesses. The premium paid plans unlock more advanced functionality, but of course come at a significant added cost.

After using Hubspot we do not feel to use our previous tool which is CRM , this saves a lot of time. Some of the best features are Dashboard - we can check our teams overall activities like day ,month wise Creating deal - which helps us to close the sale Meeting scheduling - with our client Sequences - which helps us to automatically send a mail as per our requirements There are so many other advantages which helps us to close our sale easily .

Pros

The most interesting services which i liked was integration of email and Just call which helps us to follow up on daily basis and it helps us to also listen to the call recording of the previous conversation done by the advisor . We also receive a notification in the gmail if anyone opens the email and this helps us to call the students quickly and to follow up with them . Its easy to track prospects and identify the leads which are closer to get converted

Cons

Most of the services are really good only think i found it difficultly was the duplicate lead getting created . If a student is registering with one email and different phone number we get two new lead . It takes time to learn since we have lots of features available and you will need to go through the learning center to go through completely .

Nous avons professionnalisé notre base CRM en y ajoutant la touche de lead scoring qui manquait à notre stratégie commerciale.

Pros

Les fonctionnalités de marketing automation, de lead scoring et de gestion de contenus ont été d'une aide précieuse pour faire du site internet de nos clients une véritable machine à prospects. De plus, le côté visuel de l'outil permet de multiplier les tests et les possibilités, pour affiner chaque fois les stratégies marketing une fois les analyses publiées.

Cons

Bien qu'Hubspot permette déjà un certain niveau de gestion des réseaux sociaux, nous espérons que ces fonctionnalités continueront à être développées dans le futur, car leur mise à jour me semble importante.

Pros

The price point of free makes a very attractive choice , but free isn't enough if it doesn't pull its weight. Fortunately hubspot crm hits all of the main functionality points with ease of use and fast response.

Cons

There are a few features that are behind a premium paywall but that's to be expected with a free service.

### "Sequences are a nightmare"

Pros

1\. The company pays its employees well and is big on diversity. 2. There is a free version albeit we don't use it. 3. This software is not designed for enterprise companies, it's designed for small businesses. 4. Marketing functionality is good You are always directed to read help docs even though they rarely answer questions. Support on the phone was nice though!

Cons

The sequence functionality of the platform is terrible. 1. My email signature is not showing up at all which makes the email sequence look awful. My email looks like spam now to prospects which is not ideal at all. 2. I had to send a sequence for a colleague and she is the contact owner, but now all of the messages are coming from me. All of the help documents do not explain that that is how it works which is even more frustrating. 3. I have to INDIVIDUALLY add each person and REMOVE each person to the sequence which is a huge time suck. You also can't sequence more than 150 people per day. 4. You can't schedule the sequence to go out later. 5. None of the filters work for the sequence contact enrollment. I definitely prefer outreach after using both for email sequences. Also, for the email signatures you can't even add images to make it look better which adds to the whole email spam issue.

It’s clean, easy to find information and track client info, the free features are really great, though could use reporting & analytics. The marketing automation and lead management is stellar. I’m a hubspot fan for life! I tell everyone I know about it...

Pros

This software is amazing, really helped me streamline my customer management and automate my marketing processes. I honestly don’t know how they do it. Even at the base free level you can have great success in growing your business. I’m a fan forever!

Cons

I feel they should offer “reporting & analytics” to all levels for free. This is something that most of all CRMs offer. You can kind of figure things out by using filters and such, but it’s not as good as having a reporting dashboard which will save people time.

I use Hubspot to manage my customer list and emails, and contact management. It excels

Pros

I love the way Hubspot prioritizes actions that users are likely to want/need first, like dashboard access, and contact management. I'm most likely to drop into Hubspot to enter or lookup a contact or company, and Hubspot makes that the easiest/quickest action to take. The free tier is very generous, and the advice and knowledge sharing they produce is the best.

Cons

There are a few small UI issues I'd do differently, mostly around entering new contacts - there's probably and extra click or two in that workflow, but that's it.

Great, Easy to use and navigate sales and marketing tool. Many of our other departments use it as we want a record of all liaisons with our customers, not just the ones from sales and marketing.

Pros

All the information in the one place. It really is an all in one sales and marketing system that is easy to use.

Cons

It is quite feature rich. OK, so what's the problem with that? Well it can be a little bit confusing/ maybe time consuming finding everything available to you BUT within time, it is quite intuitive.

Still great- will continue using it for many years to come!

Pros

The tracking of communication is critical. Before HubSpot, we were copy and pasting every email into our old system and things would go missing, or users would forget to log things in and communication got messy. Hubspot automatically logs all emails so we don't even have to think about it. You're also able to clearly see any marketing emails that have gone out so the communication is not replicated. The Meetings tool is the best tool in Hubspot- people can set up a time to speak with you right through your Google calendar. It saves a lot of back and forth trying to find a time to connect with a client.

Cons

Sometimes the automated email tracking does not work, so you have to keep an eye on it. I wish Companies were a little cleaner and that companies were not added automatically when you email someone, because we end up with a lot of unrelated companies, simply because it's associated with an email address.

My experience has mostly been positive. 4 out of 5 stars. Because of some significant limitations, though, it hasn't been completely good.

Pros

It was easy to learn and mostly point and click. You can manage thousands of contacts, create robust automations using lots of third-party integrations, and it has legal compliance (like Anti-SPAM) built in. And I like that you can have an unlimited number of limited users.

Cons

You cannot create forms with three tiers of logic, and on the second tier, you cannot reorder the form without deleting all the fields and insert them again. Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation. Also, it does not integrate with as many third-party services as SalesForce does.
