Great tool, I really recommend this to start-ups and small organizations with Budget constrain. Easy to set-up and understand, the adoption curve is fast.

Pros

It's just like Hubpost promises, very easy to use it, configuration is easy, usability is very intuitive. A couple of on-line trainings and you can manage it pretty well.Technical set-up takes more business knowledge tan technical skills but putting this CRM to work is great for SMBs with up to 5-10 sales reps. Integration with Gmail or Outlook are also fantastic.

Cons

There are some features that today, are standard in most of the free CRMs, not to mention the paid ones, like weighted forecast, more tan 1 currency and the possibility to get a forecast in both currencies. Drill down menus are not that easy always.

I joined as a freemium user and thought it was a vast improvement on my previous CRM. I quickly upgraded to a paid version and the features it gives us are great, really give my sales team great insights to clients and very easy for me to overview and manage performance. It has also optimised our sales operations massively, helping us to improve customer experience.

Pros

The flexibility to interrogate data and the ease of setting up automations. It feels like software that is designed by people who have done my job. The academy is great for acquiring wider skills.

Cons

The mobile app offers a small fraction of the browser version, and the software doesn't run very well on mobile browsers.

What I like the most about HubSpot is the capacity to create workflows and the possibility to integrate HubSpot with other tools which makes HubSpot a very powerful software.

Cons

It has a few cons though: - It's quite expensive - Importing/exporting contacts takes a while and sometimes not all the contacts are imported and you have to import the file again - Whenever an agent leaves, there is no way to automatically assign the conversations to another user, it has to be done manually - Reporting and analysis

Pros

The product is easy to use, I love the feature for adding companies where it will pre populate information making it easier to add. If there are any bugs within the product or issues (which is hardly ever) they inform you quickly and keep you updated on the status. The integrations are also a winner, integrating with Apollo, slack etc. Onboarding people who have never used CRMs before is also simple.

Cons

The only feature which I believe could be improved is the import feature, it can feel clunky and hard to understand knowing what fields to import.

There was only one thing If you are limited in money you are not able to access features you may need at that time.

Pros

The software is so much more intuitive and useful for Business Development for my company. It has been imperative for customized outreach and tracking deals and communications. There are also other useful features that we have not yet implemented but can see their value.

honestly, I haven't found much that is disappointing about the software.

Our Sales team of 4 people use is as CRM and spend most of our day on it. I have loved using it from day one. The visual representation, accessibility and interoperability of DATA is among the best I have seen on any CRM. Would definitely recommend it to any startup or scaleup org.

Pros

What I like the most is how EVERYTHING I need is on the same page, or MAXIMUM single click away.

Cons

The UI could be a little more colourful. It looks dull right now.

Overall I like it but it could be better. I would consider paying for Salesforce if your organization can afford it.

Pros

This CRM is easier to sue than Salesforce. It is easy to forecast and create quick charts for easy analysis. Anyone can do this in just a few minutes.

Cons

I don't like that there are a ton of bugs. I would say one to two times per month there will be an hour where the CRM stops working entirelyt. There is also no way to tie together deals unless they have the same associate brand id or you create an artificial property that ties them together. This is frustrating and time consuming.

Pros

Having used multiple CRM systems, HubSpot is hands down the most suitable for SME. It is easy to use, intuitive and provides amazing reporting that is fully customisable.

Cons

There are a number of features that are only in Beta testing at the moment. To offer reporting tools without the ability to set team monthly targets for the entire year rather then individual targets is very strange.

We're a small start-up and this is our first CRM software, having only used a homegrown solution. It is wildly more efficient and easy to use across our team members. It also makes marketing tasks much easier to do them right out of the same platform.

Pros

Hubspot is intuitive to use. The interface is really pleasant and for the most part, you can find what you need within a few clicks. The presentation of each contact and the ability to customize the information has been really helpful for our team that needs that information at a quick glance.

Cons

I found the onboarding to be somewhat confusing; there are features of Hubspot that didn't make sense for us to start using yet, so there were some gaps in fully understanding its capabilities and what we needed to do to get started

Pros

With all the proper advertising and product management, the growth of a business still cannot be ensured unless the visiting audience is being converted into customers. takes care of the relationship of the brand with the customers. It involves contact management, company records, calls, meetings and deals to cater to the growing needs of the customers. It also creates an opportunity for discussions and chats with the targeted audience which can be extremely instrumental for the growth of the business. It is available as a free product which is the greatest advantage over all other features. It has collaboration and integration with relevant software like Gmail and other Windows-based applications.

Cons

Other CRMs like Pipedrive displays the contact details even on the deals page but in , I have to go back to the contacts page to see the contact details. The customer service doesn't always send a response in a timely manner.

If you don't have 50k to build a customer Salesforce CRM and have a Salesforce admin on staff, then Hubspot is probably your next best option and is great.

Pros

I love the automation and ease of use! The tasks, reminders, funnel, and reporting features are great and easy.

Cons

It is clearly still in the startup phase. There are often bugs, downtimes, or features that are simple and basic that should exist that just don't.

My overall experience with has been great, if you are looking for a free software to begin with, I would highly recommend hubspot.

Pros

Hubspot is the perfect CRM for startup. We have been looking for a CRM which enable us to quickly have a tons on informations about each of our lead. At the begining each of us have been using their own tool and sometimes we talked to the same client without knowing what have been said by the others. Thanks to hubspot we have all the emails, the notes and informations about each leads and can have a good follow up call etc

Cons

Hubspot have a good free version, however, when you start to grow you might want to add more tools and it can become expensive if you have to buy for each of your hubspot users a license.

We like entering all the leads we meet at trade shows. Gives us one place where we store all the info and allows us to see our communications with them.

Sadly I think I may be missing out on some of the features, I need to take a deeper look at this.

1) CRM's user-friendly interface made it incredibly easy to navigate. I could easily find all the tools and features without any hassle 2) Contact management became a breeze with , allowing me to organize all the contacts on one platform, saving my time and energy 3) Whenever I face any challenge in the CRM, their supportive customer service team always shows up and solve my all queries.

Cons

1) It has limited reporting features as in-depth analytical tools would have been beneficial for my business. 2) Sometimes the system slows down when there is high traffic on it. It happens very rarely though.

Pros

I was tasked with kicking off our sales process and investigate various sales intelligence tools including a CRM. Being a prior SF user and familiar with their platform, I figured we would settle on their product. After mulling the idea, I began looking for a more "comprehensive" system that would provide more features without the need for additional add-ons. Being familiar with Hubspot and their marketing suite I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offered a free CRM as well. Because it was free I almost wrote it off thinking there was a catch but after seeing all it provided I couldn't resist giving it a try. In short, AMAZING! Not only was the UI easy to learn, we able to sync our outbound emails to automatically create new contacts based on the recipients domain. The included email tracking feature (sidekick) and customized follow up alerts have helped boost our productive 10x. It has been a while since we started using Hubspots CRM and I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Cons

Aside from the limited "opened" notifications from the tracked emails, this CRM is pretty versatile. The inability to integrate with our PBX phone system was a bummer but not deal breaker. All-in-all, this is perfect starter CRM or even one for the long haul.

It does give us everything we need, but some features that would make our lives even easier are a bit more expensive and out of our reach.

Overall for the money, we've found Hubspot to be a highly satisfactory solution for both our marketing and sales teams -- while there are features we miss from more expensive solutions, we've found the value to price ratio to be the best among the solutions we've considered to date.

Pros

Hubspot is intuitive and easy to use, from entering data to tracking important metrics. The ease of integration with Gmail is particularly helpful in setting up and using templates.

Cons

Integrating with ZoomInfo has not been easy, but this may be more of a function of our customer level than the available integration between the two solutions.
