Excellent overall. I feel like they have taken care and pride in building the software to appeal to multiple skills.

Pros

Hubspot had great features even on a free plan. The more I upgraded, the more automated the software became. The ease of use with the CRM was great and I loved how HubSpot was able to integrate seamlessly with other software.

Cons

I was not a fan of the email marketing as it was extremely expensive for what it did.

is like a walk in the park for me. It supports me in managing my customer interactions.is a real time-saver through automation, and it's perfefctly for my daily flow.

Pros

is very user-friendly: I liked this a lot - the layout is tidy, and managing contacts or deals is straightforward. Most of all, the automation features are excellent because they save a lot of time.

Cons

Some of the sophisticated features appear to be limited if you don't choose a higher plan, and the analytics tools could offer further customization for obtaining detailed insights.

### "Terrible Customer Experience - Don't Bother if You're a New Customer"

As a business owner exploring a switch from another platform, I was hoping to get some basic guidance from HubSpot. My first impression was incredibly disappointing. First, their calendar booking service was completely non-functional; it just showed a blank screen. When I tried to find an alternative way to connect, I was given only two options: get a demo for a $300 product or use their generic chat/telephone support. All I needed was a simple 15-minute conversation with a human to understand if HubSpot was even the right fit for my business needs before committing time to a full demo. The fact that this isn't an option shows a complete disregard for the customer journey. It's clear that their process is designed to push expensive products, not to help business owners make informed decisions. If you are looking for a company that values building a relationship and understanding your needs, this is not the place. The focus is clearly on the dollars, not the customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Hubspot has an amazing number of integrations and the apps it doesn't have native integrations for, it is very easy to automate using tools such a Zapier and Pabbly

Outside of the free tier the pricing gets very expensive

My overall experience has been great. While I have been on the receiving end of some service disruptions, Hubspot makes sure to communicate that an issue is actively occurring.

Pros

I have like workflows the most within HubSpot. They have been lifesavers for our current customer support/success operations. Allowing us to easily have contacts enrolled into a workflow that does an action. It has allowed so much flexibility and Hubspot is constantly refining workflows, adding additional features. Apart from the generic contact and company management and tracker side of Hubspot. Workflows has the been the most impactful. They do also have a great amount of integrations!

Cons

Despite the overall good communication of service disruptions mentioned in my overall experience, they do always end up causing road blocks in proceeding with work. I do believe that the reports could grow more. Unless I am missing something, it would be very nice to be able to factor office hours within the reports and myself and my colleagues have been unable to find out how to make that happen. Doing so would give us accurate reports across the board.

It is one of the best tools we use. its simple effective and never seems to crash, if there are ever issues they are very short and you are kept updated on the progress.

Pros

Its very intuative and reliable. the reminders for tasks are very usefull and we are constantly loading our crm with information and it continues to allow us to with no backlash.

Cons

the filter function on the search is a bit clunky. if you try to search using a different filter the intuative vibe bottoms out a little and the searches are not easy to operate.

Simple to use, but can build complexity in to support the business requirements - we've ultimately started quite basic but are now expanding our use of the tool from sales and marketing into finance and customer service/experience.

Can hit paywalls quite quickly and regularly the more features you use - cost of using the tool and therefore exponentially grow. Also sometime come across simple functionality the system doesn't support (but very much feels like it should!)

Overall, it's powerful, but you've gotta make sure it fits your needs and budget.

Overall experience has been pretty good. I like that it has an app that I can look at on the go and the ability to add another member without having to pay.

Pros

It is free with the option to upgrade for more perks. No free trial and having to pay with the free trial is up. The free option has a lot of options to use and has the ability to edit and tweak certain functions to meet your company needs.

Cons

It's some what slow. Sometimes it freezes or glitches. When I put the customers phone number, email, and address on the create a contact function it doesn't transfer over when your in the contacts account. I have to retype that information in. Hubspot does not have calendar or schedule that you can pull up at a glance. It will sync over to Google or Microsoft. But I'd like a CRM that has it's own calendar. When I signed up for the account it wouldn't let me proceed without my companies website. My company is small and doesn't have a website and right now doesn't have a need for one. If I decide to get a website I will link it to my .

It’s made us more organized and more consistent when we follow up on leads. I don’t have to look at spreadsheets anymore, and our response times are faster and our close rate is higher because of it. It has also made working with sales a lot more seamless.

has helped us to better track where our leads are in the pipeline. I appreciate that emails, calls and notes all stick with each prospect it’s a time saver when I am returning to a lead weeks after first contact. The ability to integrate with our email campaigns is definitely a bonus, as I can see who is opening what and following up accordingly.

Reporting can feel limited unless you’re on a more premium plan. Plus the automation tools, although robust, will take a bit of time learning especially when creating multi-step campaigns that spit users from their behavior.

It's the easiest CRM for quick and somewhat effective implementation. I like it, but it should be more customizable in many of its features.

Pros

What first comes to mind is its visually appealing interface, as opposed to Salesforce, for instance. On a high-level overview, it's one of the most popular CRMs out there for a reason: It's user-friendly and intuitive. That makes its implementation easy and fast.

Cons

It does not provide any extra functionalities that would allow one to make the most out of the data and records about prospects. Also, it is not the best for Email Marketing Campaigns for some reason that is beyond my understanding. If you compare that functionality, in my experience, Outreach (again, for some reason beyond my understanding) can send massive amounts of emails, without compromising the company's email domain.
