HubSpot let's me manage different arrays of comercial data for my customers. The level of improved productivity that the software offers is unvaluable.

Pros

HubSpot is by far the best CRM I have ever used. It is such an easy and intuitive software, if you have any experience at all with other CRM's you will find that HubSpot just makes your Company's work much more efficient.

Cons

Customer Support can still be improved: sometimes you need urgent attention.

### "Perfect CRM for companies with straight forward sales cycles"

I have been using Hubspot CRM for a year now. In my company we are seven different business units and each business unit is kind of ran like an independent company so the challenge to have them all in one CRM was compelling. Some of the business units had never have a CRM before and some other were using different ones: I had 3 using vTiger, a free Open Source CRM, and another one SAP. I started the migration of CRM with the business unit with most experiencie on the use of vTiger CRM. The migration went on pretty smoothly for my surprise and mostly everyone was happy with the change specially because of the ease of use. I do had to create some training slides and get together all the sales group to train them, but after that session mostly everyone started working on the CRM without problems. I then followed with the rest of the business units and Hubspot has been working perfectly, but.. I do have some complains from the users which have more to do with the way we do business than with the CRM itself. Since we are different business units but usuaaly work with the same customers, we have a problem assigning one owner to each contact. We would need each contact to be able to have multiple owners that can help us create filters accordingly to the owner. Right now we are not able to do it and I have lots of complains about since because of it I need to have everyone being able to see or edit all contacts, not only the ones assigned to them. Besides this, Hubspot CRM is a great tool and very easy of using. We are still waiting for the App for Android though!

Horrible. They just didnt care at all and simply told me I signed and agreement so Ill have to pay for all 12 months. I chaged to Go High Level and it is $1,000 cheaper every month.

Pros

The CRM is good but it is incredibly expensive compared to other CMRs such as GHL. The problem is I got locked into a 12 month subscriptioon and they refused to even let us out of the last month. Once they had me they drained me for every dollar they could.

Cons

It is TOO expensive and I found I can get all the same features and more for 20% of the cost.

We are becoming far more effective as a sales team with activity and internal organization. We have a system that tells us who to contact, when, and in regard to what. HubSpot CRM is the most important piece of software that our company has and we couldn't go one day without it.

Pros

Easy for all users to understand and use, but can be customized if needed. The contact timeline and deal filters are my favorite features of the CRM.

Cons

There are no downfalls of HubSpot CRM. It is so easy to use, and can be used as out of box or customized to your needs. It's truly a great solution and one of the best CRM's in the world.

Overall it is a great CRM with a huge amount of potential. New releases happen regularly with a large amount of functionality being added, increasing the scope and usefulness of HubSpot every time. However, for larger businesses it will be limiting and it is far less personable than Salesforce or Marketo.

Pros

Very good value for money if you are a small business. It offers a wide variety of functions, which cover most of the key functions within a small business including lead capture and management, marketing and social media management, sales and deal management, customer support and many other other areas through plugins. A great overall product for small or growing businesses.

Cons

Coming from Marketo, we are finding some of the marketing functions slightly limited. This is especially true with html email templates. In addition, as a B2B company we are having to use a 3rd party for our support functions as the native support element is limited and does not have a customer portal.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

For it's wider functionality and the benefits that then gave us in terms of data integrity and co-operation between teams.

It has been great. My company has used it since 2010 and it is a great marketing automation tool.

Pros

Hubspot has so many tools. Our website is built and hosted on Hubspot and we keep all of our content there. We can see all contacts that come to our site and their info is stored right in Hubspot's CRM. We can see analytics and actions each contact took on the site. Tons of info and also convenient to create marketing emails to send to the contacts in the database.

Cons

It changes a lot and has a lot of updates, which is not really a bad thing, but just takes getting used to. Need to stay up-to-date with the latest tools.

The chrome extension helps me to find all the peoples email id via my Gmail. It also helps me to know about my site subscribers. Whenever I got mail from no reply mail, extension helps me to find other mail where I can write them It is very awesome.

Pros

Track prospects through all stages of the sales funnel with intuitive and simple to use dashboards. The email service is better than SalesForce and others. An inbound marketing software that's super helpful on tracking prospects in the sales funnel.

Cons

I don't like that each user only can use just one email to be tracked. So, if a person has more than one email, it doesn't track the other email.

### "Great app for CRM."

I have been using HubSpot (free app) for 2 years and like it a lot. I have tried other CRMs and found them to always be very hard to use. Hubspot is not. It is very intuitive, well designed and easy to use. I found the reports to be a little convoluted. I would love to be able to select how I want to see my dashboard without having to refresh it every time. If I want to change one section, the whole report has to refresh. Whenever I input a contact, the app looks at the email address and finds the company where that contact belongs and pre-fills it up, which it great. You could track your emails and all your correspondence with Hubspot but I believe you need to pay for the subscription. For what I use it, it is great and more than enough.

Pros

Surprisingly easy to use. Powerful (even the free version).

Cons

You cannot download your data unless you pay. Reports on the free app are quite limited and awkward to use.

We are satisfied, therefore we renewed the contract and expand it with the sales module. We got actual x7 ROI in the first 8 months of use.

Pros

This software allowed us to have much more information on our marketing activities and to integrate all the channel in a single platform. It is really good to save time on campaign setting, alignment and reporting. I love how it aggregates a powerful CMS (blog), and several CTAs, Forms and lead capture tools in our website.

Cons

It is not really easy to set at the beginning, you need internal development skills in order to implement it properly. Furthermore is not really flexible for building CTAs.

It is the most cost effective and flexible solution we could get.

I am able to accurately track my sales activities and manage tasks and opportunities. I am also able to integrate this via Zapier to my other email marketing, e-signature, and communication tools.

Pros

The bi-directional email integration with G-Suite is the biggest time saver for me. You can send emails from within HubSpot CRM and it goes out directly from your company email and when the email is replied to, it is automatically captured and stored in the contact record. Other great areas include the Deals and Tasks sections.

Cons

The API needs to be enhanced to allow creating and modifying tasks and adding noted to the contact records.

We were quite pleased to see how easy it was to setup and get our data into the tool. Questions from team members were kept to a minimum (due to simplicity) which made the rollout process almost seamless.

Pros

\- The fact that it's free is a great bonus for start up companies - You can build up your client base/revenue before opting to move to paid plan - It has all the functionality of typical CRMs - User interface is simple to understand

Cons

\- Once you've outgrown the free functionality and are ready to move to a paid plan the jump in price is quite jarring. - Seems to be for larger enterprises once you get into the paid plans

Having tested a dozen CRM's over the years, HubSpot CRM makes sense for us. The UI was confusing at first and it takes a while to onboard users, but overall the featureset is industry-leading, despite the free edition being quite restrictive.

Pros

There are ways to connect HubSpot CRM with just about every other online business tool. This makes it extremely versatile. Even with the free tier, you can connect your WordPress website with HubSpot CRM and Invoicing/Accounting SaaS to automate and streamline the sales process.

Cons

As your organization grows, keep in mind HubSpot CRM's pricing tiers. Ensure you don't get dependent on this tool without first factoring in the subscription tier you'll eventually need. Other CRM's are quite competitive options in the hundreds of dollars per month category.

In general it is a good CRM with few things to change but that can be really usefull.

Pros

Hubspot is a tool that is really helpful, it helps a lot to have an order and to work fast when is working 100% since is a software that is on the cloud, sometimes is hard for it to work fast, I would love if this could change but there are some of those cant be changed by the software itself ( like Internet speed). I use every day their filters and queues, to look for the leads I will work on during my day. I like the charts because its easy to see the team results and my personal goals. Templates and signature for the emails are a real time-saving. But also I like the fact that chat can be sync with the one from our official page.

Cons

I would like to be able to see completely the down corner with filters since it has an option to press: Express the new table and board, is almost impossible to see or create a new filter. I don't like the fact that I cant chose some of the leads randomly to create a queue without naming it. Also, I would like to be able to see the tasks for other days and not only the " open task , due today or due this week".
