Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience with HubSpot.

Pros

HubSpot is extremely easy to use and if you have questions, there are a ton of videos and online courses to help out.

Cons

Sometimes the customization can be a bit tedious but once it's initially done, you can easily copy a customization to create a new one without having to start from scratch.

Mostly positive, with very few downsides. It's greatest strength is that many other companies and products are already built with HS CRM in mind and integration is easy and hassle free.

Pros

The best feature of this option is the modularity. The CRM option is free of charge and has pretty much all of the tools needed to keep track of vital information regarding your leads. Once you get familiarized and get a better grip of what your company needs you can choose from a variety of options that fit your requirements.

Cons

The overall experience is very good. However you cannot chose individual tools or customize your plan 100%, but chose from predesigned plans. This leads to the specific tools you may require being in a higher tier and end up paying extra for only one option.

It has been a great experience so far.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to set up, user friendly and hence requires less user education, a powerful marketing engine. Brings the entire Marketing & Sales functions together.

Cons

HubSpot lacks a lot of features. A couple that I can recollect right away is Campaign management w.r.t. budgets and reporting, conversion rate report by deal owner. The feature releases are slow.

best CRM to interact with our leads. we can simply segment our contacts using their customer behavior feature and start sending campaign to them. we can use different channels like Email, Landing pages, forms ect to build our database.

Pros

Currently is one of the most advance CRM available in the market. The support team from Hubspot are excellent. They are available to solve your issue as sooner.

Cons

The only dislike about is their pricing. This tool is become expensive as the number of subscriber increase. Small scale business company simply cannot afford the cost.

Once the mobile app add on the necessary features I would give HubSpot a very high rating as it would accommodate all the basics you need. Also it would then be worth paying for a premium subscription.

Pros

Hubspot is a very easy to use CRM system. Anyone can learn it fairly easily. Managing campaigns and collecting data is great for showing clients and using as an agency. The mobile app needs work but is easy to use as well.

Cons

HubSpot needs to have a stronger filter on advertising data. Also the mobile app doesn't show proper notifications and when connecting to your email account loads unnecessary data. The filter needs to have an option on the app where you can sort by certain ads (especially through Facebook), or by certain keywords, or dates. This is critical for customers to easily see their new ads and who responded. Also a notification of a new ad response is also critical (especially for Real Estate agents) to know to respond immediately. This is currently not a feature and is absolutely needed.

For the most part it was a smooth transition. There was a problem but was solved by support.

Pros

For the most part the items from Salesforce came across. Interface is fairly easy to use. Help is mostly excellent.

Cons

They provided 2 weeks of free trial to get the Salesforce records over. Now I am stuck with some defined items that are inaccessible.

### "Great Tool if You Can Afford It"

Hubspot makes my job easier and allows me to present metrics that 1. help shape our strategy based on what's working, and 2. prove my work has value. Without Hubspot, our efforts would be hindered and proving the ROI of our work would be very difficult and/or time-consuming. The customer service at Hubspot has been awesome (and much improved from my experience several years ago). Their team is responsive, helpful, patient and thorough. Plus they have many options for communicating with their team.

Pros

It integrates many different tools and aspects of marketing seamlessly, allows for reports that show ROI and help guide our strategy. The tools have a steep learning curve, but within a few months become second nature and very easy to use. Being able to have your website, social media, blog and email campaigns all tied together with each other and into your CRM is powerful. I continue to discover new benefits from Hubspot and they continue to add features that are relevant and keep us on the frontlines of the technologies that make marketing possible for a small business. Plus, Hubspot encourages customer feedback to help determine future improvements. So if a feature or tool isn't available now, it may very well be in the future based on your feedback.

Cons

Hubspot can be prohibitively expensive. It's pricing is based on how many email addresses you have in your CRM, which has its logic but also a strong downside.

Even if you're new into sales, if you follow through the onboarding and education materials, won't let you down You might overgrow it at some point but it lays a solid foundation for you as a sales professional

Pros

It provides structure and tons of guidance around the sales process, even if you're a newbie. Deals follow-up mixed with the marketing workflows are so good for your quarterly review, you won't regret those! Hubspot meetings are a breeze to use and our customers love them

Cons

Sometimes you can hit weird technical limitations, like the abovementioned meetings design customization Without some regular cleanup you might end up with an inflated bill

HubSpot's UI is great developed, and was simple for our group to become accustomed to which represent the super-intuitiveness of the .Also we can easy to perform other integration .With the platform we can share documents and track our notes. Hubspot CRM's Lists usefulness is so helpful for sectioning our contacts list in a wide range of ways. I use it whenever I have to discover what number of or who from our rundown fits a restricted arrangement of criteria. Indeed, even in past employments where we had other database instruments that we could utilize, Hubspot was the quickest and least demanding to get that data.

Cons

It would be great if have some improvements on user interfaces in the platform.Also for the beginners, it would be great if follow some learning materials regarding to get the maximum output from the platform.

I use it daily to help me manage my follow-ups and all. I like it. It also has integration that are so easy to use for emails (sequences and templates for instance). There are so many features that would be useful for all types of companies I guess.

Pros

It is easy to use and can be linked with a lot of other software or websites.

Cons

Some key options could be missing sometimes, can be hard to put everything in place. BUT they are super attentive, always there to help if you are stuck.

The experience has been incredible. We organized our sales process and were able to understand the desires of the leads much faster. This increased our sales volume considerably.

Pros

The integration with my websites, the automatic capture of leads in wordpress forms and the Chatbot system are surreal.

I am very satisfied. It starts free and can upgrade with low cost. Although, if we want to use the paid features and have a medium or big team, it becomes expensive.

has allowed us to move to a more secure static website using their contact form and chat widget. We can engage with website visitors in realtime, or alternatively receive an email if either no-one is around the office to speak with them or it's out of working hours.

Pros

We are primarily using the Hubspot contact form and realtime chat features to add functionality to static websites. The simple integration is very good and quick to set up and seems to be reliable in operation. Additionally we can send tracked emails and build up our customer contact details through a single dashboard.

Cons

Support for Content Security Policy took a long time to get added and wasn't working correctly at first. Hubspot took around a month to resolve the issue (server headers on their end needed updating) but eventually got there and

HubSpot is by far the best CRM I have ever used. It is such an easy and intuitive software, if you have any experience at all with other CRM's you will find that HubSpot just makes your Company's work much more efficient.

Cons

Customer Support can still be improved: sometimes you need urgent attention.

I have been using for a year now. In my company we are seven different business units and each business unit is kind of ran like an independent company so the challenge to have them all in one CRM was compelling. Some of the business units had never have a CRM before and some other were using different ones: I had 3 using vTiger, a free Open Source CRM, and another one SAP. I started the migration of CRM with the business unit with most experiencie on the use of vTiger CRM. The migration went on pretty smoothly for my surprise and mostly everyone was happy with the change specially because of the ease of use. I do had to create some training slides and get together all the sales group to train them, but after that session mostly everyone started working on the CRM without problems. I then followed with the rest of the business units and Hubspot has been working perfectly, but.. I do have some complains from the users which have more to do with the way we do business than with the CRM itself. Since we are different business units but usuaaly work with the same customers, we have a problem assigning one owner to each contact. We would need each contact to be able to have multiple owners that can help us create filters accordingly to the owner. Right now we are not able to do it and I have lots of complains about since because of it I need to have everyone being able to see or edit all contacts, not only the ones assigned to them. Besides this, Hubspot CRM is a great tool and very easy of using. We are still waiting for the App for Android though!
