### "If you are a B2B or SaaS business FORGET it "

terrible reporting, dont waste your time with their expensive addon reporting toolo, you are better to export all your data to a data warehouse and then use an alternative reporting tool, the Hubspot tool is virtually worthless to a SaaS business bad support, they really do not care about their customers bad account managers, we know more about the platform than their account managers Someone told me that these guys want to seriously move into the CRM space and compete with the likes of salesforce and so on. Having used salesforce for many years, I can say they have a VERY long way to go

easy to use and customisable to some extent

Cons

no MRR reporting functionality, not even basic MRR let alone churn and renewal rates, even if you purchase a pricey reporting addon everything is centred around the contact and if your reps link their email to the tool, which they need to do in order to add their email correspondence to an account, Hubspot will create a tonne of irrelevant contacts that are not connected to a company. Not surprisingly Hubspot charges per contact so of course its in their best interest to suck as many contacts into the CRM

I love it. I mean, come on, its free, you have so many integrations, free courses, free materials and such an easy and nice platform overall with nice UX and advice.

Pros

It's free!!!!! and not only that you have an academy where you learn about marketing and sales! you have so much to gain just being on their site.

Cons

Well, the nice features are paid and the problem is that if you are one user you cannot buy just some features that only interest you. You have to buy the entire package and it is expensive!!!

My overall experience with HubSpot was definitely good and I highly recommend the software, as long as someone else is paying for it and not me. The practical ability of HubSpot is awesome and really did help our business move forward.

Pros

The ease of use was definitely my favorite aspect of HubSpot, from the pipeline to workflows and reporting it was overall just a really easy system to use. The ability to customise the interface was also awesome, I was able to make the software almost unique to us just from my computer.

Cons

A lot of addon's, I guess its to be expected but to get the full experience of HubSpot (ie. product lists, the accounting side, marketing) you need to pay a little bit more each time until you ended up paying quite a large amount (more then a lot of other CRM's) for a product that makes it self appealing by saying its free to start.

If I remember rightly the main reason we went with HubSpot was because of the customer service and help available. Also we saw HubSpot as more of a system that would allow us to keep using it as a large company.

All I can say is that this software is well suited for client relationship, email campaigns and sales funnel process and communication. We have had a good experience and have improved productivity at our organisation.

Pros

We use for contract management and email marketing automation. The support team is incredible. The reply on time and I have several experiences that are positive where I had successful calls with the support team that are very clear and detailed.

Cons

The software lacks UI customisation and sometimes we get glitches in our system.

keeps everyone organized and on the same page. Assures no contact is unassigned to an owner so nothing is missed by mistake. Keeps tasks organized so everything is completed, done on time and not completed accidentally multiple times. Stores thousands of contact information that is easily assessable.

Pros

Keeps thousands of contacts organized where information such as phone number or email address is easily accessed. Hubspot stores important information on each contact such as Lead Status, Lead Type, and Lead Source. Helps keep everyone in the company up-to-date on progress of each contact. Helps organize upcoming and reoccurring tasks that need to be completed with notification options. Keeps information accessible to each co-worker along with the ability to leave notes on each contact to a group of employees or specific ones.

Cons

Some of the added features are only available in the more expensive versions. If two people share the same email you cannot make two separate profiles which is slightly annoying.

Pros

's features have been cleverly selected to maximise the utility for SMEs without unnecessarily inflating the complexity of set up, admin or use. It supports and drives sales activity, without becoming a data-entry chore for sales people. The user interface is fast and intuitive, which is great when looking up contacts, companies and deals to progress opportunities. It is easy to customise the various objects with unique properties and values. And it tries to do as much for you as possible, like pulling in company data and associating contacts and companies automatically, saving you so much time.

Cons

The only thing missing right now that would be valuable is multi-currency support.

Pros

The ease of use of the platform is amazing; almost like a drag and drop tool. Theodore every company; even smaller one can easily use the tool without spending to much time on the setup.

Cons

Sometimes the pricing is a bit clumsy; you could need 1 item of a higher tear but would need to pay a whole sku.

Pros

This software has an uncomparable level of free. You can use hundreds of feature for free such as: track your email, collect your customer information, see if someone opened an email, Organize a deal pipeline.

Cons

It's really difficult to define something that I liked least since it's super useful free. Maybe, the fact that you cannot create a workflow for the chatbot or more than one meeting link.

It's great!

Pros

Hubspot makes everything seamless. It keeps track of emails and responses in each customer's file. You can also set up a vast array of automatons so that no one ever slips through the cracks. There are also templates so you save a lot of time over recreating things over and over. The customer service is the best customer service I have encountered. Most customer service reps talk down to people. Hubspot tends to just answer your questions as they would a professional and the back-up if they need to to help you along. They also generally offer additional information for you to look at so you don't have to keep calling. One of the best help databases available as well. They also offer video training and certification in multiple things that any company needs like marketing and SEO.

Cons

This is probably not a con to most people but I don't love change and Hubspot makes improvements to how things work fairly often, many things, this seems yearly. I personally don't like learning the new tweaks although I usually agree it's an improvement once I adjust.

It has been great. Our department is very lean, so HubSpot helps us accomplish more than we thought we were capable of. Our sales people were a bit hesitant at first, but now they are starting to see how helpful HubSpot can be for them.

Pros

It gives you everything you need to be a successful marketer. From social scheduling to full blown email automation, there are a handful of tools that will help you improve your marketing efforts while saving time. On the CRM side, our sales people are truly starting to see the benefit. They are using features such as Tasks to keep themselves organized, and Sequences to automate time-consuming email follow ups. Most importantly, the CRM has helped us connect our marketing efforts to bottom-line revenue, which is why we purchased the software in the first place.

Cons

There is some useful functionality missing. For instance, it would benefit me greatly if HubSpot could track Marketing email replies. Many of my sales reps have been working with their customers for 20+ years, so instead of clicking a CTA button or link, they tend to reply to an email. This hurts us in workflows because there have been several occasions where a contact should have been unenrolled because an email was replied to. However, since HubSpot can't track that, the contacts whom replied end up receiving the next email in the workflow instead of being unenrolled, causing them confusion and making us look crazy.

Hubspot automation has been the greatest benefit, from the most obvious automated email use to assigning leads and editing contact/company values based on certain actions the CRM takes a lot of the tedious work out of our day-to-day allowing us to focus on strategic planning and growth through well-nurtured and scored leads, easy lead/sales team assignment and handover, seamless call-booking, great analytics/data/insights and more

Pros

The CRM is easy to use, always improving and gives you so many options/resources to connect with customers at any point in the buying cycle in a meaningful and effective way. The training within the CRM is also a great addition, as well as the speeding customer support and numerous knowledge base articles there's always a quick and effective way to problem solve.

Cons

Sometimes the Salesforce integration can be a little tricky to navigate as certain contact/company/lead converting isn't an exact mirror. However, once you have some basic understanding it certainly gets easier to improve and maintain. We also have a unique circumstance where we use both SF and HS, its certainly not necessary for most small/med business cases.

Been using it for over 3 years and I can't complain. Use it mainly to supplement our Salesforce CRM instance because I can't get away from that beast. It does great and HubSpot is always improving the product. Great support and a great software overall to maintain your business' sales and leads. Easily can push contacts and work with them in the HubSpot Marketing tools as well. Highly recommended!

Pros

Great product, always improving, almost on par with Salesforce on functionality. More and more integrations are being added, and you can grow into it by upgrading from free, to starter, to Pro, to Enterprise, fairly easily.

Cons

It's cheap as free if you start, but it can get expensive if you want to use more features and grow as a business. Just be prepared to budget for this.

I like how you can easily navigate through the interface and the layout is very user friendly.

Cons

Sometimes you get an error that the connection gets lost or can't access the DB. Annoying but it's not something that happens a lot.

The email tracking is great and of equal value to the email templates so you can send out emails within a workflow from templates that you set. Very professional look for smaller businesses.

Cons

All the features can be overwhelming, but it will take time to become familiar with everything so you can get the best out of the software.

The ease of accessing each data with a key word search is a very important feature that i liked. Every interaction, follow ups, contact info can be tracked very well.

Nothing much I disliked about the CRM. It would be better if there were more customizations.

Pros

Hubspot is a well thought out and was quick to deploy (with experience). May be intimidating to a user not familiar with CRM's. The was a logical progression adn sequence.

Cons

Automation was important to me but the pricing was a big jump. I intended to integrate with other automation tools but that proved time consuming and required additional fees

I still use Podio for personal project (like vacations) but I wanted a tool to teach clients and Podio was a big leap for automation as it was pretty complex and non-visual.

The Hubspot integration with our Software (PipeCandy) throws up a few glitches often. Field mapping was an area of concern.
