Pros

Hubspot provides a lot of great content on marketing, sales, and many other aspects of the business. I like to read them and try to adapt to my business.

Cons

Lately, I have been facing a bug in the email tracker. Even though I don't want to track the email and not add the person I am mailing to the CRM, it automatically adds & tracks them.

Very positive.

Pros

Simple to use and works with Zapier hooks to trigger events in other apps. The basic software is great and is made better with the additional upgrades available. Lots of plugins compatible with it also.

Cons

There are limitations that have crept in over the last 7-8 years, but TBF as a free intro service it is excellent still/

Pros

I really love that you can tie HubSpot and WordPress together. I also really enjoy being able to use HubSpot for everything marketing. I use it for my social media postings, my blog postings, campaigns, and many other marketing tools. I love how easily the workflows work as well. I was able to set up the forms to send an automatic e-mail, which made things much easier.

Cons

Like any product, has its downfalls. When trying to separate lists for sending out newsletters it isn't as easy as I wish it was. I have spent hours trying to separate the lists, and feel like it should be much easier. Other then that I really enjoy HubSpot.

Overall it's integral to my job and I'm grateful to have it.

Pros

Being able to funnel all my sales info into this app for future reference and to set reminders for myself and use as a reference for account information is all integral to my day to day job.

Cons

Sometimes if you aren't diligent or if you inherit a contact list from a previous sales rep then things can get a little overwhelming... different formatting, doubling up on contacts, etc, etc. Having an option to cleanup your database would be helpful.

Cons

it has a poor implementation to bulk update the dates in case I miss many dates. It is also doesn't have a smart schedule feature, where it suggests the next call based on my calendar.

Workflows are awesome and love the logic behind the software. The Academy, the Knowledge base and the Community are also really great features.

Cons

### "Great for Keeping Track of Leads"

I use this software to contact realtors in the area and present them with my home inspection information and pricing. I also use it for a way to contact other bloggers about connecting with me and sharing my site.

Pros

I love that this software is seamlessly integrated with my gmail account. I am able to keep track of leads without opening up another tab. I love using the template feature so that I can quickly send emails to new leads without copying and pasting from other documents. I am also a huge fan that I am able to see when my lead opens my email.

Cons

I wish there were more options to customize the lead funnel a bit more so it's more applicable to different types of businesses.

I love the product but the pricing hinders you from using its true potential, specially for early stage startups.

Pros

I love how Hubspot offers to grow with your business. It starts free and as your needs grow, you get everything in HubSpot, from a CRM, to CMS to an extensive marketing and sales platform

Cons

It's a little on the expensive side. Initial setup takes in depth understanding of Hubspot works. But once you've set it up, its a bliss.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Hubspot's integrations were much more extensive and it offered email marketing tools just the way we needed them.

Pros

The CRM is very intuitive and is very simple to use from the day one, even for those who never used a CRM before. The pipeline have a great structure to organize your leads in a very intuitive pre-made sales funnel with zero distractions like other solutions. I also like a lot that you can integrate Hubspot with almost any tool that you want to use in your online marketing strategies.

Cons

The only thing is that in the free version you can't change or create new steps int he sales funnel and you have only one sales funnel to work with. Besides that, the pre-made sales funnel is more enougth to get started and even scale when you have a small team.

Hubspot is a great tool for our Sales team with making the most of the leads they get. Hubspot keeps databases of prospects, customers and leads and uses that information to help turn a lead into a customer. Hubspot is equally beneficial to our Marketing dept with making scheduled emails to customers in campaigns and notifications needed. It keeps lots of info on the customers and gives you recommendations and keeps track of your email bounces and the reason for the bounces. It let's you send test emails and send out social media all from within its walls.

Pros

Hubspot surprised me when I first started using it. This software packs a punch because of all it offers. There is no competition because their technology is superior and it is always being improved upon. It answers all my marketing needs with giving me the tools to communicate with prospects as well as internal company wide communication through templates and integrations.

Cons

Hubspot is a very robust software and because of that there is a learning curve and a good amount of education is required to get everything out of it that one may need. Learning workflows is an important part of making the software work for you and that takes some skill but it gets easier in time. Hubspot offers a ton of training in many formats. There is some free training but there is also paid training and that can get quite pricey.

Since I use the Marketing platform, it was a natural fit to try out the CRM. I am glad I did, it is great, especially for a free service. It is so intricately woven into the system I spend 99% of my day in and it helps me serve our leads and customers in a way that is natural. I can't live without it.

Pros

I love that it is connected to the Marketing Automation Platform and they are planning on adding even more functionality and integration to make it even more seamless. The features are constantly being built out and developed to make it a more robust system.

Cons

Some basic features are missing, but planned and they are very open to adding new features that benefit the user's experience with the platform.

Hubspot offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to set up my website, manage lead capture forms, and automate email responses. The ability to easily track and nurture leads right from the initial point of contact has improved my client engagement process.

Cons

While offers a broad range of functionalities, the pricing can be a bit steep as the business scales, especially when additional features outside the basic plan are required.

Really good for both controlling (tasks and outcome of the teams)as well as for forecasting and marketing functionalities.

Cons

The lack better reporting tools as well as been able to consolidate all data points from MKT channels until the outcome of those MKT channels.

Is really good even more if we consider quality vs price.

Customer service if quick and efficient. Overall the CRM has helped our team stay on top of tasks and organized!

Pros

It is really easy to implement all aspects of our business. With leads, sales, and marketing, we can communicate and manage it all mostly in this CRM. Helps keep us really organized as a team.

Cons

There is a lot of functionality to it, but sometimes there isnt a way to edit certain tasks or fields. Being able to do this would help a ton. For example, being able to change the title of "deals" to "Marketing Agreement"

I have been using HubSpot since 2012 and have been using till now. I tried using other CRM's but found HS to be the most reliable one from reporting standpoint. Stated loving it more, as now it's offering LinkedIn and Facebook ads which we can publish directly from HS. I can also manage my AdWords campaign and see how much conversions that we have made against each campaign (again only possible in HS). Also, social media marketing automation has done wonders in terms of marketing team productivity. Looking forward to explore more and more features that HS can offer from Marketing Standpoint!

Cons

Limitation and at times there are few crashing issues

I am very excited about the incorporation of this tool in my company. It helped me completely change my ability to manage my relationship with my clients. My sales have increased and my clients are better and better served. It is a very versatile tool, it offers me great advantages in terms of the notification of offers, promotions and prices.

Pros

It allows me to individually and personally manage the attention status of each client of my business. Previously I did it through a spreadsheet but it took me a lot of time and effort to keep my client database updated. By using this tool I could easily organize the situation of each client and take control of each one of them daily. Promoting my sales and improving the relationship with my clients. Additionally, it is free.

Cons

I am working hard to identify their weaknesses, but I still can not determine a disadvantage. The set of benefits offered to small and medium enterprises is great. The only thing that could generate problems is a bad Internet connection.
