Cons

Hay que analizar muy bien lo que necesitas, porque es muy fácil que estés pagando por cosas que no usas y encarece mucho la cuota

Pros

I liked the idea that I can rely on Hubspot CRM to run campaigns very fast and reach the consumers in a better way.

Cons

I do not like that sometimes advanced features are not working like we used to work in legacy tools and that's not so great.

### "HubSpot Used to Be Ok, But Now.... "

I was a fan early on, but over the last few months, the continual changes (for the worse) that are being made have been making our user experience an aggravating hell. When you make changes, save those changes and HubSpot keeps reverting back or not even carrying out those changes, it's a huge time suck. It has made what should have taken a few minutes into an hour-long ordeal at times. I can't tell you how many hours we've wasted fighting with the system to make simple changes. They keep tweaking everything but it continues to make our experience more frustrating!! Also, when you select publish a social media post now, and you get an error because you're trying to publish at a time that isn't valid, I'm over it. I can't wait until we dump this CRM!

Pros

In the beginning, I was able to schedule social media posts with relative ease It allowed us to easily update our website pages

Cons

The inability to schedule Instagram posts through HubSpot The constant changes that you aren't informed of until you noticed something no longer works the same way My interactions with the help support have been poor. I'm fairly certain a few of the people I've questioned about problems either do not know the solution and/or have lied to me saying something is working as it's supposed to when I know that's not right.

It's been great. Since our first day 4+ years ago to today, our CRM has grown with the business.

Pros

The integrations into and out of Hubspot are key for us. With so many systems feeding information it's important that our CRM integrates with everything. Hubspot is excellent for this.

Cons

Some features feels a little watered down in comparison to tools that do just that one job.

My experience with Hubspot is for good 3 years now. Although I am using the tool only from an year now but I did a lot of certifications for it earlier. All in all a power packed software with great functionalities and freemium services. Very happy to be associated with it.

Pros

Superb tool which is so user friendly and provides all the functions which other expensive maketing automation tools do that are available in the market. Great for small and mid sized businesses. Free versions also available and integrates very well with emails. Very intuitive

Cons

Premium version is a bit costly Lack of feature depth makes it a little unreliable Although everything else works well for it it's just some paid services because of tmehoch the costs can be high

HubSpot CRM gets the job done. The assistance is the most enjoyable part. I was hopelessly clueless for most of the time when I started using this tool. The support team were incredibly patient with my simple query and provided me with valuable information.

Cons

1\. Tracking gets complex when multiple people are on the chain. 2. Price is on the higher end of the spectrum. 3. Notifications complexity.

Pros

It's kind of really nice for a free CRM. Do a lot of nice things and has a lot of features even for free. What I love the most is the Deal view with all deals in funnel where you can customize your funnel and follow up on your leads. I also use it combine with Automate.io to connect and automate some process with my google calendar.

Cons

Sometimes it get a bit confusing as there is a lot of features and possibilities. There is some things that are not customizable and are obligated like the "close date" for a deal that represent "the date you think the deal will close" which automatically is the end of the month. You have to manually change it after. Also, there are limitations in automation as this is the free CRM. Finally, importing and exporting could be better. Like you cannot link a business with a deal by importing businesses. You'll have to use a third party service to do so.

HubSpot has solved Treadwell's issues like wondering what clients have previously been offered, suggested or even who has spoken to them in the past. The benefits of knowing this kind of information in our business is that if someone is away or takes a call, receives an email or both, they can ensure the customer is looked after immediately and with the utmost knowledge they require in such a technical and versatile environment.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to understand and simple to use. The most i like about this software is it keeps the team transparent and accountable for what they are tasked to do, it also ensures that when a member is away projects or tasks don't get dropped. The versatility of this software increases everyone's knowledge on what has been done for existing clients and what need to be done in their are in the future to enhance sales.

Cons

The one thing i least like about this software, is the reports it allows aren't always or cant always be adapted to the business functions. This means that what we would like it to do has to be created on another software and data from the CRM has to be manually entered or formatted.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

It had functions that linked everything together, most similar to the separate systems we were using prior.

HubSpot is one of the most critical tools we have connecting sales, marketing, customer success across our business.

Pros

The integration of everything from CRM, to email marketing, to analytics, to CMS, to service hub is the most valuable element to us.

Cons

There is the occasional rough edge where old small-business-oriented solutions have been rolled into more all-encompassing features (e.g. the landing page / blog editor rolling into the CMS) but in general these get sorted out in a release or two.

We've switched to Hubspot from Salesforce, and it's been a huge difference: time to ramp up new sales employees reduced significantly, easy to use interface and out of the box integration with G Suite. Even the free version (let alone paid one) provides great toolkit for technology startups and early stage companies to build from the ground up sales and inbound marketing processes at affordable price.

Pros

\- Lots of features, that are added to the plaform with each update; - Great synergy of tools that help to capture leads (via schedule call functionality), follow up (templates, sequences, analytics) and drive deals (deals tracker, tasks, smart data collection); - Integration with G Suite; - Powerful dashboards & filters.

Cons

\- Integration with G Suite sometimes "falls off" and gets automatically fixed after contacting support.

Un peu dur de s'y retrouver au début tellement c'est touffu, mais une fois pris en main c'est fluide.Les plans payants sont assez chers dès qu'on veut des analytics par exemple. Ca passe de gratuit à 500 €/mois d'un coup.

Pros

HubSpot's CRM has a tremendous amount of functionality for organizations who need to work with multi-layered communications and tracking. It provides the ability to create personalized, automated workflows that pull your contacts through your system. If you use the inbound marketing model, it will reduce the amount of follow up time and help you scale your product.

Cons

It can be difficult to get a full grasp of the software, and it isn't as simple as other CRM tools on the market. With the added complexity, however, you get added functionality. Further, HubSpot is great at providing trainings and resources to help you understand how to use the system. Additionally, there are some targeting parameters that are more difficult than with other tools—since HubSpot is geared towards workflows and targeting customers where they are in a business cycle, it is difficult to target by things like zip code when you need a very specific area.

Another great benefit is that you can sync the software with your google email so you can do most of the work in Google rather switching back and forth from program to program.

Pros

Hubspot is a great CRM for any small or large company who are looking for a simple way to have a workflow and saving all leads and contacts at the same time. Email templates, client tracking and much more. You will receive all of these features with the free version. Just enough to get the job done.

Cons

You have a limited amount of emails you can track on the free version. You have to upgrade your account in order to have more space to track emails, marketing tools and so on.
