Best tool to let our sales team know when to follow up with the hot leads. Though we used streak for sometime but hubspot is defined best with lot of customisable option and analytic data.

Pros

The ability to manage pipeline, accelerate sales through rewards, and the quick integration is absolute best. The phone app is also very easy to use and easy to setup.

Cons

I honestly do not feel hubspot crm needs any changes. It has been a game changer for our organisation and i do not find any cons.

### "The CRM That Just Simply Works!"

I use HubSpot to manage my clients and potential clients, as well as tracking my marketing attempts. The CRM tool is amazing and my favorite piece is the integration with Gmail. Using notifications, HubSpot tells me when my messages have been opened by the recipient. It helps me keep track of the effectiveness of my messages at all times.

Pros

HubSpot's biggest pro here is the fact that their CRM product is free... always! But it gets better because HubSpot can integrate this free product with their other products such as Sales and Marketing. It's integration with Gmail gives you real-time status on what is happening with your emails. This feature is also available for Outlook users. HubSpot also provides company insights to your newly added contacts. Using some of the data you enter for your contact, HubSpot is able to mine for additional details on that contact from public records, allowing you to have a more complete view of your contact.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve to how the program works. Not that it is difficult, but that it is not as intuitive. But fear not, their support and resources are great in assisting with that, should you encounter any issues.

Overall, I've been very happy with Hubspot and the results we've been able to achieve by using the platform.

Pros

I like that all of the information about a customer is contained right there in the CRM. It's really helpful to be able to see what pages the customer has visited, what forms they've filled out, and what emails they've been sent/opened, to name a few. By having this 360 degree view of the customer, it enables us to create better customer experiences. It is really easy to use. Whether you add contacts manually, or use forms/integrations to bring your leads into Hubspot, it is simple to understand. If you do get stuck, their customer service is top-notch and will get you unstuck as quickly as possible.

Cons

I wish that Hubspot could do a better job of merging customers in the CRM. For example, if someone first visits your site and fills out a form using a personal email address, and later comes back and uses a business address, this counts as two separate customers. I would like the ability to better merge (through some sort of smart merge option) duplicate contacts.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to setup and has the ability to be picked up easily by anyone in the organization - whether it be sales, marketing, or key stakeholders. The reporting & dashboard functions make it so easy to track KPIs. You can integrate with so many different sales, marketing, & crm tools.

Cons

My only complaint is that it's not really setup well for entrepreneurs and sole proprietors since the very basic package has limited options

HubSpot is excellent for process automation. The sales and marketing departments benefit greatly from the workflows functionality in particular. Additionally, HubSpot's capability to gather data from many sources, such as the website in terms of visitors and customer data, which may aid the sales force, has had a significant influence.HubSpot can be used by the entire team as a single tool for calling and data points, which greatly improves the operational efficiency of teams.

Pros

I use it to manage consumers and deals. Tasks and pipeline functions are also used by me. I use it to keep track of the progress of transactions and link them to clients and accounts. Organize marketing efforts and communications with potential clients. The application works well for connecting and establishing ties between businesses and deals.

Cons

Although I can record LinkedIn communications, they vanish. Although I can look for them, they are difficult to locate. Not just marketing or sequence emails, but all emails would benefit from more analytics, in my opinion. The app could use a better interface.

The ability to track our leads from an earlier stage than we previously did is allowing us to analyse our earliest interactions with the customer and to devise new strategies to enhance that customer experience and identify which of our staff are really excelling. We still need to take advantage of all the features available to us, but those that we have embraced have made our work a lot more simple and focussed on our core objectives.

Pros

It covers everything we want to do from Forms, Email Templates, and Landing Pages to Customer Surveys, Ticketing and Chatbots. The free version offers a lot more functionality than I would expect and you can get quite far with it. The paid features are competitively priced and are easy to pick up and use. The support team is amazing, on chat, email or phone support, they always reply swiftly and their team all seem to be well versed with the product and able to assist with a wide range of issues. New features are developed and rolled out regularly, and are not always at an additional cost.

Cons

The one gripe I currently have is the inability to separate viewing permissions for Contacts and Deals associated with those Contacts. In our specific context thats quite important. However since we encountered this issue the separation of ownership of Contacts and Deals was implemented, so I am hopeful this will be amended in the near future.

It's been a game changer for us to be able to keep track of the email exchanged the team has with the customers, we really use to struggle a lot after people would leave of go on PTO and this is just one of the many features we love about Hubspot

Cons

The gmail app is not great, it gets logged out and it's hard to go back and track longs chains one by one.

Saves us time and made it easy to track leads, accounts, deals and sales. One of the best features is the ability to type in a web address and the program can auto-fill the rest of the business information it finds online.

Pros

We really liked the user interface of HubSpot CRM. They created an interface that simplified the CRM processes and made it easy for our team (even those who were not so tech savvy) to easily use the platform.

Cons

There are limitations on the free version which is natural to expect, but those limitations forced us to consider upgrading to the paid version or looking for a cheaper alternative. We didn't have any problems with HubSpot CRM other than we were able to find different software that did what we needed at a freemium plan.

I love this product. There is personalization, segmentation, automation, workflows and list creation and so much more.

Pros

HubSpot's CRM is an intuitive, comprehensive solution to seeing all of your data in one place. You can automate and personalize emails, create deals to track sales cycle and revenue, set reminders for when you need to reach out to someone next. If you follow the procedure, there is great transparency for your team.

Cons

The CRM can feel overwhelming at times. If you have a large team utilizing the software, it's crucial that all team members use the system the same way, lest someone forget to log a task and multiple people wind up sending communications to the same person- this annoys and confuses your customers and prospects!

HubSpot is easy to use, and it meets all our marketing needs. If you are run a small business, this marketing tool can be helpful. If you have a very big company, however, this tool is not for you.

Pros

This product is easy to set up and get started. It integrates with other products easily and fast. Their analytics are detailed and very helpful. They’ll allow you to know how your Website, Call to action and LPs are performing. They also make it easy for you to know if you are meeting your goals and guide you to the right direction. Their customer support is reliable. It is free!!

Cons

The user interface is not intuitive. For instance, the dashboard has a lot of features. This can be confusing, especially to new users. Social media publishing is another problem that they needs to be fixed. Sometime content don’t get posted on time and we have to reschedule it again so it gets published later.

Pros

I like the idea of setting up budgets and connecting my email to HubSpot to track my conversations and being able to track what was said/promised to the clients or prospective clients and tag them to a client so it was easy to go back to the conversations. I also really liked the email tracking functionality that Hubspot embeds in the emails. You can't tell they have done something, but it tracks who opened (if the person is logged in the contact book), and how many times, and it even sends you live notifications. It is in my opinion a must have!

Cons

I don't have specific issues with the tool. I just wish I had a way to add the same tagging mechanism to my phone. That is all I can think of.

Hubspot has the particularity to facilitate the marketing/sales relations thanks to all the tracking on contacts, accounts, transactions... We can share analytics based on both sales and marketing objectives and make marketing actions more powerful.For the moment, support is free and really helpful. Hope this will continue!

Cons

I think its the same for all CRMs, but contact management can be hard to handle due to the multiple point of entrees for contacts, and the difficulty of merging contacts that already exist.Also a little lack of intuitivity for marketing reports mixing data of lead acquisition and life cycle.
